Matt Kelley notes that despite Etienne's large contract and the Saints' high-scoring offense, the fantasy point-rich opportunities have not materialized as expected. Projections have been adjusted downward to approximately 190 carries and 50 targets, which Kelley states is not RB1 production regardless of offensive context.
