A.J. Brown

PositiveProjection18:18

10 catches for 117 yards and 1 TD on 13 targets; high target share performance aligns with summer expectations of alpha-level production; demonstrates ability to make plays with volume.

Insight page

Aaron Jones

NegativeRole15:00

Bell cow in week two with 23 carries for 105 yards; left briefly with a knee injury but returned, indicating no long-term concern. With Jordan Mason on IR for a minimum four weeks (broken finger could take 6-8 weeks to fully recover), it appears to be Aaron Jones's backfield for the foreseeable future.

Insight page

Alvin Kamara

NegativeUsage32:06

Active for the first time in Week 2 and getting more carries and routes than Travis Etienne despite being recently activated. However, efficiency is concerning: caught five passes for seven yards (1.4 yards per reception), which raises questions about his actual value despite touch volume. The source questions at what point the inefficiency becomes untenable.

Insight page

Breece Hall

NegativeUsage25:27

Seeing 20-plus touches per game in the Jets backfield, though his rushing efficiency was poor in Week 2 with Ty Johnson taking the one rushing touchdown. The source acknowledges the touchdown vulture risk but remains bullish: 'he does look good. He does look explosive. He is, you know, seeing 20-plus touches per game.' The source expects this touch volume to hold 'for like a pretty good portion of the season' and views Hall as 'a pretty solid running back,' but cautions that he should not be expected to score week-in and week-out.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeUsage40:29

Eight targets in week two but plagued by drops and incompletions; source characterizes him as consistent in this regard: 'BTJ just is what he is.' Volume present but execution issues limiting fantasy output.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

NegativeProjection36:16

Threw for 353 yards in Week 2, but this volume came on 55 pass attempts, indicating inefficiency and a pass-heavy game script. The Texans struggled to move the ball outside of targeting Dalton Schultz, suggesting limited offensive efficiency and reliance on volume rather than efficiency.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

NegativeInjury10:10

Grade 1-2 hamstring strain; likely to miss time with best-case scenario of 2-3 weeks (grade 1) or 4-6 weeks (grade 2); possible IR placement. Injury occurred on scramble inside 10-yard line. With Williams out in week two, the Bears were forced to start Tyson Bagent, significantly downgrading all pass catchers; the source notes it is very hard to trust Bears weapons without Williams in the lineup.

Insight page

Chris Olave

PositiveProjection31:42

WR having amazing Week 2 performance; going crazy in Saints offense. The source notes: 'Olave had an amazing day. You know, Olave's going crazy right now.' However, volume may change when Jordan Thomas returns (projected Week 5-6), which will alter the dynamic of his target share. The source states: 'I'm curious to see what this offense looks like when Jordan Taysom returns. Like before you know it, Jordan Taysom's going to be back. Whether that's week five, whether that's week six, and it will change the dynamic of the amount of volume that Chris Olave gets.'

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveRole25:16

Benefits from Jayden Reed's injury as the Packers receiver room will 'condense even more to Matthew Golden and Christian Watson which we've already been seeing to a very very very high degree there.' Watson had a strong Week 2 performance, scoring a touchdown. The source states: 'Christian Watson ends up having a good game cuz he scores a touchdown.' If Reed misses significant time, Watson's target volume should increase further.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveRole9:33

High-end RB2 evaluation based on heavy involvement across all offensive roles; catching passes, scoring touchdowns, and getting numerous opportunities. Benefits from Jonathan Brooks' groin injury absence.

Insight page

CJ Donaldson

PositiveRole33:04

Playing too many snaps in the Saints backfield, creating a crowded committee that limits Travis Etienne's touches. If Donaldson were removed from the picture, Etienne would see closer to a 50/50 split in touches; currently Etienne is at 53% of snaps but with fewer rushing attempts than Alvin Kamara and limited target involvement.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

NegativeBust13:58

In a very tough spot after two games; the source expresses worry about him, noting that some in the fantasy industry had him ranked over Trey McBride and taken in the third round, but his production has been disappointing and will not improve without Caleb Williams in the lineup. The source cannot explain away the first two games and notes it will not get better with Tyson Bagent under center.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeInjury2:24

Suffered a stinger in Week 2 after a negative one-yard rush and left the game. Injury is better than initially feared. Due to Thursday night game, he has extra rest days and has a 50/50 chance to play Week 3; typically players miss a week from stinger injuries, but the extra three days provides a chance he suits up.

Insight page

Dallas Goedert

NegativeInjury18:38

Left game with knee injury; minor MCL sprain; could return week 3 but not guaranteed; MCL sprains typically 1-3 week absence, pain tolerance issue; owners should plan for backup tight end but Goedert has chance to play week 3.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

PositiveRole3:21

Number one passing option in the Bills offense; fully healthy and showing out in Week 2. The source was very high on him throughout the offseason as a target if early tight ends were missed. Recommendation: must-start every week.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

PositiveValue36:16

Posted 12 receptions for 140 yards in Week 2, a strong performance that exceeded expectations. The source had ranked him at tight end 8-9 by week's end, which they now acknowledge was not high enough. Without Nico Collins, Schultz has become the primary trusted weapon for Stroud; he was the only Texans pass-catcher with multiple receptions, as no other wide receiver or tight end caught more than three passes in Week 2.

Insight page

Dameon Pierce

PositiveRole39:33

Best running back in Jaguars backfield with explosive ground performance and goal-line work; not heavily involved in passing game. Source is very optimistic going forward and recommends as great flex play, especially once schedule normalizes against non-elite defenses.

Insight page

Darren Waller

PositiveSleeper8:21

Red zone threat who has been productive despite limited route participation; saw only three targets in Week 2 but converted them into two touchdowns. Waiver wire consideration for those desperate at tight end. Upside if route participation increases to 60-70% of drop backs, which could lead to big games down the stretch.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

NegativeBreakout26:18

Emerging as the Browns' primary receiver with strong Week 2 performance: 5 catches for 95 yards and a touchdown, leading the team in targets. The source states: 'Denzel Boston is cooking. And that's really all the positive you could actually say about this. Five for 95 and a touchdown, another long touchdown pass uh or catch for Denzel Boston. Leads the team in targets, had a ton of hype throughout the summer, and it seems like it's coming to fruition now.' Early second-round draft pick fulfilling pre-draft hype. However, the source cautions that without a big TD catch, Boston's weekly floor is low (3-4 points), and investing in Cleveland pass catchers comes with risk.

Insight page

DK Metcalf

NegativeMatchup19:55

9 targets (10 last week) but couldn't produce; saw heavy coverage from Patriots CB Christian Gonzalez and was outmatched; matchup-dependent player who struggles against elite cornerback coverage; Aaron Rodgers couldn't get anything going with his number one guy.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveUsage6:33

Should continue to be started; has performed well with Michael Penix and is projected to have a very high target share despite the expected run-heavy game plan against the Packers. The source recommends holding if you've maintained the position.

