Kelley: Herbert's arm talent at Senior Bowl was elite, 'love plus' level.
Matt Kelley observed Justin Herbert at the 2020 Senior Bowl alongside Jordan Love and Jalen Hurts; Kelley characterized Herbert as operating at a higher level than Love, describing Herbert's arm talent as 'love plus'—a quarterback with elite ball velocity and power on throws, similar to a long-drive golfer whose ball leaves the tee differently.
