0:00torn Achilles has been something over
0:01the last decade seemed like it was a
0:04game-changer. Has anything changed with
0:06torn Achilles? Are they still like as
0:08poorly looked upon as they were just
0:11like 3, 4, 5 years ago? And what do you
0:14think about with Daniel Jones, like his
0:16recovery for this particular season?
0:18>> So, there's not many quarterbacks ever
0:21in the NFL, starting quarterbacks, that
0:23have suffered a torn Achilles. I think,
0:25if I remember correctly, there's six.
0:27And we're going back to freaking Marino.
0:29Like, this isn't recent data. Like,
0:32there's just not a lot of them. It's not
0:33a common injury. We've happened to had a
0:35weird spell of four in the past like 3
0:38years or whatever.
0:39But, in general, this is a very rare
0:41injury. Yes, you had Aaron Rodgers, but
0:45he wasn't running a whole lot and, you
0:47know, for the most part he actually did
0:48pretty good with with with that,
0:50although you could definitely see an
0:50issue. Kirk Cousins struggled more. The
0:53difference is Kirk's was on his right
0:55side, on his power side, and that
0:57obviously impacted his throwing ability
0:59and other things. Then, you had Deshaun
1:00Watson, who's kind of his own little
1:02thing, that he actually re-tore it, I
1:05believe down here in Miami,
1:07and had to have another surgery. And
1:09obviously, he hasn't returned, so we
1:10can't really use him. And he even that
1:12says he's his own case. Yeah.