Insight page

Emeka Egbuka

NegativeRole30:07

Early third/fourth-round pick WR; QB Baker Mayfield keeps missing him on throws, which doesn't inspire confidence despite eventual connection potential. The source states: 'Baker keeps missing him on throws, but like eventually you got to start connecting on that. Does that make me feel better about Egbuka that his quarterback keeps missing him on throws? Not really.' The source recommends holding given draft capital but expresses concern about the situation, suggesting to wait until after Week 3 to evaluate long-term hold/trade decisions.

Insight page

Eno Benjamin

PositiveRole39:00

If drafted in summer, owners should feel good about the pick; positioned as the preferred back over Gabe Rodriguez, who has six carries in back-to-back weeks at 2.2 yards per carry and is not involved in the passing game.

Insight page

Equanimeous St. Brown

PositiveRole12:06

Week 2 stats: 3 rec, 43 yards; significant route participation increase from 55-60% in week 1 to 90% in week 2, indicating full-time role establishment after recovering from week 1 injury. The uptick in routes clearly indicates the injury that limited him in week one has resolved.

Insight page

Ihmir Smith-Marsette

PositiveUsage12:18

Week 2 stats: 5 catches, team-leading (tied with De'Onta Foreman); route participation at 76%; consistently overly involved in Bears offense, indicating high target volume trend even with Caleb Williams out and Tyson Bagent starting.

Insight page

James Cook

PositiveRole2:11

Remains in bellcow role despite Josh Allen's rushing touchdown dominance. The source cautions against reactionary selling: "we have to stop being reactionary like every two snaps." Josh Allen's rushing TDs were expected; Cook's scoring opportunities will come in a high-scoring Bills offense with an elite offensive line.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveBust4:06

Boomer bust player; in games where Sam LaPorta has played over the last three years, Williams averages only 8.5 PPR points per game as a clear fourth or fifth option in the Lions offense. His breakout last year was likely inflated by LaPorta's absence in the second half of the season. Despite the Lions' high-scoring potential, he will have big weeks but struggles for consistent production in full PPR leagues.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

NegativeInjury25:06

Suffered a significant neck injury in Week 2 with unknown severity and no confirmed return timeline. The source states: 'We had an injury to Jayden Reed, a pretty scary injury. Uh he ends up dealing with a neck issue. I don't know the severity of it. We don't know a timetable for return.' Medical updates indicated he was moving all extremities and remained hospitalized for testing, but the source notes 'it doesn't seem good,' suggesting a potentially serious injury that could sideline him for an extended period.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveRole20:20

Expected to receive a very big workload if Dowdle's turf toe is a multi-week absence. Should be an RB2 going forward with most of the touches condensed to him in the Steelers backfield.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeInjury9:04

Re-aggravated groin injury from training camp/preseason; muscle strain re-aggravations typically sideline players for significant time. Unlikely to return within 2 weeks; could land on short-term IR for 3-4 week range.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeInjury24:03

Suspension status uncertain with reports projecting a 3-6 game suspension; timing of suspension announcement unknown (could be this week or 6 weeks out). The source expresses worry about Jacobs' fantasy value even upon return, stating 'My worry is like I don't know how much more Jacobs can bring to this offense with the way that the offensive line is playing right now.' The Raiders' offensive line struggles compound the suspension concern.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveProjection16:00

Expected to remain a high-end wide receiver one regardless of Kyler Murray's return; the source notes it is hard to get a clear picture of the passing offense with limited game time from Murray and Wentz's solid play in bad weather, but Jefferson's elite status is not in question.

Insight page

Kenneth Gainwell

NegativeUsage29:48

Backup RB getting minimal usage in Tampa offense; 2 carries to 17 for the lead back, 4 catches for 1 yard. The source states: 'Kenny Gainwell came in and is making almost zero impact here... 17 carries to two carries for Kenny Gainwell. So, they're not using him at all.' Making almost zero impact and not being deployed in the offense.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

NegativeBust7:05

Bust recommendation; the source offers no words of encouragement for drafting him and suggests that drafting him was a self-inflicted mistake.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveInjury15:42

Expected to return for next week after being limited in practice most of the week, pointing towards him being back under center. However, the source notes it does not move the needle much for Justin Jefferson or T.J. Hockenson given the lack of game time with Murray in the passing offense and Wentz's solid play.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeUsage12:06

Week 2 stats: 3 rec, 32 yards; route participation declined to 71%, down from the prior week, amid a complicated Bears passing game situation with Caleb Williams out and Tyson Bagent starting. Burden's declining route share suggests uncertainty in the receiver pecking order.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeBust23:46

Lost a fumble in Week 2 but salvaged the day with a receiving touchdown. The source explicitly states 'we're done with MarShawn Lloyd' and promises never to recommend starting him again, signaling a hard fade going forward.

Insight page
NegativeRole25:02

Part of the Raiders' messy three-back committee with six carries in Week 2. Unlike Christopher Brooks, Lloyd handles the pass-catching duties in the backfield, giving him a specialized receiving role. However, the source describes the backfield split as 'very messy' and notes it's difficult to start any of these backs given the unclear distribution of touches and responsibilities.

Insight page

Mason Taylor

NegativeInjury25:50

Saints second-year, second-round tight end suffered an injury in Week 2 with unknown severity. The source states: 'Mason Taylor, the second-year, second-round tight end, I believe got hurt in this one. I don't know the severity of the injury.' If Taylor misses time, backup Kony Ealy could see increased opportunity, having been involved in creative plays and end-arounds on the goal line in prior weeks.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveRole25:16

One of two primary beneficiaries of Jayden Reed's injury, as the Packers receiver room will 'condense even more to Matthew Golden and Christian Watson which we've already been seeing to a very very very high degree there.' The source notes: 'Matthew Golden continues to get peppered all over the field,' indicating high target volume and opportunity that should expand further if Reed misses extended time.

Insight page

Michael Pittman

PositiveInjury20:03

Out for week 2; went did-not-participate Thursday and Friday, showing downward trend heading into week 3; timetable unknown; absence benefited Jeremy Bernard who saw 8 targets; impacts target distribution to other Colts receivers.

Insight page

Nico Collins

NegativeInjury38:03

Mid-week hamstring injury expected to result in multi-game absence; most reports indicate Week 4 return more likely than Week 3. The source, who owns Collins, advises fantasy managers to prepare for extended bench time and notes that if you won with him on the bench in Week 2, you're playing with house money.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveBreakout40:02

Week two performance validates summer hype with 7 receptions and 98 yards on 12 targets—rare materialization of pre-draft hype. Source notes Jacksonville failed to extend him in summer, now facing $40 million/year cost. Characterized as exceptionally talented.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeRole21:40

Fumbled very early in Week 2, putting him in the doghouse. However, the source still projects him as the lead back with the majority of carries despite the fumble and Treylon Henderson's explosive performance.

Insight page

Rico Dowdle

NegativeInjury20:20

Suffered a foot injury, very likely turf toe; was hurt, returned to the game, then re-injured it in Week 2. Multi-week absence is likely, which opens the door for Jaylen Warren to receive significant workload. The backfield becomes unreliable for fantasy purposes.

