Alec Pierce

NegativeInjury11:47

The source views Pierce as a "bum" and a waste of money, citing his current ankle injury as a long-term concern that mirrors Chris Godwin's previous injury struggles, suggesting he may not be reliable until later in the season.

Insight page

Breece Hall

NegativeInjury7:14

The source expresses skepticism regarding Hall's durability, citing a groin injury suffered on August 17th. Despite reports he may be ready for Week 1, the source labels him "Breece Cupcake Hall" and warns that groin injuries are easily aggravated, leading to a potential drop in his rankings.

Insight page

Caleb Douglas

PositiveSleeper24:07

The source highlights Douglas as a sleeper with significant upside due to his 6'4" frame and 4.39 speed. Despite being a rookie, he was named the WR1 by his coach and is expected to benefit from garbage-time targets in a struggling Dolphins offense.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeInjury15:13

The source is completely fading McCaffrey due to "calf tightness" and a history of missing significant time after similar injury designations. The source expresses extreme frustration with his availability and refuses to spend a first-round pick on him.

Insight page

Christian Watson

NegativeInjury14:14

The source considers Watson a "big mistake" for fantasy managers, citing his inability to stay healthy or crack 621 receiving yards in a season. The source expects him to miss time with a hamstring injury early in the year.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

PositiveValue22:54

Denzel Boston is emerging as a primary end-zone threat and is a better value than teammate Concepcion, who is now being drafted in the single-digit rounds. Boston is a high-upside stash in rounds 13-14 with strong training camp reports.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveProjection9:51

The source considers Chase a top-tier receiver with no flaws, contrasting him favorably against other injury-prone players.

Insight page

Jordyn Tyson

NegativeInjury3:23

The source labels Tyson a "bum" due to a hamstring injury that will sideline him for two months, noting that his history of college injuries makes him untrustworthy for fantasy rosters even upon his projected Week 6 return.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveRole12:07

The source is fading Josh Downs, arguing that the team's decision to sign Keenan Allen proves that the organization does not believe in Downs' ability to be a primary target.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeInjury13:45

The source warns against drafting Jacobs due to a groin injury and potential off-field suspension issues, noting that the Packers' defense may force them to throw more, which could further impact his usage.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

PositiveRole11:58

The source describes Allen as "washed up" and believes his signing with the Colts will negatively impact the target share of other receivers like Josh Downs and tight end Tyler Warren.

Insight page

Kenyon Sadiq

PositiveSleeper20:48

Despite a hernia, Kenyan Sadiq is expected to be ready for Week 1. A physical specimen (6'4", 240 lbs, 4.3 speed), he is a high-upside late-round tight end target. Geno Smith's tendency to target tight ends in a pocket-passing scheme boosts Sadiq's outlook as a potential TE1.

Insight page

Keon Coleman

NegativeInjury14:01

The source labels Coleman a "bum" because he is currently walking in a boot due to a foot injury, dismissing his preseason touchdown as irrelevant.

Insight page

Malachi Fields

PositiveBreakout29:06

Malachi Fields is a 6'4" target who has secured the WR2 role for the Giants. With concerns regarding Malik Nabers' health and recovery from an ACL tear, Fields has significant upside and could command a high target share, potentially reaching 10 touchdowns.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveBreakout20:12

The source identifies Golden as a high-upside sleeper at his Round 10 ADP. With Christian Watson's injury history and Tucker Kraft's limited status, the source believes Golden could emerge as the Packers' WR1.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

PositiveUsage24:36

Mike Washington is a high-upside handcuff who could see increased work in the second half of the season if the team looks to preserve their starter. He is a strong late-round bench stash with goal-line vulture potential.

Insight page

Najee Harris

NegativeDepth Chart10:13

The source notes that the Giants are meeting with Najee Harris, interpreting this as a lack of confidence in their current backup running backs, Tracy and Singletary, specifically regarding pass protection.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeInjury8:49

The source is avoiding Nacua in drafts due to a groin injury and a history of health issues, explicitly stating they drafted James Cook over him at the 1.04 spot. The source also dismisses him due to off-field concerns.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

NegativeUsage27:34

The source is down on Johnston, citing his high drop rate and contrasting his performance with the sure-handedness of Trey Harris.

Insight page

Tre Harris

PositiveBreakout17:15

The Chargers are moving on from Keenan Allen, signaling confidence in Trey Harris as the WR2 opposite Ladd McConkey. Harris is a superior talent to Quentin Johnston, who struggles with drops, and Harris has shown elite catch ability in camp. He is a target in rounds 11-13 with WR1/WR2 upside.

Insight page
PositiveSleeper27:07

The source is high on Trey Harris, believing he is more sure-handed than Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston. With Keenan Allen gone, the source expects Harris to become a target-heavy force for the Chargers.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

NegativeInjury20:27

The source notes that Kraft is coming off an ACL injury and will be limited to start the year, which will result in fewer targets for him.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

NegativeUsage12:17

The source believes the addition of Keenan Allen will hurt Tyler Warren's fantasy production, as both players occupy the middle of the field.

Insight page

Zachariah Branch

PositiveBreakout18:59

Zachariah Branch is an explosive, Zay Flowers-esque talent who serves as the WR2 in Atlanta. With little competition for targets outside of Drake London, Branch has significant rookie upside and is a late-round target despite some preseason quarterback uncertainty.

