Aaron Jones

NegativeUsage13:12

Aaron Jones has played 80% of snaps in the two games without Jordan Mason, making him a must-start running back until Mason returns; however, he lacks explosiveness and his value will crater once Mason is back.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveProjection0:00

Bijan Robinson is a top-tier fantasy asset averaging 26 points per game; his outlook improved significantly now that the Falcons have a competent quarterback, evidenced by a 35-point performance last week.

Insight page

Blake Corum

NegativeRole15:06

Blake Corum is a premium handcuff who would become a league winner if Kyren Williams were injured, but he is not startable under current conditions.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeProjection12:30

Brian Thomas Jr. is viewed as an every-week starter in Jacksonville, though his fantasy value is capped by low receiving volume, averaging only 1.7 targets per game. Trevor Lawrence is actively trying to get him involved in the red zone.

Insight page

Cam Akers

NegativeProjection10:07

Cam Akers is averaging 12 fantasy points per game with high volume (24 opportunities last week), but Kenneth Walker is concerned about the overall quality of the Giants offense and team performance.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveUsage5:12

Chase Brown is a locked-in RB1 rest of season, supported by three consecutive games with over 70% of the snaps played in the Bengals' offense.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

PositiveUsage2:06

After concerning snap counts in weeks one and two (55% and 52%), Christian McCaffrey returned to an 83% snap share in week three, maintaining his status as an elite running back with phenomenal receiving usage averaging 5.7 targets per game.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveUsage9:03

Chuba Hubbard is a set-it-and-forget-it starter who does not share his workload with any significant competition. Jonathan Brooks' eventual return is not expected to threaten Hubbard's status.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeUsage13:39

D'Andre Swift's ranking is suppressed by the current state of the Bears' offense and the health of Caleb Williams. There is also concern regarding his backfield split with Kyle Monangai.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeBust9:10

David Montgomery is a sell-high candidate currently splitting the backfield with Woody Marks. He is averaging only 2.8 yards per carry and lacks explosiveness; he is viewed as a touchdown-dependent player in a struggling offense, though his outlook may improve once Nico Collins returns to boost red zone efficiency.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveProjection4:09

Derrick Henry is a legitimate beast and should be ranked as the RB3 in fantasy; he is averaging 25 points per game with six rushing touchdowns in three games, making him the overall RB1 in non-PPR formats.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeProjection15:18

JK Dobbins is viewed as a washed-up starter who is unlikely to score significant fantasy points in his current backfield split with RJ Harvey.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

NegativeRole11:29

Jadarian Price was benched following a fumble and is at risk of losing his role if he does not expand his usage soon, especially with the looming threat of a healthy Zach Charbonnet.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveProjection0:00

Jahmyr Gibbs is one of the most valuable fantasy assets, currently averaging over 30 fantasy points per game through the first three weeks of the season.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveProjection3:19

Despite lower receiving usage (2.7 targets per game) and touchdown vulturing by Josh Allen, James Cook is a locked-in RB1 rest of season due to his high rushing volume of 115 yards per game.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveUsage9:13

Javonte Williams is a volume-based starter who recorded 22 total opportunities last week. He is reliable as a receiver, averaging four targets per game, and benefits from playing in a productive Dallas Cowboys offense that provides red zone opportunities.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

NegativeUsage12:02

Jaylen Warren is an auto-start when Rico Dowdle is out, but Kenneth Walker worries he will fall into a committee role in a poor offense once Dowdle returns.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

PositiveBreakout8:08

Jeremiah Love is the biggest riser in the rankings after recording 21 carries and five targets for 26 total opportunities last week. He has effectively relegated Tyler Allgeier to a backup role and is now a locked-in starter who should continue to improve as a rookie.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveUsage0:29

Despite a disappointing performance against Houston, Jonathan Taylor remains a top-five running back who plays at least 85% of snaps every week; he is expected to bounce back against the Commanders.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

PositiveUsage8:55

Kenneth Walker suggests fantasy managers should not be concerned about Jonathan Brooks's eventual return, implying he will not immediately displace Chuba Hubbard's established role.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

PositiveBreakout10:45

Keaton Mitchell expanded his role and demonstrated more explosiveness than Amarian Hampton, making him a notable riser in the context of the Chargers' backfield.