Insight page

Romeo Doubs

PositiveRole22:42

Big bounce-back performance in Week 2. The source felt it was obvious he would remain the primary option while A.J. Brown is out. However, unlikely to repeat 96-yard games consistently.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveInjury16:22

Left game after one of first plays with shoulder stinger; all tests came back negative, indicating no serious structural damage; nerve issue in neck area; expected to progress and likely play week 3; the source would be surprised if he misses the upcoming week.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

PositiveUsage16:49

13 carries vs. Will Shipley's 7; 53% snap share vs. Shipley's 33%; received goal-line carries and all touches when on field; Shipley primarily used for pass blocking; Bigsby clearly favored in committee and must be owned; if Saquon Barkley's shoulder injury causes a setback, Bigsby would see even more volume.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeBust32:06

Fourth/fifth-round pick RB underperforming significantly; losing touches to Alvin Kamara despite Kamara's return from injury. Week 2 stats: 5 receptions for 7 yards, fewer carries than Kamara, ran more routes but didn't get targeted, goal-line TD called back. The source drafted him as RB2 and calls it a miss: 'I was high on Travis Etienne... I drafted him at the four-five turn as my running back two. Alvin Kamara was active for the first time... They were playing Alvin Kamara over Travis Etienne like most of the time. He got more carries than him. He ran more routes than him. Like caught five passes for seven yards.' Played 53% of snaps but doesn't appear to merit 20 touches; the source questions his talent level: 'when I'm watching him play, it's not like he's doing anything that seems like he is deserved of seeing 20 touches.' CJ Donaldson is also playing too many snaps in the backfield, creating a crowded committee.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

NegativeProjection38:46

Terrible fantasy day in Week 2: strong first half followed by complete second-half collapse against the Denver Broncos defense. Finished with 189 passing yards and one interception.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

PositiveUsage25:29

Ran 91% of routes in Week 2, indicating high involvement despite not yet making plays. The source notes: 'he probably doesn't have his full explosiveness back. But he did run 91% of the routes and I'd imagine if Jayden Reed misses significant time like you know, he's only going to continue running more and more routes.' The source advises to 'hold steady on Tucker Kraft here' based on strong underlying usage metrics, suggesting his production will follow as he regains explosiveness.

Insight page

Will Shipley

NegativeRole16:49

7 carries vs. Tank Bigsby's 13; 33% snap share vs. Bigsby's 53%; primarily used for pass blocking rather than receiving; played all 15 long down-and-distance snaps and 9 of 9 two-minute/four-minute drill snaps, but limited touch volume when on field; Bigsby gets the ball when on field while Shipley is out there to pass block.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

NegativeInjury34:14

Suffered a hamstring injury that kept him out of Week 2; was limited in practice toward the end of the week. Hamstrings typically sideline players for two weeks, so despite positive reports about him being close to play, the source does not guarantee his availability for Week 3 and advises fantasy managers to prepare for his absence.

