30

Aaron Jones

PositiveUsage5:32

Aaron Jones is a set-it-and-forget-it must-start running back. Over the last three weeks, he has maintained at least a 70% snap share and 20 opportunities per game, benefiting from a favorable matchup against a struggling Saints defense.

Insight page

Alvin Kamara

NegativeUsage26:51

Kamara remains a lineup lock, though his outlook is tempered by a difficult matchup against the Vikings and a low 30% snap share last week, which was partially due to an in-game injury evaluation.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveProjection0:05

Bijan Robinson is an S-tier must-start running back, currently averaging 26 or more fantasy points per game this season.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

PositiveUsage6:12

Despite a disappointing performance last week, Braelon Allen is a must-start three-down workhorse. He commanded 94% of snaps and saw targets out of the backfield, and the Jets are favored in a matchup against a weak Browns team.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveUsage13:29

Bucky Irving is a bench consideration due to a poor offensive environment (19.5 projected points), goal-line competition from Shawn Tucker, and increased usage for Kenneth Gainwell. Additionally, playing with Jaylen Daniels limits his target upside, as evidenced by his zero-target performance last week.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveUsage4:03

Chase Brown is a strong start against Miami, especially if Ja'Marr Chase or Tee Higgins are out, as he saw significant target volume with 11 receptions last week.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

PositiveProjection0:23

Christian McCaffrey is a locked-in top-five running back starter despite potential offensive struggles for the 49ers this week.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveRole7:28

Despite being benched last week following a fumble, D'Andre Swift remains the starting running back and primary pass-catcher for the Bears. He is considered a must-start in a favorable matchup against the Packers where the Bears are favored to score 24 points.

Insight page

Dameon Pierce

NegativeRole32:35

Dameon Pierce has been elevated from the practice squad and could potentially take over first and second-down duties for the Eagles, though he is not recommended as a starter until his role is clarified.

Insight page

David Montgomery

PositiveUsage14:21

David Montgomery is a difficult player to rank, though he maintained a 56% snap share in week four. He is a strong start this week as the Texans are 7.5-point favorites against the Titans, which should finally allow for a positive game script to run the ball.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

NegativeProjection5:45

Derrick Henry is downgraded from his usual top-five status to a top-10 back because the Ravens' offense is expected to struggle without Lamar Jackson.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

PositiveRole8:56

Emanuel Wilson has emerged as the primary back in his backfield, effectively pushing George Alani out of the rotation. While his long-term outlook is uncertain, he is a recommended start in the short term while Zach Charbonnet remains out.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeProjection35:19

J.K. Dobbins is averaging only five fantasy points per game, making him a disappointing starter despite his role.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveProjection0:05

Jahmyr Gibbs is an S-tier must-start running back, currently averaging 26 or more fantasy points per game this season.

Insight page

Jalen McMillan

NegativeProjection33:44

Jalen McMillan is only considered usable if Rachaad White is ruled out. While he saw four targets against the Colts, he remains a risky play in an offense that has been poor, though the return of Jayden Daniels provides some elevation.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveUsage0:55

Javonte Williams is an absolute smash play, currently averaging over 20 fantasy points per game with a 74% probability of scoring 14+ points in his upcoming matchup.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveUsage5:00

Jaylen Warren is a must-start top-12 running back due to his elite usage, having played over 90% of snaps in back-to-back weeks. This high-volume role is secure until Rico Dowdle returns to the lineup.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeUsage9:41

Jeremiah Love saw a dip in opportunities from 26 in week three to 15 in week four, with his snap share falling to 45%. Despite the confusing usage and an ankle injury, he remains a must-start due to a high-scoring game environment (54.5 over/under) and his receiving upside. Early reports indicate the ankle injury is not a concern.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

NegativeMatchup0:23

Jonathan Taylor remains a top-five running back, but there is significant concern regarding his matchup against Pittsburgh, where the Colts are underdogs and project to score only 21 points.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

NegativeBreakout35:37

Keaton Mitchell is a player to monitor as he may eventually overtake others on the depth chart, but it is too early to rely on him.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

NegativeUsage35:48

Kendre Miller is not expected to see the high-value touches that Alvin Kamara receives, and he plays in a poor offense.

