The Giants stunk in Jameis Winston's fill-in appearance against the Rams' well-coached defense, and they didn't even try last week in the rain. They had a week-low 29% neutral pass rate, and Winston didn't attempt anything downfield. Likely was missed a few times on simple throws underneath, and Winston's arm was very concerning on tape; it looks out of gas.