0:00Good morning, friends.
0:06And enemies.
0:08We're [snorts] here to discuss the bloodbath that was week two of the NFL season. We have injuries all over the place. So, we're going to go game by
0:18game as we do every single Monday afternoon. So, if you're new here, subscribe to the channel, hit the notification bell if you want to be
0:26alerted when we do go live on Mondays, all right? It's a little bell, I don't know. Y'all [ __ ] been on YouTube long
0:30enough, you can figure it out.
0:32Uh we do this every Monday, yeah. It's the only time of the week I think I go live. So, you know, if you want to catch
0:37these every week, do so.
0:39There is uh a lot to talk about. We had an explosive week one and a huge drop-off in play for everybody but me and your idiot
0:50league mates in week two. So, all of your fantasy teams probably did a lot worse in week two than they did in week
0:55one. We're going to go game by game talking about why that is. The injuries, the snap counts, the routes run, the
1:01passes, the overthrows, the good, the bad, the fugly as we always do, all right? All 16 matchups will be covered in today's
1:09video.
1:11As always, please do not send super chats.
1:15I will not be looking at them. I won't be looking at the chat until the end of the video, so I don't want you to waste
1:20your money. Uh so, keep your money. Go buy bacon, egg, and cheese or something.
1:24It's Victory Monday for those who celebrate.
1:28Make sure you hit the thumbs up button if you enjoy the video. There's 250, 300 people in here and only 25 thumbs up.
1:33Mad disrespectful.
1:35Let's get into the very first matchup of the week. We had Thursday night football, just explosives everywhere.
1:40The Buffalo Bills beat the Lions 41 to 31. And Buffalo just looks unstoppable right now. Uh they're just putting the ball in Josh Allen's hands on every
1:48play. Joe Brady, shout-out to you for that. Kind of looking sharp. Kind of looking sharp right now. Josh Allen goes for five touchdowns. He is just a a
1:55wrecking crew right now in fantasy football. Uh I mean, I just I just like I don't know if I've ever had a
2:02player that I've enjoyed having on a fantasy football team so far more than Josh Allen in in the great season of
2:072026.
2:11For the Buffalo Bills, I think the key takeaways here are James Cook still in bellcow role. Like we have to stop being reactionary like
2:18every two snaps.
2:20It's like yes, Josh Allen's going to score rushing touchdowns. You knew that coming into the year, but this is going to be one of the best offenses, one of
2:26the highest-scoring offenses, one of the best offensive lines year in and year out. The James Cook scores in the big games will come, all right? We don't
2:35need to sell every player or buy every player after every snap. Like we just it has to stop eventually.
2:41I've been saying this for 10 years, it'll never [ __ ] stop.
2:44DJ Moore ended up leaving the game after a quick negative one-yard rush. So, unfortunately, if you had him in your lineup, tough start for you. He is
2:52dealing with like a stinger. Uh definitely way better than what could have originally been a very bad uh injury here.
3:01Because they played on Thursday night, he has a couple days extra to rest up and he could play uh next week, but I
3:07would say it's probably 50/50. Usually, guys will miss a week from this injury, but because he has the extra 3 days,
3:13there is a chance that he does suit up.
3:15If he's suiting up, I'm probably putting him into my lineup. The other big takeaway here is Dalton Kincaid, man. He looks super super legit. He was someone
3:22we were very high on throughout the summer. He was someone that like if you missed you know, the first batch of
3:25tight ends, he was the guy that we wanted here. And he was just showing out, clearly fully healthy, number one passing option uh in this offense. So,
3:35Dalton Kincaid every week must start. If DJ Moore does miss, I mean, Keon Coleman looked good. Josh Palmer continues to make big plays. I I don't really know
3:42that you can even with how Josh Allen is playing, I don't really know how you can trust fully anyone in your starting lineup if DJ Moore
3:49misses, you know, um unless you're like very, very desperate at flex. On the other side, Jared Goff does his thing, Jahmyr Gibbs does his
3:57thing, Amon-Ra does his thing, Sam LaPorta does his thing, everybody does their thing except Jameson Williams. And yeah, it's uh it's a little bit it's a little
4:06bit uh spooky spooky season over there for Jamo. I think he's a really good player.
4:10I think he will have his big weeks, but this has kind of been the take I've had all off season is if you look at when he
4:16succeeded, uh especially in full PPR leagues, it's very tough for him to get it done as as being like the clear fourth or fifth
4:22option. He'll make big plays, but in games where Sam LaPorta has played over the last 3 years, Jameson Williams averages 8 and 1/2 half
4:31PPR points per game. Like you obviously want to be attached to this Detroit Lions offense. They're going to score points. Their defense is
4:39dreadful. Like so, so, so bad. Uh mainly, I mean, every year it feels like they try to retool the secondary. They bring guys
4:47in, they draft guys. They have both of their starting safeties, Kerby Joseph and Brian Branch, on uh PUP to start the
4:54year. So, they will not be back within the first four games. And, you know, remains to be seen if they will be back
4:59immediately after that as well. They also obviously spent early draft capital on Terrion Arnold, who's no longer with the team. So, you have the entire
5:05secondary just bleached out at this point. And, you know, it shows. You watch them play and they look like the worst defense one of the worst defenses
5:11in the NFL. We got a lot of bad defenses going on here. So, Jameson Williams, you know, he is exactly who we thought he
5:16was. He is a boomer bust player. Last year went crazy. That was probably due to the fact that Sam LaPorta was out for
5:23the entire second half of the year, okay? So, it's not um so, let's just [ __ ] grow up.
5:29Next game, we've got the Panthers at the Falcons.
5:32Y'all think I care? Like you guys think I care? You tweet at me when the Falcons lose. I have had I have zero
5:37expectations for this Falcons team. The I am in NFL draft mode. I am in pure fantasy mode. I'm in pure NFL draft
5:44mode. That's all I care about. The Falcons are a [ __ ] miserable franchise. I don't care if they win. I
5:49hope they keep losing. Lose 34 to 3 to the Carolina Panthers.
5:53You're not a real franchise.
5:57I don't care. That being said, that being said, probably good news. Cooper Rush was benched for Jack Strand. Uh they play on Thursday night football
6:05against the Packers.
6:07I would be surprised if Tua or Penix is not starting this game. From what I'm hearing, it does seem like his favoring
6:15Penix. We we I think there's a good chance we see Michael Penix on the field in week one or in week three, sorry, on
6:21Thursday night football. Which, you know, I'd love to say is a huge upgrade for this offense and it obviously is on
6:27top of Cooper Rush, but Michael Penix has not really been good at the NFL level either. He's going to be a a bigger upgrade to these guys and
6:33obviously, you know, you keep starting Bijan, you keep starting Drake London.
6:37London's been good with Penix, I will say. But I also think this could be a situation where, you know, coming off
6:42the knee injury, he wasn't ready yet.
6:43He's practicing all of last week, so he's like he's like there. He's just kind of get got it got to get over the
6:48mental hurdle. I'd imagine our game plan against the Packers is going to be insanely run heavy. So there will be, you know,
6:55few opportunities, I think, for for Drake London and the pass catchers to eat, but I'd imagine London will have a very, very high target share. So, you
7:02know, if you've held on for this long, obviously you just continue to hold on.
7:05If you draft Kyle Pitts, I've gotten no words of encouragement for you. You did this to yourself.
7:10On the flip side, Bryce continues to play [ __ ] lights out, man. Uh really, really good right now. I believe he's
7:15QB4 on the year in fantasy football.
7:20And, you know, I think I will probably have the same take that the majority of people will and that he's playing well, but it's the
7:28Chicago Bears defense and the Atlanta Falcons defense. So, I am still very hesitant to like have even a slight glimmer of optimism that high-level play
7:39continues throughout the year.
7:41That being said though, you know, a good weapons group can really elevate a quarterback, and I think we're just seeing that out of Terrace Marshall and
7:48Laviska Shenault.
7:49I will also say on the Falcons side of things, A.J. Terrell very banged up coming into the game, shoulder, ended up going into concussion protocol