Insight page

Kenneth Gainwell

NegativeUsage35:57

Kenneth Gainwell is a deep-league option for those chasing cheap receptions, though the quarterback's tendency not to dump the ball off limits his upside.

Insight page

Kyle Monangai

NegativeInjury29:19

There is no concern regarding Monangai's thumb injury, but his fantasy value is tied to D'Andre Swift's role; with Swift expected to return to his primary role, Monangai's lack of guaranteed receiving work makes him a hesitant start.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveUsage3:24

Kyren Williams is a high-end, set-it-and-forget-it starter due to insane usage, including 20 targets over the last two weeks, and a favorable game environment with an implied team total of 28.5 points.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

PositiveUsage30:46

Harvey has no rushing role with only nine carries over the last two weeks, but his receiving usage is elite with 17 targets in that span, making him a viable option specifically in full PPR formats.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

NegativeMatchup34:14

Tony Pollard is a fade this week as he is playing in what projects to be the worst offense in the NFL.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

PositiveProjection7:58

TreVeyon Henderson is an aggressive start this week, assuming Rhamondre Stevenson remains sidelined due to injury. Henderson is expected to see a heavy workload in a favorable matchup against the Raiders.

Insight page

Will Shipley

NegativeUsage31:58

Shipley is a risky fantasy asset as the Eagles' offense is struggling and the recent addition of Dameon Pierce from the practice squad could threaten Shipley's early-down work. It is recommended to wait one week to confirm his usage before starting him.

Insight page

Woody Marks

PositiveRole35:23

Woody Marks is trending upward in the rankings as he continues to expand his role within the offense.

Insight page

Zamir White

PositiveUsage5:10

Zamir White is a recommended start due to his consistent volume so far this season and the Raiders' solid offensive projection.

0:00The by-weeks have hit, so it may be a little bit tougher to submit your lineup in week five, but we got you
0:05nonetheless. S tier, you already know you're starting Gibbs. You already know you're starting Bejian Robinson. They're both averaging 26 fantasy points per
0:13game or more so far this season.
0:15Frankly, it doesn't matter the matchup, but both these teams are heavily favored. Now, going over to the A tier, you already know you are starting
0:23Christian McAffrey. You already know you are starting Jonathan Taylor. Now, as somebody who has Jonathan Taylor on their team, I'll be honest, I am very
0:31concerned about the matchup that we have with him having to play at Pittsburgh.
0:35The Colts only project to score 21 points. They are two and a half point dogs as well. So, I wouldn't be that
0:40surprised if the ners or the Colts offenses struggle a bit this week given their tough matchups on the road. But still, nonetheless, CMC and Taylor are
0:50top five RBs. You know, you're going to start them. Now going over to the B tier, this is where things will begin to
0:55flatten out. We will be led off with Javvante Williams. Now Javvante is an absolute smash. He is averaging over 20 fantasy points per game at the moment.
1:06And most importantly, the matchup you have playing against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home will be one in which the Dallas Cowboys are just going to
1:17blow this Bucks team out of the water on Thursday night. They're favored by eight and a half points. Hell, if we pull this
1:23up right now on Poly Market US before the Baker injury, you can see that the Cowboys were anywhere from like a 70ish%
1:32chance of winning this game, maybe down to a 59. Well, now they're up to an 80% chance to beat the Bucks. It's supposed
1:39to not even be remotely close here. Now, if we look at the PPR prop that we have for Javvante Williams, currently he is
1:47at a 74% chance of scoring 14 or more fantasy points. Now, of course, if you wanted to check out any of those markets
1:54on Poly Market US, you can find the link in the description as well as the comment section. Sign up with promo code