0:00Welcome everybody, we've got a massive episode here for you.
0:03We are talking Top 10 Fantasy Football Sleepers. This is a major, major episode because these guys are gems and could absolutely
0:08win your leagues and you get them for literally nothing.
0:11Bottom of the barrel, dollar general type stuff. This is awesome and they're going to absolutely explode this year in Fantasy Football.
0:16And on the show we've got the wild and wonderful, the great and powerful Walter Football from WalterFootball.com.
0:21Walter, welcome to the show man, I'm excited. Hey, thanks for having me on again.
0:25Yeah, it's going to be fun to talk about these guys.
0:28We talked about guys you had to draft and now you get, you know, you always try to talk about like your
0:33core four running backs and then you try to get an ace receiver in there and a good second receiver.
0:38Then you can fill out the rest of your team with these guys and, you know, most of your league mates are
0:44not going to know who these people are. They might know some of them, but not all of them.
0:49And so you'll be able to get these guys late and they're going to be able to carry you to the championship.
0:55It's wild, man. We're going to talk some fantasy football draft strategy.
0:58We'll talk some latest news and notes. If you are new to the channel, make sure you guys do subscribe, hit the
1:03thumbs up, smash it, tap it, hype it, swipe it.
1:06Make sure you guys do grab the 16 rounds draft kit.
1:09I'm extending a deal called Deal. Guys, for a few more days, save 20% off 16 rounds.
1:13Sleepers break us. I just updated a printable cheat sheet.
1:16All the answers to the cheat sheet, all the answers to the test are there on the cheat sheet, I should say.
1:21Grab 16 rounds. I've linked it below. Do not draft without it.
1:24You'll be at a significant disadvantage. Be prepared for the draft.
1:27I know a lot of people, Walter, were just talking about it.
1:30Like draft season is official here, man. Like I think the main draft starts this week, right?
1:35Everyone's starting this week pretty much. Yeah. It's usually there's like three weekends of drafting.
1:39So it's this one, the next one, and then Labor Day weekend.
1:42So yeah, this is a scrunch times. It's getting there.
1:44So make sure you're prepared for your draft. Don't enter the draft like clueless or like buy a fantasy magazine, which is two, two months outdated.
1:51You know, that's like the worst thing you could do.
1:53Like the best thing you do is just get the info from people you trust.
1:57And I think that we're two of the best out there.
2:00Thank you. And I just updated 16 rounds as well.
2:03So like you're going to be able to see Jordan Tyson.
2:06We're going to talk about news missing two months.
2:08That's not, you're not going to get that in a magazine.
2:11And, you know, just by him going down a few rankings, you get that extra insight there and go to Walter football.com for additional information, everything football.
2:18Go bookmark the site right now. You guys will be pleasantly happy with what he's got going on there.
2:22And now you've got all the tools, Walter. We've given them everything on a silver platter at this point.
2:27Yeah. Yeah. If they're listening to us and getting 16 rounds and visiting Walter football.com, you'll be ready.
2:32You'll be like light years ahead of everyone else in the draft.
2:35Like guys who are using the fantasy magazine still, for some reason, like they're going to finish in 10th or 11th place.
2:41Like you're going to be up there. You're going to be winning.
2:44So yeah, make sure you're following what we're doing here.
2:46There's only one thing we can't prepare you for.
2:49And that is breaking Brad. Who's having a field day actually with all these injuries and news and notes here.
2:54So we want to talk about that breaking Brad.
2:56I know you're excited to deliver the line. Let's get to it.
2:59We now have breaking news. Well, it's not really breaking, breaking Brad's been a few days with great urgency.
3:04That we bring you these following messages. He even interrupts me when I'm talking.
3:08So we record this the day before, you know, you know, the day before we put it out.
3:12So you're getting this in the morning first thing recorded the day before.
3:16So if you hear us talking about like an injury from a day or two ago, it's still relevant because the first
3:21thing I want to talk about here again, this was a few days ago is Jordan Tyson.
3:26What a bum. I know people say, well, how could you call him that?
3:29Dude, like I get it's a hamstring and I get those things linger, but out two months, there's got to be something more there.
3:35Like two months, dude, we're just talking about this again before the show.
3:39It's like two months. Remember when we were kids in summer, you had the two months off holidays, dude.
3:44It's like, that's a long time, man. That's a long time to be off.
3:47Two months, dude. Like that's terrible. Yeah. What other profession do you see this happen?
3:51Like if you're an accountant, you're like, oh, I'm out for two months.
3:54My calculator broke. Like it's ridiculous, man. Like I get like a couple of weeks here and there, but like two months for a hamstring.
4:01Like, you know, this is really disappointing. I liked him coming out of college.
4:04You know, he had a lot of injuries in college, but I thought maybe he gets an NFL strength and conditioning program.
4:10Maybe it's better for him. You know, the Saints typically don't have that many injuries.
4:14So I thought maybe it'd be better for him, but apparently not.
4:17He's just going to be a bum and he's not going to play.
4:20And like we say, we say two months now, like he comes back in what week six.
4:25And what if he's like aggravates the hamstrings out for the rest of the year?
4:28I don't think you could touch him at all right now.
4:31It's terrible, man. And all these other injuries stacking upon stack.
4:34Like I have a new nickname for priest, the beast.
4:37Like, I don't know why they call him beast.
4:39He's done nothing in the NFL that's beastly at all.
4:42Um, the only thing beastly is, is like lack of fantasy production here, but apparently he injures a groin that he suffered on August 17th.
4:48Right. And he's believed to ready to go for week one.
4:51From what I'm hearing, it's going to be two to three weeks.
4:54So I've got a new nickname for Brees Hall.
4:56It's Brees cupcake hall. That's it. I haven't seen anything.
4:59I've seen nothing but cupcakes out of this guy.
5:01Yeah. Yeah. He's had a few games here and there, but yeah, mostly a disappointment.