Insight page

Kenneth Gainwell

NegativeValue17:06

Kenneth Gainwell may emerge as a viable fantasy option, but his value is contingent on the status of Bucky Irving; fantasy managers should monitor injury updates regarding Irving to determine if Gainwell becomes a startable asset.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveUsage0:29

Kenneth Walker is seeing phenomenal volume, averaging 21 carries and 6 targets per game (27 total opportunities), which is a career-high; he is viewed as a potential top fantasy pick if he stays healthy.

Insight page

Kyle Monangai

NegativeValue15:35

Kyle Monangai would be a higher-ranked premium handcuff to D'Andre Swift if the Chicago Bears offense were not currently considered useless due to the Caleb Williams injury.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

PositiveUsage8:45

Kyren Williams remains the clear starter for the Rams, commanding 71% of snaps in close games. His lower snap share in week two was an outlier caused by a blowout against the Giants, where Blake Corum saw late-game work.

Insight page

Ollie Gordon

PositiveValue15:48

Ollie Gordon is a target for FAAB spending as a potential replacement for Travis Etienne, though he is not a set-it-and-forget-it starter due to the poor Miami Dolphins offense and an expected backfield split with Jaylen Wright.

Insight page

Rico Dowdle

NegativeInjury16:30

Rico Dowdle is currently injured, making him an unexciting handcuff option for fantasy managers.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

PositiveUsage15:18

RJ Harvey is preferred over JK Dobbins in their shared backfield because he looks better on tape and serves as the primary receiving back, averaging 5.5 targets per game, which provides value in PPR formats.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeInjury5:31

Saquon Barkley is currently a borderline low-end RB1, hampered by early-season injury issues that limited his production to six points per game; his outlook remains dependent on his health status.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeInjury14:35

Travis Etienne has re-aggravated a hamstring injury and is expected to hit injured reserve, likely sidelining him for four to five weeks, leaving fantasy managers in a difficult position regarding their RB2 slot.

