From the video

JK Dobbins has played the most snaps in the Broncos backfield this year and has 7.2 PPR points. Literally what is the point? I don't JK Dobbins to me feels like uh not a guy I'd be going out of my way to acquire.

Dobbins has most snaps but only 7.2 PPR; not worth acquiring

Michael Leone questions the value of acquiring JK Dobbins, noting that despite playing the most snaps in the Broncos backfield this year, Dobbins has only 7.2 PPR points; Leone states Dobbins is not a guy he'd go out of his way to acquire, indicating poor production relative to opportunity.