5:05Um, look, it's look, it says two, three weeks.
5:07You're like, okay, week one is to be fine, but a groin.
5:10So you can, you can aggravate your groin very easily.
5:13Uh, and then what if that happens? He comes back week one.
5:16He's like on his fourth carry. He hurts his groin again.
5:19He's out for another three weeks. So it's, it's not as bad as Jordan Tyson.
5:23You know, I would drop him like around. Um, but it's, it's still not great.
5:26I, I'm going to move some running backs ahead of him.
5:29How about Puka Nakua? He's done with a groin as well.
5:32We're talking first round draft capital. He's shown injuries in the past as well.
5:36Are you concerned about Puka Nakua on his groin now?
5:38I'm concerned about Puka Nakua biting people. I'm concerned about Puka Nakua jumping through glass.
5:42Like he's going to go to Australia. He's going to fight a kangaroo.
5:45Like, like what is, what is happening with this guy?
5:48Uh, I, I, I can't, I can't draft him right now.
5:51Jamar Chase, you know, talk about top receivers. Um, I'm in on Chase.
5:54Like Chase obviously has no flaws. Like Puka, I can't draft Puka.
5:57I had a draft, uh, number, I had number four last night.
6:00I took James Cook over Puka Nakua as easy choice.
6:03Yeah. I don't trust him. And then there's that lingering suspension from the bite and all that stuff.
6:08That's, that's not good. Um, yeah. And then also a couple of the day ago, probably maybe by the time, by the
6:13time this gets out, uh, today, hopefully this hasn't happened, but I don't really care if it does.
6:18Najee Harris, um, you know, former chargers guys meeting with the giants.
6:21I don't get that, man. I guess they're just not believing in scataboo.
6:24They're probably concerned of him getting hurt. So they're adding depth, I guess with Najee.
6:28Uh, what, what I took from that was, I don't think they believe in Tracy or Singletary as the backups because Tracy
6:34got Jackson Dart almost killed in the preseason game.
6:36Yeah. So I think, I think they wanted a backup who can pass protect well, because if scataboo gets hurt, then you're
6:42going to have what Tracy trying to pass block.
6:44That's going to be a disaster. So, uh, I think, I don't, I don't think they're concerned about scataboo at least.
6:49I look, I could be wrong, but I think, I think it was just Tracy nearly decapitating his quarterback.
6:54Also, also speaking of which we're talking about chargers, great news.
6:57We'll talk about sleepers amount for Trey Harris is one of the sleepers on this list.
7:01Keenan Allen being shipped off. Now he's gone, he's gone to the Colts, which I don't think, I think it's good, but
7:07you go and pay Alec Pierce a bazillion dollars or whatever it was a hundred million plus.
7:11And then he's banged up another bum, right? I thought that was a huge waste to begin with.
7:16And then you bring in washed up Keenan Allen.
7:18I thought Keenan Allen's career was over and now they assign him to an $8 million one year deal as well.
7:23I mean, they don't believe in Alec Pierce. There's something's going on.
7:27And everyone's like, Oh, you got to get Josh Downs.
7:29I'm like, Josh Downs sucks. If Josh Downs was good, they wouldn't need Keenan Allen.
7:33Now Keenan Allen comes in. He's going to be a target hog, which I think could internally probably effectively hurt Tyler Warren a little bit too.
7:40Yeah. They both occupy the middle of the field.
7:42So any, any receiver tight end is going to be impacted by that Josh Downs, especially I'm not drafting down.
7:47So Warren, you know, you could draft him before now it's slight, slight hit, you know, but Alec Pierce, I don't think they trust them with his health.
7:54You know, this reminds me of Chris Godwin last year.
7:57Like everyone's like, Oh Godwin's going to play, you know, week one, week two, he'll be fine.
8:01Like we're talking, we were talking on the show.
8:04We're saying like, we didn't think Godwin was going to play until November.
8:07And I think that I'm getting the same vibes as Pierce.
8:10Like these ankle injuries just don't go away. Like they're very scary.
8:13Yeah. I, I, I don't know. I, it's this whole cold disaster, like their quarterback has come out to torn Achilles.
8:18So like, even if the receivers were healthy, there's, there's no guarantee they'd produce anyway.
8:22Yeah, man, it's, it's the wild West out here with these injuries.
8:25It's just, it's just crazy. And then Josh Jacobs, he's dealing with a groin and he's got his off field stuff that
8:31he's dealing with that alleged, I don't know what it was assault or whatever it was or domestic thing.
8:36I don't know. So he could be facing, you know, suspension as well.
8:39So you got to be careful with these guys.
8:41And then Keon Coleman foot injury. He's walking in a boot.
8:44What a bum. I mean, you finally catch a touchdown in preseason and people are like, Oh, maybe Keon Coleman this year.
8:50Nope, nope. He's walking around the boot. Like these guys can never get it together.
8:54And this goes back to Christian Watson. We see Alec Pierce.
8:56He's a bum. We knew he was a bum gets paid.
8:59I told you, you know, already hurt. You got, you see all these other guys continuing like Tyson.
9:04I, again, I'm, I'm seeing it already. People are drafting Christian Watson.
9:07I think he's going to be a big mistake, man.
9:09That's why I'm in, in golden. We're going to talk about golden as well.
9:13Yeah. Don't forget about Christian McCaffrey's tightness too. Like he remember, remember two years ago, like he was questionable for heading for
9:19week one and the designation was calf tightness. And as everyone thought he was going to play, like, guess what?
9:24He didn't play till November and he played four games that year.
9:27And like now it's tightness again. Like I, I, I am not touching this guy and people might think I'm crazy.
9:32I said on, on my channel, I'm like, if, if he's there in round three, I'm probably passing on him.
9:37Uh, you know, unless he, unless he comes back to practice, that's different.
9:41But like, as long as he has its tightness and he's not practicing, I'm not touching him.
9:45I'm not in on CMC. I did that video.
9:47Do you see my video where I'm imitating? Oh, I'm so tight.
9:51My back, my shoulders, like, dude, that is such a, you know, cop out.
9:54Like what a, what a, I don't want to swear here because you know, I'm trying to keep this channel, whatever, but what a, you know, pussycat.
10:01I would say that's definitely one way to put it for sure.
