Jameis Winston threw two interceptions; one was a really bad throw and the other also looked bad. However, on the second one, Hartitz believes Winston expected Isaiah Likely to sit in the soft spot, but Likely kept running instead, causing the pass to go directly to a defensive back. Hartitz gives Winston some slack for that one.