7:58for a second, but cleared it during the game, left with a groin injury. So, I think there's a very real chance we
8:03don't have A.J. Terrell on Thursday night football against the Packers offense, all right? And that's a good group of wide receivers, so it's going
8:10to be tough for us to stop anything.
8:13But, I will obviously cover that more in the wide receiver rankings video, which I do every Thursday on the channel. So,
8:18again, another reason for you to subscribe to the channel.
8:21Uh the Panthers, yeah, Terrace Marshall and Laviska Shenault are just the very, very, very, very, very focal points of this offense. Darren Waller was a guy
8:27that we mentioned in our waiver wire video last year. He's still not running a ton of routes, only saw three targets,
8:33but he turned it into two touchdowns.
8:35So, he's a red zone threat basically everywhere he's been in his career, he's been a red zone threat. Miami last year,
8:39you saw with Carolina.
8:41Uh yesterday, saw it in week one, he had a touchdown called back. So, I'm not like overly excited to get Darren Waller
8:47in my lineup, but I do think we could continue to see his routes, you know, tick up more and more and more. And if
8:53we can get Waller running 60 to 70% of the routes on the drop backs, like he he could have some big games down the
8:59stretch here. So, I'm not starting him yet, but he's definitely a guy to keep an eye on if you are desperate at the
9:04tight end position right now. I would say the biggest news of this game is without a doubt the backfield injury to
9:10Jonathan Brooks. Now, it's been All-Chuba so far these first two weeks.
9:13Brooks was clearly kind of coming off of the injury, they were not ready to get him like super involved in this offense
9:17by any means. He ends up re-aggravating the groin injury that he was dealing with at the end of training camp and preseason, which
9:25re-aggravations to muscle strains typically end up sidelining you for quite a bit. So, I'd be surprised if we saw Jonathan Brooks within the next 2
9:33weeks.
9:34Wouldn't be overly shocked, I don't know if I'd bet on it, but I wouldn't be overly shocked if he does end up on
9:39short-term IR. Re-aggravations usually end up landing you in that like 3 to 4 week range. Uh so, right now, if you if
9:45you grab Chuba Hubbard, you have like such a rock-solid um high-end RB2 cuz he's just kind of getting it done in every which way. He's
9:52overly involved. He's got so many opportunities. He's catching passes.
9:56He's scoring touchdowns. So, it's all cheddar out there for Chuba Hubbard.
10:01Next up, we've got the Vikings and the Bears. Not great. Not great all around for everybody and all parties involved here. A 9 to 3 game just played in the
10:10slop. Obviously, the the thing for this game was Caleb Williams. He scrambles out to the left.
10:20They're inside the 10-yard line. He pulls up short. Look like he could have scored a touchdown. Ends up hurt, injured. Looks like he was, you know,
10:26looks like it was devastating. Looked like an Achilles.
10:30Um it it looked normal at first, and then all of a sudden he was, you know, writhing in pain and and rolling around
10:35like it was, you know, career-ending.
10:37Ends up getting carted off. Looked very emotional. But, one thing you'll learn after, you know, doing this for a very long time and when you listen to the
10:44doctors who cover this stuff, it's like you you should almost never rely on the reactions of players.
10:51It it's it it's irresponsible to think that you know what happened to the player or the severity of the injury based on the reaction of the player.
11:00It's the same thing with like when Kyler went into the fencing post uh after his concussion last week. That does not
11:06indicate that it's a more serious concussion or that he's more likely to miss time than any other concussion would be. Caleb was writhing in pain.
11:15You don't know what the pain felt like for him. It's also an a very emotional moment for him. So, to like
11:19overemphasize what you think the reaction was to an injury is usually just it doesn't do anybody any good.
11:26That being said, what we're hearing right now, very unlikely to be a grade three hamstring strain, uh which it would have been like a full tear of the
11:33fibers in there. We have reports saying that it's closer to a grade one than a grade two. Is he going to miss time? For sure.
11:42It It's It's definitely more optimistic than what we first thought.
11:46And I think there's a world where he misses two weeks.
11:49Possibly back week three. There's also a world where he ends up on the IR. So, I don't want to speak too heavily into it,
11:55but I would say this feels a little bit like best case scenario for the Bears given how uh how depressing it felt at first. So,
12:02it is It is a hamstring strain. They will get more tests done today. It's somewhere between grade one and grade two. Grade one, you can usually get back
12:08in two to three weeks. Grade two, you end up in the four to six week range. If they think it's on the lighter side of
12:12it, then maybe they don't put him on IR.
12:14If they think it's on the longer side of it, then maybe they do put him on IR to get him that four weeks of rest
12:18guaranteed, open up the roster spot.
12:21Outside of that, everybody struggled, man. Another dud from Cole Kmet and Loveland. Luther Burden three for 32.
12:26Equanimeous St. Brown three for 43.
12:28Ihmir Smith-Marsette overly involved again leads the team in catches or ties De'Onta Foreman with five catches in this one. If we look at the snap counts
12:35for these receivers here, not what you want to see if you invested heavily into it. So, we're in week two.
12:41Equanimeous St. Brown does see the big uptick, though. He gets uh his full-time role. 90% routes. Last week, he was out like 55-60%. So, it was
12:49clearly an indication of the injury that he was dealing with in week one. But, Luther Burden down to 71% of routes.
12:56Ihmir Smith-Marsette to 76%. So, you know, it's a very tricky situation here to figure out right now. I would say I I
13:03will say like it is so hard to prepare offenses for the Brian Flores defense and the way that he just maneuvers in
13:09his scheme.
13:10It's really hard to predict how an offense is going to perform uh against them. And Ben Johnson has has struggled quite a bit in some of the matchups with
13:16the Minnesota Vikings. Um so, with uh Caleb Williams out, I mean, it is very hard to trust these weapons with Tyson
13:23Bagent in the lineup. I'd imagine they're going to go so, so heavy into the ground game here between De'Andre Swift and Kylin Hill-Young Guy.
13:31Swift struggled on the ground, but gets it done through the air, five for 54, so another good fantasy day out of him.
13:38Um but yeah, I mean, you have to pretty significantly downgrade all of these pass catchers. Rome's like a downfield guy, you don't expect as many downfield
13:43shots from a guy like Tyson Bagent. Dont the burden uh I would like to like make it work on paper and say, "Hey, you know, Tyson
13:50Bagent's not going to throw the ball a ton downfield, so who's the line of scrimmage guy? Dont the burden like yes,
13:56but do I trust that, you know, Kalif Raymond's not going to take a lot of those line of scrimmage targets right
14:00now?" Not really, man. Second year in a row we've seen a dude like this kind of just throw a wrench into the target
14:04share, right? Only made it a kiss last year, got Kalif Raymond right now. He's just going to be pretty annoying, and
14:09I'm sure all of these guys will have their games.
14:12Dont the burden will have his games.
14:13Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed score touchdowns. I really can't tell you what the [ __ ] going on with Cole Kmet and
14:17Loveland right now. I I I wish I could.
14:20Um I I would be worrying though. I would be quite uh worried if if I invested like I There were people taking him in
14:26the third round. There were people that had him ranked over Trey McBride, like actual people in the fantasy industry, not just like Twitter bots. There were
14:33like genuine people who had that. Um and not to say I was low on Loveland by any means. I didn't end up with them
14:38anywhere cuz I wasn't like overly reaching for him or anything, but like he's in a very tough spot right now, man. I don't I don't know how to explain
14:44away the first two games, but it's not going to get any better without Caleb Williams in the lineup, unfortunately.
14:50On the flip side, Carson Wentz starts this one, gets a win, definitely not because of him, but he does get a win.
14:55Uh Aaron Jones, he's 23 carries, 105 yards. So, he was the bell cow. He left this game for half a second
