Goff's final-drive execution was disastrous; critical mistakes cost Lions late-game chance.

Goff received a B grade but his final-drive execution was critical. The source notes he 'can't take a coverage sack, he can't miss Sam LaPorta by five feet, and it wasn't much help to throw short of the sticks on fourth down either.' While he kept the Lions competitive with steady plays and deep shots for most of the night under pressure down two scores, his operation on the final drive was 'a disaster,' and the source emphasizes he needs to play near-perfect ball to win games—a standard he failed to meet Sunday.