10:04Like, I mean, like, I mean, we were in the NFL, you got millions of dollars and you're telling me you're just too tight.
10:10Like get a massage. I mean, it's not like it's okay.
10:13Maybe one or two days. I'm a little tight in my shoulder and my leg.
10:17I'm tight. You know, I got tightness here. Like, loosen that up.
10:20Like what a soft piece of garbage, man. Like, and people will be, you're so mean to Christian McCaffrey.
10:25He's a piece of garbage. Yeah. He has a good season one, but he'll screw you the next season.
10:30It's like, why do I trust that? Why would I spend a first round pick knowing that one year he's on one year is off?
10:36I can't wait till he busts. I'm going to be doing a happy dance.
10:40And then they're going to get ripped again by all the can sheepsis.
10:43And that's, I'm going to laugh at them. And it's going to, I'm, it's going to be all at war because I called it.
10:49Don't draft CMC. And then they'll go back and say, well, he crushed it last year and you're wrong last year, but
10:55I was right the year before that or whatever it was, you know, like whatever, man, I'm just done with the CMC.
11:01He shouldn't even be playing. And now he's holding in.
11:03Apparently it's talking about him holding in because he wants to get paid big dollars like Jameer Gibbs numbers this late in his career.
11:09That's nuts. Yeah. So a pro football talk said that he was possibly holding in and he wasn't tight, but then Ian
11:15Rappaport said that he actually does have an injury.
11:17So it's hard, it's hard to know who to believe that a lot of these media people, they, they'll lie to you
11:23like straight up just because they want the agent to benefit from it.
11:26Like it's Schefter does that a lot. So it's, it's hard to trust right now, but, but we like, we've seen this before.
11:32We saw this two years ago. I can't trust him right now at all.
11:36Like I didn't really trust him to begin with.
11:38And now he's out. No, thanks. All right. Let's count them down.
11:4110 to one, no particular order. Let's talk about the sleeper shoot.
11:44That's it for breaking Brad. That's all we got.
11:47Now have breaking news. Such a good tune. I have breaking Brad.
11:50You like that Walter. I know you're into that music.
11:52Vic. I know it. Look, I get up late cause I go to bed late.
11:56I work at night and this, this gets me pumped.
11:59Joe, it's really, I'm really energized right now. All right.
12:01So enter 16 rounds guys. Grab it. I've linked it below use code deal to save.
12:05I don't drive without it. So I guess go 10 to one again, no particular order.
12:09We're supposed to go one to 10, whatever. It doesn't matter.
12:12Matthew golden wide receiver 54. We just talked about Christian Watson.
12:15I can't imagine this guy staying healthy. He hasn't cracked 621 receiving yards.
12:18Hasn't finished a season. His entire career got paid.
12:21I don't understand why they paid this guy. They didn't bring anybody else in.
12:24Jaden Reed's not the solution. They got Tucker craft.
12:27They got tight ends. They spread the ball around.
12:29We got Josh Jacobs dealing with a groin injury.
12:31Don't know if he's going to miss time. Matthew golden and a golden opportunity.
12:35Someone was saying, I can't remember where they were on the live.
12:38They said Matthew golden is just going to be like, you know, uh, kind of like a speedster.
12:43I can't remember who they compared him to some crappy player.
12:45I can't remember who it was, but he's like, yeah, he's just going to be like a speedster here and there.
12:51He'll get the ball once in a while. And that's it.
12:54I think he's more than that. I, you know, they don't draft him in the first round just to use him downfield once in a while.
13:00Matt, I think Matthew golden has some wide receiver 54 round 10 ADP.
13:04I think he comes in and he is the wide receiver one on this team.
13:07What are your thoughts on golden, especially for that value around 10?
13:10Yeah. I actually got him around 11 yesterday. And one of my drafts, uh, was really cool.
13:15Yeah. He has a lot of potential. Um, and remember green Bay's defense could be a lot worse this year.
13:20They lost to Sean Gary and Micah Parsons is going to be out.
13:23And he says, Parsons himself said out until week six at the very least.
13:27And so the defense can be worse. They're gonna have to throw a lot more in the fourth quarter than they did last year.
13:33Uh, so this is another negative for Jacobs by the way, but yeah, golden's going to benefit.
13:37Reed's going to benefit if, if Watson's healthy, he's going to benefit.
13:41I'm not going to count on that. So yeah, those two guys and also, uh, Tucker craft has come up to 20
13:46ACL said he's going to be limited a bit to start the year.
13:49That's another guy who's going to get fewer targets.
13:52So yeah, everything is looking up for golden right now.
13:54Yeah. I love him, man. I can't wait till Watson goes.
13:57I know it's so mean. I can't wait till Watson goes down.
14:00Uh, it's going to happen. It's just a matter of not if it's a matter of when, and you're going to hear it, man.
14:06You're going to hear hamstring Christian Watson week one, two, three, one of those weeks.
14:10Like he might have a good week. Oh, I'm so glad I got Christian Watson.
14:14He'll get like two touchdowns week one. And then like, bam, it'll be just, it'll fall, man.
14:18I see it already. It's happening. Yeah. He's, he's better in best ball when you want those ceilings, but like in redraft,
14:24it's, it's so hard to trust them. So yeah, I, I, I wouldn't count on him staying healthy, but you know, you
14:30might get attacked by his dad on, on, on X.
14:32I got into a fight with his dad a couple of years ago on X.
14:36It was pretty funny. Let me know his ad.
14:39I'm going to tag him if he has got Instagram.
14:41And when, when Christian McCaffrey goes down, I'll do another happy dance again, you know?
14:45All right. Next one here is your guy here.
14:47Again, I've got no real stock and, you know, and, and the dolphins here, but Caleb Douglas, wide receiver one Oh two.
14:53What are your thoughts on him? I mean, a little breakout here in preseason.
14:56It's not just that I was drafting this guy around 19 or 20, like for months, uh, heading into the year, this
15:02guy, I would like Chris bell, but he is a, he's injured right now.
15:06He's coming to the torn ACL. I know he was activated, but I don't trust him to stay healthy, but Caleb Douglas is a big receiver with athleticism.
15:13And we, we saw it in the preseason. Like he was named the receiver one, like not a starter.