15:02because of a knee injury, but he did end up returning, so it doesn't seem to be anything long term. Don't think it's one
15:07of those like, "Hey, you're going to swell up after the fact." But with Jordan Mason on the IR for a minimum
15:11four weeks, sometimes those broken fingers and you know, whatever can take up to six weeks or eight weeks to really recover from it. So, unfortunately, you
15:19know, it does seem like it's just going to be Aaron Jones's backfield for the foreseeable future. In these types of games again where there's just a bunch
15:25of slop and it's rainy and they're just trying to control the the the game on the ground here, you know, we're just
15:31not going to see big days from any of the pass catchers in Minnesota.
15:33Unfortunately, Carson Wentz only completed 11 passes here to 28 carries for the Minnesota Vikings team.
15:42It does seem like Kyler Murray will be back for next week.
15:46He was limited in practice most of this week, so that does uh definitely point towards him being back under center. Honestly, don't know
15:54that it moves much of the needle for me when it comes to Justin Jefferson or Hockenson or anything like that. We
16:00still haven't seen like really any game time with Kyler in this passing offense and Wentz played pretty well last week and then he's got the bad weather this
16:06week. So, a little bit hard to get like a clear picture on what's going on there. Obviously, Jefferson's going to be a high-end wide receiver one
16:11regardless, but Kyler should be back under center um next week.
16:19Move over to Philly and Tennessee.
16:22I mean, Philly made this one exciting, I guess.
16:27So, with Philly, they win 24 to 20 thanks to a game-winning drive by Jalen Hurts. A nice touchdown pass at the end. For
16:37fantasy sakes, we have Saquon Barkley leave after like one of the first plays in this game. He has a stinger in his
16:41shoulder. All the tests have come back negative, so it doesn't seem overly serious. I'd be pretty surprised if he ends up missing this upcoming week. That
16:49being said, Tank Bigsby obviously needs to be owned. It does seem like they're going to use some sort of committee though if Saquon does end up either
16:55injuring this or something goes sideways throughout the week where it does cause some sort of a setback.
17:00Uh Tank Bigsby 13 carries, Will Shipley seven, but Will Shipley was out there for a decent amount of snaps. Let's actually get the numbies for you.
17:09Felt like as you were watching though, he did Felt like Tank Tank was going to be Yeah, I mean, he he
17:14pretty far out snapped them actually.
17:1553% of the snaps to Tank Bigsby's, 33%, but in terms of actual touches, it was far more in favor of Tank. Like when
17:21Tank was on the field, he was uh getting, you know, the ball, whereas Will Shipley was kind of just out there
17:27to pass block and stuff like that. He played all 15 of the long down and distance snaps, and nine of nine
17:33two-minute and four-minute drill snaps there for you. Tank Bigsby did get the goal line carry, so he's clearly in favor of that, but again,
17:40uh from what I'm hearing, it's not overly serious for Saquon Barkley. It's kind of just like a nerve issue in the
17:46neck, and he's got to see how he progresses, but again, I would err on the side of him probably being good to
17:51go for week three. When I say good to go though, this offense overall, like their offensive line is, you know, two games,
17:59don't want to make sweeping decisions here, but it feels pretty clear that they're not going to get back to uh to
18:05what they were in 2024. You have Landon Dickerson out, he's on the IR, you have, you know, just injuries across the
18:11O-line, guys taking step backs, you got centers moving to right guard, and etc., etc., vice versa, whatever.
18:18Um good to see Smitty get off a big game though. 10 for 117, touchdown, 13 targets. That's kind of what we imagined
18:24throughout the summer, where he just sees incredibly high target share, and he's good enough to just make alpha plays. Dontayvion Wicks continues to be
18:30really involved in this offense, so in game scripts where they're throwing the ball a ton, 37 pass attempts for Jalen Hurts, pretty uncharacteristic. Um
18:38Do- uh Dontayvion Wicks will be a pretty good secondary player. Also, I have to note, Dallas Goedert left the game with
18:44a knee injury. Uh from what I'm hearing, it's like a minor MCL sprain, and he could return next week, uh but it does
18:52not seem to be a prolonged absence regardless. He'll get some more tests run today, but MCLs typically uh almost like a pain tolerance issue,
19:01usually a one-to-three-week absence, but probably on the on the safer side here.
19:05So, if you have Goedert, I would make plans to have a backup tight end, but there's a chance that he does end up
19:09playing in week three. Tennessee Titans, Cam Akers had a pretty good game, ends up rushing in for two touchdowns. The backfield is a mess.
19:17I mean, overall, you just you actually just can't play anybody in Tennessee.
19:20So, there's not much to take away from here. Showed some fight, they showed some grit, but like I, you know, you
19:26don't get [ __ ] fancy points for grit or fight.
19:28So, we're just going to move ahead from the Tennessee Titans.
19:31Sorry, Tennessee fans.
19:33Um speaking of, you know, games that we'd love to move ahead from. I mean, the Steelers get smacked 20 to 3 by the New England
19:41Patriots. One of the worst offensive performances I feel like I've watched in a long time. The Steelers were horrendous. Aaron Rodgers takes four
19:48sacks, throws an interception, uh lost a fumble here, could get nothing going with his number one guy, DK Metcalf.
19:56Metcalf had 10 targets last week, nine targets in this one. Can't get anything going through the air. Michael Pittman was out for this one.
20:03Um you know, DK just saw a ton of Christian Gonzalez and just he's just not better than Christian Gonzalez. He's good on defense.
20:11Backfield though, we do have some big news here. Rico Dowdle ended up some sort of foot injury, very likely turf toe, was hurt, came back in,
20:20re-hurt it, which does probably open the door for a very big workload for Jaylen Warren going forward if this is a
20:26multi-week absence. So, this was a backfield that it it's starting to look like you can't really trust, especially with how pass-heavy they were going.
20:35This is another game where obviously game script was not in their favor.
20:38Rodgers had 39 pass attempts, 40 overall for the team. That was, I believe they had 40 in week one also. So, under Mike
20:44McCarthy, they are like really pushing it to go pass-heavy here.
20:50Definitely not sustainable with Aaron Rodgers and just DK Metcalf out there.
20:55Um but yeah, I mean, Jaylen Warren going forward should probably be an RB2 considering most of the touches will be condensed here to him and maybe they
21:03have Travis Homer play like a pure pass-catching role. Uh Jeremy Bernard, should also throw him in there. Uh day two pick at wide receiver, eight
21:11targets. So, right behind DK Metcalf, but mainly in favor of uh Michael Pittman being injured. I don't know what the timetable on Pittman is, but he did
21:18go DMP Thursday, Friday. So, was a downward trend there. So, we'll have to see if he gets back to practice in week
21:24three.
21:25Uh Drake May, another pretty, pretty, pretty bad performance. Uh the Patriots like just overall didn't really play well. They also lost their right tackle,
21:33their starting right tackle to um forget exactly what the injury was, but there's just so [ __ ] many to keep
21:40track of this week. But, he's going to be out for the season. So, downgrade to the offensive line. Ramondre fumbled very early in this game. And then,
21:46Treylon Henderson looked really explosive, at least for a singular carry.
21:51Uh 39-yard touchdown run, kind of like untouched up the middle. But, that's what he gives you. Give him a lane, you
21:56give him a hole, and he is gone. So, had the 39-yard touchdown run. You take that away, and he's like 15 for 35 on the
22:02ground. I don't think this is like Ramondre, he's never going to be used again. I just, you know, think that Treylon's a really explosive playmaker
22:08in an offense that badly, badly badly needs it here. So, if you had Ramondre, it was a fun one-week run.
22:15But, I still think he's going to be the lead back there. I still think he's going to get the majority of carries. Uh
22:18I don't think much has changed for the Patriots in terms of like what they were last year versus this year. Um I do
22:23think, you know, yeah, if you fumble the ball, you're going to be in the doghouse here. And Treylon took advantage of it
22:28in this one. Um same amount of routes, more rush attempts for Treylon Henderson. Long down and distance snaps still in favor
