On the fence at RB23; value tied to Spears' health

Pollard is on the fence (projected RB23) but the source likes his matchup against the Ravens due to his success on gap runs. His value is highly dependent on Tyjae Spears' health; if Spears is out, Pollard's ranking would jump significantly. The source prefers starting him over Rhamondre Stevenson.