15:18He was named the receiver one by his coach, uh, despite being a rookie.
15:21And then he was great in the preseason. So now the hype's coming in a little bit, but he's still going like around 16 or 17.
15:28So you're still getting him at a great discount.
15:30A lot of people haven't heard of him yet.
15:33Uh, he's the receiver one for the dolphins. Now you would be thinking, okay, dolphins, like their offense is going to suck,
15:38but you know that their defense sucks too. And so they might have to throw a lot in the fourth quarter as well.
15:44There might be a lot of garbage time and guess who's going to catch those garbage time passes.
15:49It's going to be Caleb Douglas. So I like Douglas a lot, a lot of upside with the athleticism and Malik Willis
15:54question mark, but you know, Malik Willis looked good in the preseason too.
15:58So we'll see. Uh, I like Douglas a lot, like as a final pick in her dress.
16:02Yeah. 4.39 speed, 6'4", 206 Caleb Douglas. There's something there.
16:05Um, again, this is why rankings don't work wide receiver one Oh two.
16:08You know, I definitely think he's going to beat a lot of wide receivers ranked ahead of him.
16:13Uh, I definitely see that, but, uh, yeah, if you maybe last pick, you know, I think it looked for some of
16:18these guys, 80 piece to shoot up and a lot of people reaching for these guys based on upside in your draft.
16:24So be sure to grab them. Next guy. I love even more.
16:27I just love this guy. I'm thinking of starting in week one in one league.
16:31I do have, I didn't have a lot of Jordan Tyson.
16:34I did end up getting him in a $350 buy-in my main league, my main event.
16:38He's not in there. Thank God. But I do have Trey Harris on my bench and all my leagues.
16:43And I believe this guy could potentially beat lad McConkie in fantasy points.
16:46He is the more sure-handed receiver. And I don't know if you've been watching.
16:50There's been a lot of like shorts and reels and highlights of this guy making like tremendous catches.
16:54And like, whereas you see the contrast with Quentin Johnson dropping balls, I think Trey Harris is going to be a force this year.
17:00I think he's going to get a lot of work.
17:03And if Vlad's drawing, you know, all the top coverage, it's really going to open things.
17:07I think people are sleeping on Trey Harris, wide receiver 65 round 12 to 13.
17:11And that, that good news again, why I'm more giddy is that Keenan Allen is gone.
17:15Keenan Allen was a target hog, good riddance. And I think that the chargers know this.
17:19They know that they've got something in Trey Harris or they wouldn't have just got rid of, or just not re-signed, you know, Keenan Allen.
17:26So I'm excited about this. Uh, Walter, do you see something here with Trey Harris?
17:29Yeah, I do. I mean, second round pick a year ago and Quentin Johnston just can't, you can't rely on him.
17:35Like he had a good year last year. You got to give him credit where it's due, but like, he's a guy
17:40who dropped so many passes and Harris is so shorthanded.
17:43Like he had that one of those catches that you're talking about.
17:46Like he was a one handed diving catch somehow, like it was insane.
17:49And if he's making these sort of catches and Johnston's dropping passes, it's kind of an easy decision.
17:54I think, you know, right now he's the receiver three.
17:57I think he's going to be the receiver two, like the main guy on the outside with McConkie in the slot.
18:02And so, uh, I, I like Trey Harris a lot.
18:05Also Brennan Thompson, kind of like extra, an extra guy to mention here, Brennan Thompson, uh, who I like Harris more, but
18:10Brennan Thompson is the fastest guy on the team.
18:13So he could, he could be a factor as well.
18:15If one of the receivers goes down, but yeah, Harris is someone you should target like round 11, 12, maybe 13.
18:21You want to get that? Go ahead and get that.
18:23I can edit this as a spam call. Oh, okay.
18:26I thought, okay. No problem. Yeah. So let me go back here.
18:29I can just edit this. Yeah, man. I love myself some Trey Harris, man.
18:32He is awesome. And, um, man, what, what value for a potential wide receiver one.
18:36And some people are still sleeping on him. And again, this is, this is going to show you that 60 wide receiver 65.
18:42And, you know, I think I'm going to really hammer these rankings this year and just really debunk how, how much BS there is behind these.
18:49All these guys are great value. Like some of these guys are wide receiver ones, wide receiver twos, and you know, they're
18:54easily going to outperform guys like T Higgins coming off round three, which is, which is unbelievable.
18:59Uh, the next guy here, Zachariah branch, wide receiver 81.
19:01Again, I think we're in agreeance on most of these guys.
19:04I don't think there's too much of a debate because it's just such good talent based on such good value.
19:09But Zachariah branch, wide receiver 81, two 21 overall round 18, 80 piece clearly coming off a little bit earlier than that.
19:15I see people coming off 13, 14. They just want them.
19:18He's the wide receiver too right now in Atlanta.
19:20Um, obviously there's some issues there with quarterback. I don't know how two is going to settle in and all that stuff
19:26for if he's going to stay healthy, but Zachariah branch thoughts on him.
19:29Yeah. To look pretty rough in the preseason, but Zachariah branch is a guy who's just dynamite on the field.
19:34He's so explosive. Reminds me of Zay flowers. They get the ball in his hands.
19:38He can go the distance. Anytime he touches the ball, he's super, super fast.
19:42And yeah, there, there's really no competition in Atlanta outside of Drake London.
19:45Can you, you want to count cop pits too?
19:47Like there's a llama days, the key is Johan Dotson.
19:50Like these guys are bums. Like they're not going to be contending for targets, especially in the second half of the year
19:55when you need some of these sleepers to go off.
19:58Like you're going to have good, great starters. If you listen, uh, if you get the, uh, the 16 rounds, if you
20:04listen, if you go to waltzfootball.com, but the sleepers second half the year, those are the guys are going to, are going to get you there.
20:10If there's injuries with your starters and, and branch is a guy who just can go off any game.
20:15Uh, it's insane production potentially for a rookie. Uh, he's a third round pick.
20:19He would have been a second round pick if he didn't get in trouble off the field.
20:23Um, so there's a lot of upside with this guy.
