Matt Harmon on Cooper Rush

Disastrous performance and inability to deliver to open targets

Matt Harmon characterizes Cooper Rush's recent performances as a 'disaster' and 'disgusting,' noting that his play has led to poor offensive output. Harmon highlights that Rush fails to deliver the football even when receivers are open on busted coverages, contrasting him negatively with quarterbacks like Michael Penix Jr. who are willing to hang in the pocket and find their primary targets.
