Tony Pard, we gave him a bump up the ranks last week. Why not? Taj Spears was banged up. We're looking at a bad Giants defense weather game. And Pard got season high marking touches 21. He got you 96 yards. He got you 13.6 PPR points. RV 16 on the week. Wouldn't be surprised if that his best game of the season.

38 touches/targets, no TDs; Titans offense limiting upside

Has 38 combined carries and targets without a touchdown. Ian Hartitz expresses negative sentiment about the Titans offense, stating 'we hate those offenses' and does not see them getting way better anytime soon, limiting positive regression outlook. Despite receiving a rank bump last week and posting season-high 21 touches for 96 yards and 13.6 PPR points (RB16 on the week) against a bad Giants defense in a weather game, Hartitz notes he wouldn't be surprised if that's his best game of the season, making him an RB31 ranked as an 11.5-point road dog.