20:26He's, he's somebody should definitely target late in your drafts.
20:28Uh, he went around 16 in a draft I did last night.
20:31Like I've seen him creep up a little bit, but you know, there, there've been other guys who've been rising too.
20:37And so it may be because people haven't really seen him yet in the preseason.
20:41Maybe he's a guy who kind of goes under the radar in a week or two.
20:45Yeah, definitely. I like myself some Zachariah branch. Next guy's my guy here.
20:48I'm high on him. I got him in my leagues.
20:51I'm taking a chance on him. He's dealing with a hernia, but apparently what I'm reading right now, Walter is that he's
20:56going to be ready for week one is Kenyan Sadiq.
20:59And I have a saying now, don't be a geek draft Kenyan Sadiq.
21:02Uh, and if you want to be sleek draft Kenyan Sadiq, uh, and don't be weak draft Kenyan Sadiq.
21:07Do you get the point? Do you get the whole narrative here?
21:10Draft Kenyan Sadiq is what I'm thinking later. Tight end 25 based on his talent, dude, like we're talking, what is he?
21:16230, 40 pounds, six, three, six, four. Like, and he runs a four, three.
21:19What a genetic monster, man. Like I I'm, I'm in just side, just, I'm going to throw my bench just based on that talent.
21:26I'm signing up for the talent. Yeah. There's a lot of talent there for sure.
21:29I mean, he was top half of the first round.
21:32Uh, you know, they, they really value him a lot.
21:35And, uh, you've seen, you've seen a trend of these rookie tight ends, like really just dominating.
21:39You saw a few years ago, Sam Laporta and then Brock Bowers.
21:42And then, uh, last year you had, uh, Tyler Warren and then Colson Loveland at the end.
21:46And now it's going to be Kenyan Sadiq's turn.
21:49And, uh, like with the Jets, you have Gino Smith, who, you know, if this were Justin Fields from last, last year, I wouldn't be optimistic.
21:55Now I'm not, I'm no fan of Gino Smith, but he's a pocket passer.
21:59He's not going to scramble because anytime quarterback scrambles is one fewer target for everyone else.
22:03Like Gino Smith's not going to move around and he's going to target his tight ends.
22:07We saw that last year with the Raiders. He targeted Bowers a lot when he was healthy and he targeted Michael Mayer even when Bowers is out.
22:14And so, you know, he's going to look to that.
22:17He's going to look to Garrett Wilson. So look to Sadiq and, uh, yeah, Sadiq could have a really good year.
22:22I like a lot of the late round tight ends.
22:25I think there's a lot of value there. Like, so I'm not drafting these early tight ends, um, unless it's like a premium tight end league.
22:31Uh, yeah, Sadiq, you can get very late and, uh, he could be a tight end one for you.
22:36Yeah. I just talked about it in the show.
22:38I did a draft strategy video and I mentioned one of the things is you could wait on tight end.
22:44Don't, don't overpay for tight ends. You can get a lot of value.
22:47So don't be a freak draft Kenyan Sadiq. There's so many of these jokes.
22:51All right. Next one here is a guy that I'm high on.
22:54I missed out on my high stakes league. Cause it's a bit of a mess.
22:57I, I, I like the talent here. He's emerging as the one is Denzel Boston, but they do have fan in, they
23:03do have conception on Judy, not the greatest. They have some options here, but why, why do you think Denzel, if he
23:09could emerge here as the one, uh, Denzel Boston is a, an end zone guy.
23:13You know, conception had the better first preseason game.
23:15Uh, the Browns even said that they're trying to get him in the ball as much as possible.
23:20So I like conception too. Don't get me wrong, but like everyone saw that great game.
23:24And so he's going higher now. Like I'm not, I'm not even seeing him in the double digit rounds anymore.
23:29Like he's going off like round nine. So he's not much of a sleeper anymore.
23:33Although around nine for conception is still okay. Uh, but for Denzel Boston, he's not really moving all that much.
23:38Like he's still going around 13 around 14. And he, like I said, he's going to be catching touchdowns.
23:43Um, and, uh, I mentioned how great he was in training camp.
23:46Uh, I said, I know I said on the show that I had a, like a friend who came, who went down
23:51to training camp and he came away saying that it was a religious experience watching Boston practice.
23:56Uh, so that, that definitely, um, you know, uh, I already had him on radar cause I had him as a first round prospect entering the NFL draft.
24:03He slipped around too. So I was, I was already there on Boston.
24:06And now I'm hearing that he's, he's practicing really well and he's flowing, flying under the radar right now.
24:11Cause he only had that one catch in the preseason game, which is like, you know, to be fair, like the Browns couldn't block in that preseason game.
24:18Cause I feel like they didn't really practice that hard for it.
24:21So, um, yeah, I think Boston, uh, right now is going like four rounds later than Concepcion, I think is a much
24:27better value, even though I do like both and definitely don't draft Jerry Judy.
24:31Yeah, definitely not. Uh, my next guy here is Mike Washington had a mini breakout here in first week of preseason.
24:36And he's the main reason I'm avoiding Gentry round one is I think he'll be a factor.
24:40You look at other situations and scenarios like Omar and Hampton.
24:43I don't think he Mitchell's a major threat. You look at other situations where the backups don't pose as much of a
24:49threat, like a guy like Kyron Williams. I think Blake Corham is going to be a major concern this year.
24:54I think he's going to get more work. He's been elevating every single year.
24:58There's certain players where, you know, Derek Henry, his backup shouldn't be a concern.
25:01And, you know, you got Robinson, you know, the other Robinson shouldn't be a concern, you know?
25:06So when I look at Mike Washington, he was, could have been a three down workhorse on his own.
25:10I mean, RB 63, 201 overall round 16 is obviously coming off earlier, but that's just kind of where they can shoot us.
25:16Have them listed right now. I can't wait till this guy starts.
25:19I got, I don't know. I think you have more gente.
25:22So I feel for you, but you know, for me who avoided gente, I can't wait till this guy starts going cause he's on my bench.
25:29So I'm hoping he starts getting some points. Yeah.
25:31Look, I mean, he's, he's, he's one of the handcuffs.