0:00We are still to the point of the year where if you don't have Jamir Gibbs, if you don't have Dejian Robinson, you just
0:05maybe cooked chicken. Like obviously if you have JSN, you are fine. But we are three games in, Jir Gibbs is averaging
0:11over 30 fantasy points per game. Three games in Bejian Robinson's averaging about 26. And this past week, now that the Falcons actually have a quarterback,
0:20he just dropped 35. These are the two most valuable assets in fantasy right alongside Jackson Smith and Jigba. I wish one of them was on my team. Sadly,
0:29they're not. Now, I did have the opportunity to have Kenneth Walker and Jonathan Taylor, but sadly, I'm an idiot. Um, here with Kenneth Walker,
0:37phenomenal volume that he has had so far this season. Something that we had never seen from him throughout his NFL career.
0:44Like, if we go through and look at Walker this year, he is averaging 21 carries per game. His previous career high was back in 2022, his rookie season
0:54at 15. He is averaging six targets per game. This is 27 total opportunities per game and he has never cracked 20. So, as
1:02long as he stays upright and as long as he is healthy, he looks like probably the best pick in fantasy if you got him
1:08in the second round of your draft.
1:10Hopefully, you did not trade him away.
1:11And then looking at Jonathan Taylor, Taylor disappointing this past week, but it was a tough match up against the Houston Texans. He is still playing
1:18every single snap in this backfield. He has played at least 85% of the snaps every single week for the Indianapolis Colts. I think he gets right back on
1:26track this week against the Commanders and he is a top five running back right alongside McCaffrey. With McAffrey, the usage was really concerning week one and
1:35two where he played 55 and 52% of the snaps. But week three against the Arizona Cardinals, he just went right back to 83% of the snaps for this Niners
1:46offense. And he is averaging 5.7 targets per game. So you still have this as an elite offense. you still have him with
1:53phenomenal receiving usage. Now, moving over to our B tier, this is where things begin to get a little bit mixed up.
1:59James Cook hasn't really had the receiving usage of any of these other guys. Like even Jonathan Taylor getting used way more as a receiver, right? With
2:06JT having 3.7 targets per game in comparison to James Cook with a whopping 2.7. But still, um, a James Cook averaging 115 rushing yards per game.
2:17So, even with the receiving work not being there, even with the touchdowns not being that exciting either with Josh Allen obviously vulturing them, he's
2:25still a locked and loaded running back one rest of season. Ashton Genty is a locked and loaded RB1. He just went
2:31backtoback games playing over 80% of the snaps for the Raiders. Now, the efficiency has been really bad. He's only averaging 3.3 yards per attempt,
2:41but I would expect Genty to still be a very good running back and the efficiency to actually get better as time goes on. Derrick Henry, legitimate
2:49beast. Honestly, at this point, there is no reason for Derrick Henry not to be their running back three in fantasy.
2:54Like, he is averaging 25 fantasy points per game. We have played three games this season and this dude has six rushing touchdowns. Obviously, the
3:04receiving volume isn't going to be there, but dear God, if you're in a nonPBR format, Dererick Henry's the running back one overall. And then Chase
3:12Brown, the last running back in this tier. So, with Brown, I know a lot of people are concerned because he's not
3:18necessarily scoring a ton of points, but he has had three straight games of over 70% of the snaps played in Cincinnati.
3:24So, I still 100% have faith that Chase Brown is a running back one locked and loaded rest of season with this Bengals
3:31offense being good and him having the volume as well. Now, going over to our seeds here, Saquon Barkley is only averaging six fantasy points per game
3:40right now, but one of the games that he played in, he left early. He was clearly injured even when he came back. Like, um
3:47I think tonight is going to be incredibly telling for Barkley.
3:51Obviously, I'll be live after tonight's game talking about it, but right now expectations going in on Poly Market US.
3:57The Eagles have a 65% chance of winning.
4:01Going over and looking at the player prop section for fantasy points PPR.
4:06Suan Barkley has a 51% chance of scoring 15 or more fantasy points. So, it will be interesting to see what happens with
4:14Barkley tonight. Maybe he is a riser.
4:16Maybe he's a follower in these ranks. I think he's probably just a borderline low-end RB1 regardless though. And obviously if y'all wanted to check out
4:23any of the markets for tonight's game, tomorrow night's game, etc., etc., you can find the link to Poly Market US in
