STACKED’s take

Negative signalProjection

Smith's poor play (near-INT, sack) highlighted Jets' offensive collapse.

Jets QB struggled significantly in the loss to Chicago; threw a pass on third down in the two-minute drill before halftime that should have been intercepted, got sacked in the third quarter, and the Jets managed only 5 net passing yards in the first half despite facing a Jets defense that dominated the game. Smith did throw one long touchdown pass to Isaiah Williams in the fourth quarter but the overall performance was poor in a 23-12 loss.
