Tate's 9-target game shows breakout trajectory despite low Titans offense.

Fourth overall rookie WR posted career-high 6 receptions for 58 yards on 9 targets vs Giants; trending toward first double-digit target game. Despite low-scoring Titans offense context, tape showed consistent separation and strong route-running ability. Cam Ward missed Tate on wide-open end-zone route on 3rd-and-goal, indicating missed opportunity upside. Source notes Sunday's tape was a breakout game for Tate even if stats don't scream breakout production.