2:04Available in every state outside of Nevada. Now, going over to Kairen Williams. Kairen Williams projects to be in one of the highest scoring game
2:13environments of the week. And at the same time, the Rams are favored by about three points here with this being played
2:20at home. Currently, the implied team total that you have for this Rams offense is 28 12 points. So, this going to be one of the most exciting prime
2:30time games that we get all year. And the usage has been insane. This dude just had 13 targets this past week. He's had
2:3620 targets over the past two. So Kairen looks like a locked and loaded set it and forget it high-end running back. Now
2:43going over to Chase Brown. Um it's a good matchup playing at Miami. We don't know the status yet of Jamar Chase or T.
2:52Higgins. They both missed practice on Wednesday. What we saw last week once Jamar Chase went down is Chase Brown got peppered with targets. The dude had 11
3:01receptions last week. The Cincinnati Bengals should be able to move the ball down the field effectively regardless of if they have the receivers or not just
3:10because this is a really soft Miami Dolphins defense. Now going over to Ashton Genty. Genty has had a considerable amount of volume so far
3:19this season and the Raiders offense does project out to be just fine. Like right now the Raiders project to score almost
3:26as many points as what you get with the ners as well as the Indianapolis Colts this week. You would hope that every
3:33week we have Ashen Genty one week further removed from the ankle injury that he gets a little bit more explosive. And honestly, the touchdowns
3:42will probably be here for him soon.
3:45Going over to Derrick Henry. I understand this is much lower than where we typically have Derrick Henry in our ranks, but typically
3:54the Baltimore Ravens project to be one of the best offenses in the NFL, and that is not going to be the case with no
4:02Lamar Jackson. The Ravens project to be a worse offense than the Colts, a worse offense than the NerS, really any offense that we've talked about so far
4:11in this video. And we know that Derrick Henry is not going to be having a massive role as a receiver either. Now,
4:17you can say all of that and then we can also point out that with no Lamar, they're probably gonna have to lean on
4:23the run. Derrick Henry is arguably the best running back that I've ever seen play the position. So, you still start him for sure as a top 10 back, but I
4:31don't know if we can rank him as a top five running back as he typically is.
4:35Now, James Cook over here traveling on the road. And at the same time, the Buffalo Bills are technically dogs here to the Los Angeles Rams. It's only a
4:45three-point spread, though, so it wouldn't be the most surprising thing in the world that the Bills are leading this at half and they are able to run
4:51the ball in the third, fourth quarter.
4:53Um, but I don't love the matchup that we have against the Los Angeles Rams. They have been pretty damn good against the
5:00run so far this season. Um Jaylen Warren will continue to be an absolute jam as a top 12 running back until Rico Dattle
5:09comes back. Now of course once Rico Dattle is back then you are going to have to reset expectations that will um
5:17be a little disappointing here. But as you've had, no doubt, we've had back-to-back weeks for Jaylen Warren playing over 90% of the snaps and the
5:27Pittsburgh Steelers are favored at home here against the Indianapolis Colts.
5:32Then Aaron Jones, very similar setup, right? This New Orleans Saints defense looks very bad. They just got embarrassed Monday night at home against
5:43a Falcons team that had five rushing touchdowns. And you have no Jordan Mason in this game. And if we look over the
5:50past three weeks, Aaron Jones has played at least 70% of the snaps every single week. He's had at least 20 opportunities
5:58as well. So very safe spot to say that Jaylen Warren, Aaron Jones are set it and forget it. Must start running backs.
6:05The volumes here until their back fail makes decide to come back from injury and join them, but don't know when that
6:12exactly is even going to be. Now going over to the C tier, we will be led off with Brilan Allen. Now I understand this
6:21is a crazy aggressive ranking, right?
6:24Because Brilen Allen last week scored 8.7 points. Brilen Allen last week was extremely disappointing as this was one
6:34of the worst offenses in the entire NFL.
6:37Now, with that being said, it doesn't project to be that way this week, playing against what I believe to be a
6:45bad Cleveland Browns team. The New York Jets are favored by two and a half points. And for reference, the Jets do
6:51project to outscore the Baltimore Ravens, who obviously were ranking Derk Henry at running back nine. And the most compelling thing for Brilan Allen here
7:00is the volume was there, the usage was there. like you can see that he had 94% of the snaps for the New York Jets. He