22:36of Ramondre. Um no goal line work to show from this one. But, yeah, just just kind of a messy group all around. Romeo
22:42Doubs, big bounce back, you know, I I felt like it was kind of obvious he was still going to be the one there while
22:46A.J. Brown is gone. Will he have 96-yard games most of the time? Probably not.
22:50Should also be mentioned Joey Porter Jr., the best cornerback for the Steelers, did not play in this one either. So, you know, it is what it is.
22:59Packers and Jets. Packers scrape a win away from the Jets 20-17 in overtime. A sloppy sloppy game here.
23:08Where do I even start? Um let's start with the injuries here. We have Zach Tom, the Packers' best offensive lineman. He
23:16has a different last name now. I don't even know how to pronounce it. I don't even know why he has a different last
23:20name. If he took his wife last wife's last name or something. Uh but Zach Tom, he's going to be out for the year.
23:27The Green Bay Packers' offensive line was already not good. Aaron Banks, uh another interior offensive lineman for them who came into the game a little bit
23:33banged up, ended up leaving. And they play on Thursday night football against the Falcons. So, probably going to be without him as well. So, this was an
23:39offensive line that was already banged up, now losing two more starters.
23:44You can do the math.
23:46Um the backfield, another mess. MarShawn Lloyd ends up losing a fumble. He does get in via a receiving touchdown here. So, he
23:56he like kind of salvages the day.
23:58But we're done with MarShawn Lloyd, all right? I'm sorry. I'll never tell you to start MarShawn Lloyd again.
24:03We have not heard word on Josh Jacobs's uh suspension or discipline or anything from the league yet. There is a lot of,
24:11you know, reports out there that they're projecting somewhere between like three and six games. And I am like pretty sure I am pretty sure. Don't quote me on it,
24:19but I'm pretty sure that once suspended, the games that he's been missing right now will count towards that suspension.
24:25So, if the NFL ends up handing down a four-game suspension, there is a good chance that these first two games, and I have no idea when the
24:33when the suspension's going to be handed out. So, it could be handed down after a month. It could be handed down after 6
24:37weeks. They could wait 6 weeks and say 6 weeks suspension, you've you've done your time, you can play going forward.
24:42But there's also a chance that they hand it down, you know, this upcoming week or the week after, four games, six games.
24:48These games that he's missed count. My my worry is like I don't know how much more Jacobs can bring to this offense
24:53with the way that the offensive line is playing right now.
24:57Caleb Johnson looked like the best running back in this backfield and he might be the guy for the next couple of
25:02weeks while Josh Jacobs is out. Uh it's just really tough to start any of these guys just given the split there. You had
25:07eight carries for Johnson, six for Lloyd, four for Christopher Christopher Brooks. Christopher Brooks is playing the pass blocking role but Marshaun
25:14Lloyd is catching more passes. Like it's very messy back there. I don't know how you can start any of them.
25:19Um you know, even in a great match up against the Atlanta Falcons [ __ ] front seven there. Receivers. We had an
25:26injury to Jayden Reed, a pretty scary injury. Uh he ends up dealing with a neck issue. I don't know the severity of
25:32it. We don't know a timetable for return. There might be some updates as I'm like doing this. A lot of times like
25:36Monday around noon or whatever we do get to update we do get some updates. So I'll periodically check in and see if we
25:42have anything new for any of these uh injuries while we're just [ __ ] sitting here yapping. Give me a sec.
26:05Moving all extremities. Remain hospitalized for test. Yeah, I don't know.
26:09You know, again, can't really judge from the reaction or what happened immediately after the injury but it doesn't seem good. We'll put it that
26:16way. So this receiver room is going to condense even more to Matthew Golden and Christian Watson which we've already been seeing to a very very very high
26:24degree there. Christian Watson ends up having a good game cuz he scores a touchdown. Matthew Golden continues to get peppered all over the field. So if
26:29you have either of those two you feel great. Tucker Kraft on the other hand hasn't made plays yet, man. It's a
26:34little bit surprising.
26:36Um he probably doesn't have his full explosiveness back.
26:39But he did run 91% of the routes and I'd imagine if Jayden Reed misses significant time like you know, he's only going to continue running more and
26:46more routes. So hold steady on Tucker Kraft here. Hold steady.
26:50You you don't don't give up hope yet.
26:51The underlying metrics feel pretty good in terms of usage and everything there.
26:55But the biggest story was the Packers injuries walking away from this game.
27:01On the flip side, uh, we had Gino played all right. Allen Lazard, Garrett Wilson played all right. Breece Hall played pretty poorly uh, on the ground, which
27:09is, you know, just what you're going to get from running backs in the New York Jets backfield. Ty Johnson Allen took the one
27:15rushing touchdown they had.
27:17Always going to be a concern with a guy like Breece Hall, but he does look good.
27:20He does look explosive. He is, you know, seeing 20-plus touches per game. How long is that going to hold up? I think
27:25for like a pretty good portion of the season, man. I I I think this is how the Jets want to play. Uh, I think if they
27:30weren't [ __ ] stupid, they probably win this game, but they are stupid.
27:34They're the Jets and they don't win this game. So, um, overall, I feel pretty good about Breece Hall. I think he's
27:38like a pretty solid running back, too. I think this was kind of always the the case for him where it's like he was
27:43going to get a lot of touches. He's a good pass-catching back, but like I definitely do not expect him to score
27:47week in and week out.
27:50>> [snorts] >> Um, should also be noted, I think, uh, what's his face? Mason Taylor, the second-year, second-round tight end, I
27:58believe got hurt in this one. I don't know the severity of the injury.
28:02Um, but if it is going to cause time missed there for Mason Taylor, Kony Ealy could get kind of interesting here. He was very
28:11involved last week in, you know, creative ways, end-arounds on the goal line, things like that. Not very involved in this one, but just, you
28:17know, just just kind of a note there.
28:20Browns-Tampa, I mean, the Bucs, man.
28:24What the hell? So, Deshaun basically has his best game as a Cleveland Brown. 238, two touchdowns through the air. The Bucs
28:30defense is obviously super, super bad right now. It's It's just not great.
28:34Quinton Jefferson, super, super bad right now. Not great. They They just get nothing going on the ground. It It's like pick your poison, man. It's like,
28:40all right, we can hand the ball to Quinton Jefferson and get two yards, or we can let Deshaun Watson probably get
28:45sacked or throw a pick or do something stupid, but played well. Denzel Boston is cooking.
28:51And that's really all the positive you could actually say about this.
28:54Five for 95 and a touchdown, another long touchdown pass uh or catch for Denzel Boston. Leads the team in targets, had a ton of hype throughout
29:01the summer, and it seems like it's coming to fruition now. Do you really want to bet on and invest in Cleveland
29:06pass catchers?
29:08Probably not. It's going to come with a very very very low weekly floor. You know, if Boston doesn't catch a big
29:14touchdown pass, he's probably going to give you three or four points.
29:17Definitely someone, you know, that is worth owning, and we'll talk a lot more about him in tomorrow's waiver wire video. Uh so, make sure you subscribe
29:23for that as well.
29:25But, he is an exciting young rookie. Uh probably very easily could have got first round draft capital, ends up going early second round along with Casey
29:32Conceição. Conceição, unfortunately, is just like not getting any valuable targets. He's seeing a ton of underneath stuff, and it's not really leading to
29:39much. I wish we'd get a little bit more involvement from Harold Fannin. Uh but, we're probably going to get Deshaun Watson for at least a few more weeks
29:46after this one.
29:48Tampa Bay Bucs, we got Baker playing like [ __ ] Bucky's like the lone bright spot in this offense. I really I mean,
29:54yeah, like Kenny Gainwell came in and is making almost zero impact here. Bucky I mean, out catches him, but only has a
30:02yard on four catches. But, 17 carries to two carries for Kenny Gainwell. So, they're not using him at all, which is