25:34He's just fast. Like in redrafts, like you want these guys, you want, you want your quorums, you want your, well, before man, I got hurt.
25:40You want your man on guys. You also want, so like Mike Washington who could, uh, you know, if gente goes down,
25:46he's going to be the workhorse back. So you have that upside.
25:49And so, well, we'll see. I mean, gente is a young guy, maybe he doesn't get hurt, but you know, Washington could be a factory.
25:56It could be a factor at the goal line potentially, uh, in the preseason game.
25:59It was, it was 70, 30, uh, 70, I think it was like seven snaps, three snaps, uh, that they were out there, uh, with the first team.
26:07So, um, yeah, right now, um, I would say like Washington, not, I wouldn't say late in the first half of the
26:12season, maybe not too much of a threat, but like maybe in the second half of the season, once they want to,
26:18uh, tone down, gent these carries and see if they're, they're out of the playoffs.
26:22They're like, okay, let's not run this guy into the ground.
26:25Maybe Mike Washington does more. And like I said, there's potential for him to score touchdowns too.
26:29So, um, I, like I said, he's one of these handcuffs that you should probably get in the second half of your
26:35dress could be a league winner, man. I think the talent is good.
26:38Big guy, strong guy, fast guy. And I'm excited to see what he does.
26:41I think he's going to pose a major threat and he's going to be a major vulture that I don't see.
26:47I don't hear that term as much goal line vulture.
26:49Remember that used to be like a huge thing back in the day.
26:53Like you'd get that a lot. Yeah. You used to have like specific guys come in.
26:57I remember an O two Zach Crockett, like the Raiders had even two running backs and they bring in this guy, Zach Crockett.
27:03And like, to be fair, he converted like every time a hundred percent of the goal line, but like, yeah, you see
27:08here at all the time, but I feel like now the top running backs are usually the guys who are getting the touchdowns anyway.
27:15So we might go back to that. Like in 10 years from now, the top running backs, maybe they're not the goal line guys for some reason.
27:22So it could be like cyclical or something. Yeah.
27:24I remember I heard that a lot. The goal line vulture.
27:27All right. Next one here is your guy. Um, you kind of brought him on my radar.
27:31He was off. I just recently added him to 16 rounds cause he's getting work.
27:35They look good in preseason. Jacoby lane. Let's let give, if people haven't heard about, I'm sure a lot haven't.
27:40Let's get everybody up to date, please. Yeah. Jacoby lane.
27:43Uh, even before training camp, uh, we, you know, we have a ton of sources.
27:46Uh, like we were, we have the most accurate mock drafts in the world for a reason.
27:51And the Charlie Campbell has a ton of sources.
27:53And so we talked to them like one guy is more in tune with fantasy than anyone else.
27:58And, uh, we, we were talking to him and we're like, okay, who's a mid round guy who could be like this
28:03year's Puka Nikoa, you know, like third, fourth, fifth round receiver who can just go off.
28:07And he said, Jacoby lane. Now this is before training camp.
28:10And then we get to training camp and this longtime beat writer said that Jacoby lane is the best rookie he's ever
28:16seen, not rookie receiver, just rookies ever seen in training camp.
28:19And then we get to preseason that Jacoby lane looks great.
28:22Now I'll be it with the second team, but still he looked awesome.
28:25And this is a Ravens team that just hasn't had a good second receiver for a very long time.
28:30Rashad Bateman's just a gadget guy. You know, they cycle through like the Deandre Hopkins, uh, guys, or, uh, they tried Odell
28:35Beckham, like not all these guys have failed and it seems like they finally got their number two receiver and Jacoby lane is a big guy.
28:42He's going to be an end zone threat. Uh, I like him a lot this year.
28:46Yeah, man. Stay in your lane draft Jacoby. No, that doesn't line laying the lane.
28:50I was just trying to be creative with lane.
28:52Uh, if you don't want to feel pain draft Jacoby lane, how about that?
28:56That's all. You don't want late round pain. That's even a thing.
28:59Yeah. Anyway. Um, yeah. So Jacoby lane, man, there's something there for sure.
29:02A huge opportunity. Next guy here. I mean, remember we talked about pronouncing things Malachi fields.
29:06Um, you can call Matt Malachi Fields, right? Chicago Malachi, like Chicago, you know, Malachi fields.
29:11Anyway, it's Malachi fields, six, four, 218 pounds. And listen, if he's in the end zone, I don't think anyone's going to
29:16be able to get the ball out of his hands.
29:19Like if, if the ball's thrown up 50, 50, like this guy, we saw it in preseason, man.
29:23Like he was off everyone's radar and then Jackson dart to Malachi fields.
29:27And this like Odell Beckham's fighting for a job.
29:29He sucks. I don't even know why we brought him back.
29:32There's so many guys that just suck. And incomes Malachi fields.
29:35I don't think neighbors is going to be a hundred percent all season.
29:38They're rushing him back. Like it hasn't even been a year since he tore that knee.
29:42Like, you know, these players are going to be, they need a couple of years off ACL.
29:47They really get going, especially a wide receiver with all the cutting and moving.
29:50And dude, like there's a huge opportunity for Malachi fields to shine.
29:53I've got him stashed. I'm just, I'm just going to sit there and like hope he becomes a wide receiver one.
29:59Regardless, he has like a Devante Adams role. Regardless if you know, uh, neighbors is, is Puka.
30:03You got Malachi fields. Who's going to get 10 touchdowns.
30:06I'm just, I'm signing up for him. That's it.
30:08He's on my team. Yeah. Uh, if you, if you didn't mention him, I would have brought him up.
30:13I mean, he's, he's, he's awesome. Uh, he, they, you've, you've said it before.
30:16Like the giants trade off for him. They really like him.
30:19And he was named the receiver too. Like he is these right now the number two receiver on this team.
30:24So even if Malik neighbors doesn't go down, he's going to have a role.
30:28Like he's going to catch these touchdowns. And so you don't have to count on the injury, but like, but what if Malik neighbors gets hurt?
30:35Like I, everyone has just assumed that he was healthy.
30:37You know, his ADP roast around to like I do all these drafts and seem to go like two 10 to 11 to 12.
30:43I'm like, this is insane. Uh, and then we saw a report yesterday saying that Malik neighbors is not up to full speed yet.