7:09was targeted out of the backfield as well. So even though clearly he was very disappointing, clearly this offense was horrific, you still probably need to go
7:20through and just jam Brail and Allen as you have no Bree and he's a three-own workhorse. Now, DeAndre Swift also very
7:28disappointing this past week as he ended up getting benched in favor of Kyle Manungai after he had an quote unquote egregious fumble according to Ben
7:38Johnson. Now, in terms of how we would project this out going into the future, I still think DeAndre Swift's the starting running back here and at the
7:46same time DeAndre Swift is going to be the running back that gets the receiving role. This is a matchup against the
7:52Green Bay Packers in which the Chicago Bears are favored. They project to be a pretty good offense scoring 24 points on
7:58the road. So, Swift probably still a mustart RB. Now, going over to Trevon Henderson. This is going to be an aggressive ranking, but as it stands
8:09today, it sounds like Ramadre Stevenson probably is not going to be playing this week. Raadre missed practice on Wednesday. We heard this coaching staff
8:19come through and they said, "Oh, okay.
8:21Well, Ramadres still has an outside chance of playing this week." They come through and they actually try out some no-name running back to bolster their
8:29running back depth. So, I'm thinking you get no Raadre Stevenson. I'm thinking that means Trevian's going to be in a good matchup playing against the Raiders
8:39where they are going to be able to run the ball.
8:42So, Trevon, I I wish this wasn't the case to be completely honest because sadly I have to play against Zufa this
8:49week in the flock league who does have Trevian Hitter and I think he is just going to lay the absolute hammer. Now,
8:56Emanuel Wilson, I have literal zero ball knowledge. I had the ability to trade for Emanuel Wilson on the cheap last
9:06week and I thought, "Oh, he's going to be splitting with George Alani." Well, that did not happen. Emanuel Wilson is the guy in this backfield. George Alani
9:16just simply couldn't cut it. And if we look at the fact that this team tried bringing in Joe Mixon, I would assume
9:24that they know that running backs a problem for them, specifically with Alani, who couldn't see the field. And while I don't expect Emanuel Wilson to
9:33be this exciting for the long term, for the short term year, Zach Char still isn't back. So, I think you probably
9:39just need to go through and jam them.
9:41Now, with Jeremiah Love, Jeremiah Love really confusing usage with the ankle injury. The man had 26 opportunities in week three that fell to 15 opportunities
9:52this past week and only 45% of the snaps. The positive that you get though is this game currently has an overunder
10:00of 54 and a half points.
10:04This should be one of the highest scoring game environments on the entire week. It is going to just have pure fireworks and Jeremiah Love can be used
10:14as a receiver. So, I think you have to go through and if you have him, you still got to play him because this game
10:22environment is so damn strong. But obviously, where we thought he had fully arrived two weeks ago, looks like we did get the head fake. The early reports on
10:31Wednesday are telling us that the ankle injury is not going to be a problem for Love. Now going over to Beel Tutin, the
10:39Jags are seven and a half point favorites over the Philadelphia Eagles at home. And it does seem like the Eagles are honestly just kind of
10:47throwing in the towel on the season. We have offensive linemen retiring. We have offensive linemen getting traded in Philadelphia. And ultimately as we look
10:57at this for Toutin, the problem that I have with him is the fact that he is not getting the receiving usage.
11:05Like over the past four weeks, the man has had nine total targets.
11:12But in week four, it was the most encouraging snap rate we've had all year with 59%. Obviously, he had some touchdowns that were called back as
11:22well. So, I don't love the usage for Beayaltin, but I really like the offense. I like the game environment where we should be able to expect them
11:31running the ball in the second half.
11:32Very similar to the same setup that we have with Jeremiah Love, right where the usage isn't the best where he is
11:41splitting, but the environment's pretty good. Now, moving over to our next name, we are going to be looking at Cam Scataboo. Um, with Scats, he was wearing
11:52a non-cont jersey with the Wednesday practice. This will be something to continue to monitor. The usage has been good over the past two weeks. Like, he
12:01played 64% of the snaps against the Cardinals, 77% the week prior. He's averaging over 20 opportunities a game over the past two weeks. And this is a
12:10decent matchup that you have going to play Washington at Washington. But this is still projected out to be a pretty bad offense here with Jameus Winston
