RB13 with elite 22+ touch workload; TD-dependent

Mike Evans ranks Jeanty at RB13 with an elite workload; he's had at least 22 touches in all games this season. The volume is 'completely unbelievable' and among the best in fantasy football, in the Gibbs, Walker, Jeanty tier in terms of expected fantasy points. Jeanty has limped off and had his ankle checked in every game but remains a workhorse; TD-dependent for reaching full upside but volume justifies the ranking.
