From the episode

I look at Judkins as he's like an immediate upgrade from those types of players where you have a hole in your RB two slot. Yeah, Judkins is not the sexiest name, but I have an RB 24.

Judkins is a solid RB2 target for managers needing reliable volume.

Judkins is viewed as an immediate upgrade for managers struggling at the RB2 spot, particularly those holding injured players like Jonathan Brooks or Marshawn Lloyd. While not a 'sexy' name, he is a bell cow who will receive consistent volume in an offense that, while unexciting, provides a stable floor. He is ranked as the RB24 rest-of-season.