4:29the description as well as the comment section. If you sign up with promo code flock, you are going to get $50 added to
4:35your account after you deposit your first 10. And Poly Market US is available in every state outside of Nevada. Again, that link is in the
4:45description as well as comment section.
4:48Now, moving over to Jeremiah Love.
4:50Jeremiah Love, maybe the biggest riser that we have from last week's rankings to this week's rankings. I cannot believe that Avery Huffman in my league
5:00somehow was able to trade Tedoa McMillan for Love. Unexcusable. And love the following week. 21 carries, five targets, 26 total opportunities. He has
5:12completely moved Tyler Algier to the back seat. He is an automatic jam as a locked and loaded starting running back every week going into the future. And
5:20again, with these rookies, you only expect them to improve as time goes on.
5:25Kairen Williams in close games is just getting the vast majority of the work here for the Rams. Like Kairen Williams this past week had 71% of the snaps. So
5:34of course in week two where he only had 55% maybe it was a little bit concerning. But also in that instance,
5:41it was a blowout against the New York Giants where we had a lot of Blake Cororm at the end of the game. So Kirn
5:47still has the starting job for the Los Angeles Rams. This is still a very good offense. And damn, Kairen looked like a
5:53very good running back. Now with Javvante Williams, it's fully a volume game, right? I mean, this is a running back this past week that had 22 total
6:01opportunities. He's averaging four targets a game. It's a good Dallas Cowboys offense. So with this being a good offense, they'll have red zone
6:09trips while at the same time we will be in a spot in which you can rely on Javvante as a receiver as well. So he is
6:17somebody that you probably just need to go out through and start if you have him. Now moving over to our next name,
6:24we are going to be looking at Amarian Hampton. So Hampton at this point is a continuous faller as it does just appear
6:32that this Chargers offense is garbage.
6:36like the Los Angeles Chargers complete and total frauds as big of frauds as my own fantasy football team. They are currently sitting at 0 and3 and if you
6:45look at the schedule that they have going into the future they have no hope Katon Mitchell expanded his role this week and I'm not going to lie to you
6:52Katon Mitchell looked better than Amari and Hampton. It finally looked like they had some explosive plays. Like if we just look at the uh markets of for next
7:03week, the Los Angeles Chargers are in a spot against the Seattle Seahawks where the Seahawks have a 74% chance of winning this game. The spread 6 and a
7:14half right now. The Chargers next week project to score 16 and a half points.
7:18The Los Angeles Chargers are cooked and Amari Hampton's not getting any target volume and Amari and Hampton's in a committee. Like if Bree Hall was
7:26healthy, Bree Hall would easily be ahead of Amari and Hampton. If Bucky Irving's fully healthy, Bucky would easily be ahead of Amari and Hampton. The only
7:36reason Hampton's going ahead of Bree and Bucky, and why it's difficult to talk about Bree and Bucky at the moment is
7:42obviously those two other running backs are currently dealing with injuries, and we just don't exactly know what we can expect. Now, moving over to our next
7:50name, we are going to have Bay Shell Toutin. So with Tuton, he is the guy in Jacksonville. The receiving volume has
7:57not been there, which is why I'm going to be a little bit lower on him in these ranks. He's averaged only 1.7 targets
8:04per game, but clearly this team likes him a lot. Trevor Lawrence did everything he could to get him a touchdown this past week. So I think
8:11with Tuton, you're probably viewing him as an every week start. But I would say that with every Dtier running back, every one of these guys, while they are
8:19healthy, you absolutely do need a jamama. DeAndre Swift would be much higher in these rankings if Caleb Williams was good to go and if the
8:28Chicago Bears offense was looking like how it did at the beginning of the season. Now, of course, we are just going to have to wait for Caleb to come
8:35back. Very similar to Bree, very similar to Bucky as we get clarity with the health of these situations. These running backs will be risers in these
8:43ranks. And I am a little concerned with Swift splitting with Kyle Manungai.
8:48Chuba Hubard doesn't have to split with anybody obviously. AJ Dylan's the running back that's running alongside him at this point. And at this point, I
8:55don't really think we need to be worried about Jonathan Brooks even when Jonathan Brooks comes back later on. So Hubard looks like he's just a set it and forget
9:03it jam every week. And then with David McGomery, David McGomery is splitting the backfield with Woody Marks. This is why he was a sell high candidate after
