I moved Emanuel Wilson up to my 27th running back. I would imagine that Wilson is going to get the early down stuff for the Seattle Seahawks. I do feel good about Emanuel Wilson as a spot start this week. I would pick him up off waiverss. If he scores a touchdown, Emanuel Wilson, you're going to feel very happy. If he doesn't score a touchdown, I wouldn't imagine he gets anything in the receiving game, but Emanuel Wilson definitely go out and pick him up if he's available on your waiverss right now.

Good matchup for Wilson, who has excelled in spot starts before in 2025 and had the first 100-yard rushing game for the Green Bay Packers last season. Recommended as a waiver wire pickup and a start over the Miami guys; reasonable to consider versus other early-down backs despite similar roles. If he scores a touchdown, he will be a good play; without a touchdown, unlikely to get receiving game volume.
