DJ Moore is a top option due to high target volume from Josh Allen

Despite a 33% target share, Mattek remains skeptical of DJ Moore's efficiency and talent, though he acknowledges Moore remains a top option in a weak Buffalo wide receiver room due to Josh Allen's target volume.