9:12week one, right? Week one, he comes through and he only plays 49% of the snaps, but he has three total touchdowns. So he scores 29 points right
9:21now. David McGomery is averaging 2.8 yards per carry. 2.8.
9:26The explosiveness isn't there. He's a touchdown or bus running back that's in a bad offense. Now I will say though once Nico Collins does come back, then
9:36at that point you can be a little more excited about McGomery because this offense will be better. They will have more trips to the red zone. Now, as we
9:43go down to the E tier, these will be the running backs that I think I would like to bench if I could. Now, of course, if
9:50you are in my situation, right, where I just had my running back, too, go down with Travis ETN, I'm cooked chicken, so
9:56I'm going to have to be starting some of these bums down here at the bottom end of your ranks. But if you have a good
10:01fantasy team or you play in a shallow like 10 team league, I would really hope you're only starting the Dtier names and
10:07above. Cam Scataboo here at 21 is averaging 12 fantasy points per game so far this season. And it sounds like JJ
10:15McCarthy may be the starting quarterback for the New York Giants going into the future. So, I am very concerned about this Giants offense. I would rather
10:25avoid Scat if I could. I will say the underlying volume this past week was incredible though where he did have 24
10:33opportunities and he looks very good at the same time. I am just worried that this Giants team is about to be the
10:40worst team in the NFL. Like if we go back say to before the Jackson Dard injury or very early on, you actually
10:48had the New York Giants with a what 67% chance of beating the Arizona Cardinals this next week. Right now, the Cardinals
10:56are slight favorites over the Giants.
10:58That's how down bad it is to be a New York Giant right now where you are a coin flip winning against the Cardinals
11:06at home. Now going over to Quinn Shawn Judkins. Judkins very similar to Cam Scataboo is getting the volume. Like Quinn Sean Judkins getting used as a
11:15receiver, getting used as a rusher.
11:16Whether you want to blame the offensive line, whether you want to blame the coaching staff, whether you want to blame Judkins on why he's not scoring
11:22any points and why he's super inefficient with this volume, it's kind of up to you to figure out who you're blaming. But the fact of the matter is
11:29they're garbage regardless. Now going over to Jerian Price. Jarian Price gets benched with the fumble this past week and we are now to the point of the year
11:39where it's like dear God, can you expand your role like what we just had with Jeremiah Love? Because if it's not going
11:45to happen soon, you may be put into a situation if you're Jadarian Price that by the time you want to expand your
11:52role, what we end up getting in a healthy Zack Charbanet, which obviously at that point would just be devastating for Price Trevon Henderson, Jaylen
12:03Warren, and Remadre Stevenson here at the bottom end of this tier. Obviously, if you were looking at our weekly rankings, the weekly rankings will be
12:11very different than this. We had Jaylen Warren ranked as an absolute must-start running back last week because you had no Rico Dattle. And any game in which
12:19Dow's going to miss. Yes, Jaylen Warren will be an auto start like he just was.
12:24But when we get Rico D back in, I am worried that Jaylen Warren's going to look very similar to these New England
12:31Patriots and that he's going to be in a running back by committee in a garbage offense. And yes, at this point, I do
12:37think that it's probably fair to call the New England Patriots a garbage offense with Trevian Henderson and Madre Stevenson splitting that backfield. And
12:47honestly, as we go through and talk through this, I probably do need to have Cam Scaboo in the tier above because
12:53honestly, there's no reason for me to ever like mention the word Cam Scataboo and Trevian Henderson in the same sentence. So, let me go ahead. Let's
13:04update those rankings for y'all right now. I just did that. We just moved him to that tier above. Let me go ahead and
13:11pull back the tier list for y'all. Yeah, this looks much better with Cam Scataboo in this tier with these running backs up
13:18here in comparison to like the New England backs. And then again, Jaylen Warren will be much higher if this injury lingers for Rico Dattle. But I
13:25kind of expect Dadd's going to be back this week. Now going over to our F tier, we're going to be led off with Aaron
13:32Jones. So Aaron Jones, we've had two games with no Jordan Mason and he has played 80% of the snaps both those
13:38weeks. The problem is there's just not going to be a lot of upside. There's not going to be a lot of explosiveness here