12:18under center.
12:21Hanscat hasn't been able to find the end zone with this being a poor offense. So there are red flags. I definitely think
12:28you can continue to play him. I would hope that he gets in a full practice the following day though. Now going over to
12:36Quinn Sean Judkins. Judkins had seven targets this past week. So with those seven targets, that is a careerhigh for
12:45Judkins and that is the most bullish stance that you can take on them or the most bullish thing you can take out of
12:52that game. Realistically, what I would expect is I would expect the Cleveland Browns to still be a pretty bad team.
13:00Like if we go through and look at their current projections, they project to score about 18 and a half points here
13:05against the New York Jets. and they are currently dogs traveling to Metife. So, I am concerned about what you have here
13:14with this Browns offense, but if Judkins is going to continue to get the receiving role, he's probably somebody that you still need to play regardless.
13:23Now, moving over to the Dtier, here are the running backs that I think you can start to consider to bench. Bucky Irving
13:30is in an offense that projects to score 19 and a half points. And this past week, he got vultured from Shawn Tucker
13:38at the goal line. And Kenneth Gainwell is starting to see the field as well. We actually saw Bucky Irving with Jaylen
13:44Daniels, who obviously is a quarterback that's not going to check the ball down as much since he can run it himself,
13:50have zero targets this past week and only scores six fantasy points. Now, the benefit that you get is it is a really
13:59strong matchup that you have for him going to play against a really soft Dallas Cowboys defense. But even with that being said, again, the Bucks only
14:10project to score 19 and a half points, which is the same mark that you have with the New York Giants. A little bit
14:16better than the Cleveland Browns, but obviously not as good of an offense as what you have with like Jacksonville.
14:21Now, going over to David McGomery. David McGomery is an incredibly difficult ranking. Obviously, we add him as a sell high candidate after week one whenever
14:30we saw him drop three touchdowns, but if we look at the underlying usage, it's not like it's that different than what
14:39it was. Like, McGomery did just play 56% of the snaps in week four against the Dallas Cowboys. And the saving grace
14:47that Montgomery may have is while the Texans are 0 and4, they are seven and a half point favorites against the Tennessee Titans. That tells me they
14:58finally should be able to go out there and run the ball. This is finally a good setup that you have for Monty. Now, of
15:06course, I'm not the biggest David McGomery fan in the world. So, I completely understand if you want to say, Mason, man, he's been horrific. You
15:14got to lower him down. I'm just honestly a little nervous because the matchup since I have to play against them this
15:19week. Now, Olly Gordon did come through and he looked really good in week four, right? I tried picking him up in the
15:27flock league. Sadly, I did not have a high enough bid. He went for over 100% of the fab budget in our league, but he
15:34had a 100 rushing yards, right? And he looked damn good breaking off the long one as well. Now, the hesitation that I
15:41have for Olly Gordon as he still only played about 50% of the snaps and the Miami Dolphins offense projects to score
15:4917.8 points this week playing against the Cincinnati Bengals. They are seven point dogs. So, this is going to be the problem that you have every week with
15:57Olly Gordon and that you can play him if you're in a desperation spot where you don't have a ton of depth or maybe
16:03you're dealing with the buy, but ultimately he projects to be a committee running back and one of the worst offenses in the NFL.
16:11Now, going to Alvin Kamara, he will be in my lineup this week. I think we had Alvin Kamara a little bit higher than
16:18this in our rankings last week, but that was because the Saints offense projected a score like 25 points last week. And I
16:26was looking at Kamar going, "Okay, well, he's going to have the receiving role and at the same time he is going to have
16:31the goal line role and at the same time he is going to be drawing targets out of the backfield." But here's the problem
16:36that we have this week. The New Orleans Saints are going up against the Minnesota Vikings. This is a horrific matchup. And Alvin Kamara only played 30
16:46something% of the snaps this past week.
16:48Now, I will say that is a little bit misleading of a stat though because obviously Kamar got banged up in the
16:54game. He missed a drive or two as they evaluated him. He eventually did come back in. Now, he did miss practice on