30:49And I'm like, well, why are you guys drafting this guy around too?
30:53Like he's just a re injury waiting to happen.
30:55Uh, and who knows? Maybe, maybe he doesn't, maybe he has a great year, but I, I, I really don't think so.
31:01And so if he goes down now, suddenly you have the number one receiver on a team that's expected to be better
31:06offensively this year, uh, with a good quarterback and Jackson dart.
31:09Yeah. Maybe dark gets hurt too. As you know, he, he can't really slide for some reason, but, uh, as long as
31:15dart is healthy and also keep in mind if dark goes down, they, James Winston, like Winston, he'll throw a lot of interceptions.
31:21He's going to go through a lot of touchdowns too.
31:23He had that 30, 30 season where he had 30 touchdowns and 30 interceptions.
31:27So even if dark gets hurt, you don't have to worry too much.
31:30So there's a lot of upside here. And I think the floor is pretty high because he's the receiver too.
31:35Yeah, man. There's so much upside here just based on that value wide receiver 89 stash them.
31:40All right. Last guy here before I get into it, make sure you guys do get the 16 round draft solution.
31:45Sleepers, breakouts, optimal players do not drive for those 16 rounds.
31:48You'll be light juice ahead of the sheep. I implore you guys grab 16 rounds, get it, get it today and don't be left behind.
31:54All right. Uh, last one here is your guy here.
31:57You brought him on my radar as well. I didn't like him because there's just so many targets and everybody started falling
32:03apart in San Francisco and, uh, yeah, Kittle's banged up.
32:05I think Evans is kind of banged up. Everyone's saying he's gonna have a phenomenal year, but then you got Striebling who
32:11again kind of showed some flashes there in preseason thoughts on how good this guy is.
32:15Yeah, he's well, first of all, they're going to want him on the field a lot because he blocks so well.
32:20And that's something that Kyle Shanahan values. Like he wants receivers who block extremely well and shriveling fits that role.
32:25So you have that. Um, also you, as you, you mentioned like all these guys are hurt, like Mike Evans, he's 34.
32:31He has hamstring and now quad issues. Like these hamstrings are going to pop up again.
32:35You have D they signed Debo because Ricky Pierce all's out Ricky Debo looks like a defensive tackle.
32:40Like he looks so fat. Like I don't think he's gonna be much of a factor.
32:44Plus he's old. He's probably going to get hurt to Christian Kirk also injured George Kittle right now recovering from the 20 CL.
32:50He says he's gonna play week one. I don't believe it.
32:53If he, if he does, he's gonna re injure himself because he's rushing back.
32:56And then, uh, you know, the cherry on top is Christian McCaffrey dealing with the tightness.
33:00Yeah. He catches a ton of passes. If he's out, there's gonna be a lot of targets to go around and we saw stripling have a great preseason.
33:07And so some people might be thinking, oh, it's just preseason.
33:10He caught six passes 63 yards. Some of them were great catches by the way.
33:14Um, and so like people might dismiss preseason cause you're going to get backups, but guess what?
33:19He did not go against backups. Tennessee play their starters.
33:21And he did this against a Alante Taylor who received a big contract this off season.
33:25This is a good corner that he did this against.
33:28Uh, and so he was not even catching passes from Purdy.
33:31He was catching passes from the backup. Like imagine him with Purdy is the, one of the most accurate quarterbacks in the NFL.
33:36Like he's, I think there's a potential here for him to have a great season.
33:40I went on your show last year and talked about Emeka Ibuka, just say a really talented receiver.
33:45Who's going to get a lot of opportunities because of injured players.
33:48I feel like this he's this year as Ibuka because he's going to get a ton of opportunities with all these injured players.
33:54And one surprise me at all. If he's offensive rookie of the year, I actually bet him to, to win offensive rookie of the year at 20.
34:01Wow. That's bold, man. That is bold. So streapling man.
34:03Yeah, I do. I love these. I know a lot of these, some of these guys could be like total duds, but look, look where we're drafting.
34:10Like we're drafting these guys like after round 10, like, I don't think anybody on here is coming off early.
34:16Like, like look at the ADPs, like Trey Harris is a wide receiver 65, Zachary Branch 81, Denzel Boston 57, Malachi feels 89, streapling 59.
34:22Like, you know, you don't lose. You just get these guys on your roster for a chance for league winning upside.
34:27It's a no brainer. So a lot of people I think are going to miss the boat on this.
34:32And then it's funny because after week one, you'll get like streapling or Malachi feels and then you'll see it on the
34:38four letter networks, like waiver wire wonder Malachi feels.
34:40We've discovered the next generation Odell Beckham. Like I can already see the headlines.
34:44It's just BS. And I just hate this stuff.
34:46They're so behind. It's so hilarious how far everybody is behind.
34:49That's why you guys got to subscribe to this channel, man.
34:52They're way behind Walter. Oh, they're, they use the consensus rankings.
34:55Like concheapses as you call it. Like the only, the only frustrating part is like the, the, you know, I do week
35:00out, week one ad and week two ad drops, et cetera.
35:03Um, I usually like run into the situation where I'm like, I don't have anyone to put on ad because I've, I've told people to draft these guys.
35:10So it feels like people are just behind, uh, but not the people watching this show.
35:14They're going to be prepared and they're, they're going to win their leagues.
35:18It's going to be great, man. So guys, make sure you guys subscribe, thumbs up, go follow Walter football, grab 16 rounds, turn on the bell.
35:24We got daily content coming your way. We're going to bring Walter back at the end of this week, uh, Friday.
35:30So Walter, you ready to come back, man? I'm excited to have you a couple of times a week now in prime time.
35:36Yeah, I'm excited. Uh, like, like he said, it's crunch time for these drafts, these next three weekends, people are going to
35:41be drafting a lot and, uh, we're going to help you guide and we're going to help guide you through your draft so you can win your leagues.
35:48All right guys, buckle up. We're out. Turn on the bell.
35:51We'll talk soon.