13:44with Jones. But until Jordan Mason does come back, Aaron Jones is going to be just a set it and forget it must start
13:50running back. But then when Jordan Mason is returning, Aaron Jones kind of falls back to being nothing. Josh Jacobs. I was more optimistic that we were going
13:59to see him this season. Before we got the word that the money that he paid the accuser victim, I don't know what word
14:08I'm supposed to use. Let's just wrap allegedly and everything so I don't get sued. Um the settlement that they had where she said, "I don't want the video
14:16to come out." The judge said, "No, no, no. The video can come out. The NFL's requested it." So, I think that's
14:21probably going to be a bad thing here for Mr. Jacobs. And I'm going to be a little bit less optimistic about his
14:28chances of returning now. But even if he does return, like you do need to be concerned that we're going to be in a
14:35situation in which it doesn't matter because this Packers offensive line is so damn bad. Now, Travis Cten this past week was actually scoring a considerable
14:46amount of points before he went down. He played 38% of the snaps, but had already scored nine points for the Raiders. But
14:52now that he reagravates this same hamstring, as somebody who had Travis ETN as their running back too, I am expecting the worst. I'm expecting him
15:01to hit the injured reserve and we probably don't get him back for another four to five weeks, which is just going
15:06to be absolutely brutal. And then Blake Cororm, just the premium handcuff running back where if we were to get an injury to Kiran, Blake Cororm does turn
15:13into a league winner, but without that Kairen injury, he's not startable. Then RJ Harvey is split in this backfield with Dobbins. I prefer Harvey over
15:22Dobbins because one, I think Harvey looks better between the two running backs. And two, Harvey is the receiving back. So, in a PBR format, he has some
15:31value there, averaging five and a half targets per game so far this season.
15:35Kyle Manungai would be higher as that premium handcuff running back competing with DeAndre Swift if it wasn't for the Caleb Williams injury, making the
15:42Chicago Bears offense a little useless here in the short term. And then Ali Gordon will be my choice to replace Devon Achan. I'm going to be honest,
15:53there's a good chance that I go out there and spend a decent amount of fab dollars on Oy Gordon this week trying to
15:59get a replacement for Travis CTN here.
16:02Again, Jaylen Wright did miss this past week, so I'm not going to go like Olly Gordon's a set it and forget it. Volume
16:08is king stardom every week like Aaron Jones is. And this is a garbage Miami Dolphins offense. So I can't spend like
16:15100% of my fab or anything crazy, but um with no HN, no Jaylen Wright, he did have a ton of volume this past week.
16:24Maybe he is interesting. But what's probably going to happen is Jaylen Wright's going to split the backfield with him and neither guy is going to be
16:30viable. Then going over to our Gtier, Rico Dowel is a handcuffed running back that's currently injured. So not super exciting. JK Dobbins is the starting
16:38running back in his backfield, but the problem with Dobbins is he looks so washed up at this point, there's no way
16:44that he can score fantasy points. Rashad White and Jakory Cross Merritt. Once Daniels comes back, I will be more optimistic. I understand Mariota look
16:53pretty damn good this past week. But with that being said, I'm not optimistic about this commander offense with no
17:03Jaden Daniels. Tony Pard is Tony Pard.
17:06Kenneth Gainwell is uh maybe viable if Bucky Irving misses some time here.
17:11We're gonna have to wait for the Bucky injury update. Kaylin Black, premium handcuff running back. McCaffrey were to go down. And then Alvin Kamara here. I
17:19have Alvin Kamara who was handcuffing Travis ETN on my own team. My team is so ass that I probably have to start Alvin
17:26Kamar and hope that he racks up some cheap receptions. But he is going to be splitting with Miller and that's probably going to make both running
17:33backs um unusable to be completely honest. But I am wishing y'all the best of luck. I hope that your team is
17:41looking decent at this point. Um hopefully you're not having to consider Olly Gordon or Kamara like I am with my sorry ass team. But of course, if y'all
17:50wanted to check out any of the markets for the game tonight on Poly Market US, you can see the Eagles with a 65% chance
17:59of winning this game. Spreads three and a half points. Right now, the Eagles project to score 23 and a half and the
18:04Chicago Bears are projecting to score 17 1.5. You can go through and take the Bears at a 53% chance to score more than
18:1317 1/2 points. But the link is in the description. It's in the comment section. Sign up with promo code flock and you are going to be getting $50