17:01Wednesday though, so the practice report will be something that's very important to monitor there. And then Amari and Hampton also projects to be a horrendous
17:09offense. The Chargers project to be worse than the New Orleans Saints this week. They are three and a half point dogs at home against the Denver Broncos.
17:17And Amari and Hampton played 35% of the snaps against the Seattle Seahawks, 42% of the snaps against the Buffalo Bills.
17:25The crazy thing about fantasy this year is the early round two running backs that you had of Amarian Hampton, Saquon
17:37Barkley, Devon Aan, Kenneth Walker.
17:41Three of them turned out to be complete and utter duds, legit turrets, and the other guy turned out to be possibly the
17:48best player in fantasy. It is just insane how that ran out. Dear God, I made a horrific mistake not aggressively targeting Kenneth Walker myself. Now
17:59going over to the E tier, Kyle Bengai will be here at 26. So earlier reports are saying that you do not need to be
18:06concerned about the thumb injury that you have for Kyle Manungai. But I will say going to be important make sure that
18:13we continue to update that all the way through Sunday. And on top of that as well, um I will point out that a lot of
18:22the usage we had last week where he absolutely balled was after DeAndre Swift got benched with the fumble and the expectations as it stands today will
18:30be DeAndre Swift's going back to that same role. So, um, Kyle Manungai, you definitely can play him, but because he doesn't get anything guaranteed as a
18:39receiver, I would be a little bit hesitant to do so. Now, going over to RJ Harvey, RJ Harvey, no role whatsoever as
18:48a rusher. Like, over the past two weeks, the dude's literally had nine total carries, but he's also had 17 targets as
18:55well. So, his usage as a receiver is incredible right now. I mean, obviously you're not wanting to start him in a
19:01half PPR or a nonPBR league, but in a full PBR format, that's where Harvey could be interesting.
19:08Now, going over to Will Shipley. So, right now, I had a thought with myself of crap. Do I need to go out there and
19:19spin a bunch of fab on Will Shipley to find somebody to play in my second flex spot? Here is my thought process. Once
19:26we saw the Philadelphia Eagles throw in the towel on the season, we saw their tackle retire. We saw them trade their
19:31center. This is clearly a team that's over it. I don't think the Philadelphia Eagles are playing for anything anymore to be completely honest with you. Right
19:40now this week, they project to score 17.3 points. So markets have the Eagles as a lowercing offense than the Miami
19:49Dolphins. And there is an outside chance in which Will Shipley is just keeping his job as a receiver. Now that Damen
19:58Pierce has been pulled up from the practice squad, there's a good chance that I don't know. All of a sudden, Damen
20:06Pierce is the first and second down running back.
20:11So, I am concerned about Chipley. Very similar to what we saw with Olly Gordon last week. I wouldn't mind at all if you
20:18picked him up just waiting one week. So we can go ahead and get confirmation on what his role looks like before you were
20:24to start him in week six. Now going to Jaori Kroski Merritt. This ranking is under the assumption that you have no
20:32Rashad White. Now if Rashad White were to end up playing, then Jaka Crossro is completely unusable because here's the deal. He's been unusable. He's been
20:43horrific already as is. But with no Rashad White, he did see four targets out of the back field against the Indianapolis Colts and Daniels being
20:54back does elevate this offense um greatly. Now Tony Pard is in what projects to be the worst offense in the NFL this week. So yeah, no interest in
21:04any Tennessee Titans not named Carell Tate. I would say in general, all these F-tier running backs are guys that I would really want you to have on your
21:12bench. like Tyler Algier. Unless Jeremiah Love were to miss, I'd want him on your bench. The team's probably going to be trailing to Detroit. JK Dobbins
21:20averaging five fantasy points per game right now. It doesn't matter that he's the starter. Woody Marks is expanding his role. He is moving up these ranks.
21:27Blake Cororm looks like just a true handcuff to Kairen. And then Damen Pierce probably worth the roster spot, but again, not starting him until we see
21:37the role. Katon Mitchell, maybe he's about to flip Amari and Hampton, but let's wait a little bit longer before we decide that. Uh Marshon Lloyd, maybe if
21:45you have no Chris Brooks, you gotta look at him. Kendra Miller, I mean, he's a running back that is not going to see
21:52the high value touches that Kamar is getting and what projects to be a really bad offense. And then Kenneth Gainwell if you wanted to try to get some cheap
22:00receptions, but again, this quarterback's not going to dump the ball off. But I really appreciate you and I hope I was able to help you out in some