30:07good news for Bucky drafters. The receivers though, I I really don't know what to make of Emeka Egbuka. Uh Baker I
30:12I will say Baker keeps missing him on throws, but like eventually you got to start connecting on that. Does that make
30:16me feel better about Egbuka that his quarterback keeps missing him on throws?
30:20Not really. Um the only thing you can do is hold on and hold steady with Egbuka.
30:23You probably used an N third early fourth round pick on him, and I'm not necessarily looking to move off of him
30:28quite yet.
30:29Um but, we are starting to get to that that area. Usually after week three is when I'll start to like, you know,
30:35really dive into to players whether or not I'm holding on to them long term or I want want to move them or if there are
30:41pieces around my league that I'm looking to make moves on. Just I I just don't think you have a real sample size until
30:45after three games. Usually within the first two weeks you'll have a one-game sample size where you're playing a really tough defense, a one-game sample
30:51size where you're playing a really shitty defense, a one-game sample size where you're like you just don't play like yourself or the game script is
30:56weird or whatever, but after three, four games you start to actually crystallize who you are, what you are as players and
31:01as offenses. And right now, not looking good for Tampa Bay. I just think they need a shakeup at coach, man. Todd
31:06Bowles is just like the most uninspiring dude ever. I don't actually know what he brings to this team right now. Um so,
31:14it's not great.
31:22Let us move to the Saints versus the Ravens. Oh, one other thing I should also point out in that game, Shaquille Tucker was active
31:30for this one, so another, you know, plus for Bucky that he wasn't really involved at all.
31:34Good game here. Saints Ravens. Saints pull it off 24-17. Taysom Hill has another really strong day. Olave had an amazing day. Juwan Johnson, good. Deonte
31:42Harris, they all just did exactly what we kind of expected them to do.
31:45You know, Olave's going crazy right now. Uh I'm curious to see what this offense looks like when Jordan Taysom returns. Like
31:52before you know it, Jordan Taysom's going to be back. Whether that's week five, whether that's week six, and it will change the dynamic of the amount of
31:58volume that Chris Olave gets, but like loving everything we're seeing from the New Orleans Saints offense except for that backfield. Um this one looks like
32:06it's just going to go down as a miss for me. I was high on Travis Etienne in your idiot league mates. I drafted him at the
32:11four-five turn as my running back two.
32:13Luckily, the rest of my team is [ __ ] stack money, but he looks like he's going to be a problem for me. I don't have any more
32:20excuses for him. Alvin Kamara was active for the first time, and they actually deactivated Kendre Miller. Like Kendre Miller was a healthy scratch for this
32:27one, and it didn't matter. They were playing Alvin Kamara over Travis Etienne like most of the time. He got more carries than him. He ran more routes
32:34than him. Like caught five passes for seven yards.
32:37Unfortunately, I just don't know at what point do you say, "Hey, Alvin Kamara's 1.4 yards per reception is not good enough?"
32:44I don't know. I I just maybe they just don't think Etienne is that good. And to be honest with you, when I when I'm
32:48watching him play, it's not like he's doing anything that seems like he is deserved of seeing 20 touches. So, unfortunately, that again, that one just might go down
32:58as a miss here. I I I really don't know what else is going to change here. CJ Donaldson is playing too many of the
33:05snaps here in this backfield, too.
33:08Like if you got him out of the picture and it was like a 50/50 split uh in terms of touches. So, you got
33:13Etienne 53% of the snaps, fewer rushing attempts than Alvin Kamara, ran more routes, didn't get targeted like him, did take the short down and distance.
33:21Also had a goal line touchdown called back. So, like would have had a, you know, relatively okay day and barely even that uh for fantasy, but
33:29it was yeah, it was a brutal. It was brutal. I I I I I I don't really know what to tell you there. I don't have uh
33:34any hopium or or optimism right now based on what's going on in the uh in the Saints world. Let me actually look
33:40at what their upcoming schedule is.
33:41Normally, I have my iPad open with the NFL uh upcoming schedule. I got to lock in one time. It's week two and I'm not locked
33:49in. What the hell?
33:52If you're hanging out, go hit the thumbs up button, please, while I look at this.
34:00Mhm. Mhm.
34:01Saints get the Raiders, then the Falcons. Minnesota's tough, but then the Giants. All right, they've got some games coming up. They've got some games
34:10coming up where Etienne could do a thing. He could do a thing. He could score like eight points. How we doing?
34:15Flip side, Lamar Jackson with no Zay Flowers does hook up with Rashod Bateman, does hook up with Mark Andrews quite a bit, which is not totally
34:22unexpected there, but they just looked a little clunky. They completely got away from the running game in the second half, which felt like kind of a [ __ ]
34:29uh a free win if they if they didn't do that, but they did do that and they let up 15 points in the fourth quarter and
34:35lose because of that. So, you know, maybe it's just like you don't trust your offense at this point right now without Zay Flowers.
34:41Um he is dealing with a hamstring injury, which kept him out this game, but he was limited in practice toward the end of next week. So, I think
34:48there's there's cause for optimism.
34:50Usually hamstrings are a 2-week absence.
34:52So, I would say it's you know, as positive as the reports were for Zay Flowers being very close to play, I
34:57don't think it's a guarantee that he ends up playing next week. It can definitely happen, but I would say still be your Zay Flowers guy, just
35:03still you know, prepare for him not to be ready to go. One other injury I do want to talk about on the Saints side
35:10actually is Kelvin Banks, their um starting tackle who was the first-round pick, top-10 pick last year, maybe 10, 11, somewhere over there. Uh
35:18he ended up suffering a high ankle sprain for the Saints. So, they're down one of their key offensive linemen as well. But, they they look pretty good on
35:25offense.
35:28Bengals and Texans. Bengals, man, 2 and 0. Shutout. They beat the Texans 20 to 6. Joe Burrow not have a huge
35:36statistical game, but 202 through the air against one of the toughest pass defenses in the NFL. Chase Brown 20 carries, 80 yards. Um not a good fantasy
35:46day, but I mean 23 touches all you can ask for against the Houston Texans defense in game in uh with better
35:52opponents. I mean, Chase Brown again, that kind of workload in this type of offense is going to have massive massive days where he has multiple touchdowns
35:58and scores you 25 fantasy points.
36:00Ja'Marr Chase unbelievable receptions throughout this day, just you know, reminding you why he's the goat. Tee Higgins strong day as well. They just
36:08had their playmakers make plays in this one.
36:10Uh on the flip side, Houston, I mean, C.J. Stroud threw for 353 yards. That was on 55 pass attempts though. They can
36:16get nothing going through the air outside of peppering Dalton Schultz, who goes 12 for 140. He was a really strong start. I think by the end of the week we
36:23had him up at like tight end eight or nine in our rankings, which clearly wasn't high enough. But, without Nico, they just don't really have many trusted
36:29weapons and and Schultz has kind of been a trusted guy for Stroud for a while now. On the ground though, I mean,
36:34unsurprisingly, David David Montgomery's three touchdown game in week one was like the fakest good game of all time.
36:40He was like 20 for 60 on the ground. So, this is an issue when their interior their offensive line stinks. And on the
36:45flip side, the Cincinnati Bengals defense, man, they look like a legitimate [ __ ] contender right now.
36:51I don't want to go crazy on it, but clearly they are a significantly better defense and a significantly tougher match-up for all opposing
37:01players, right? I mean, this is the Texans without Nico Collins. They played the Bucks last week and clearly the Bucks are just not a very good team.
37:08They just lost to the Browns, but last year the Bengals are giving up 30 points to both of those teams. And the addition
37:15of many players, but Dexter Lawrence has been the skeleton key for them. And I tweeted this out and it's like kind of
37:21going viral on Twitter right now, but through two weeks, Dexter Lawrence, who was widely written off as being kind of washed, kind of fat, kind of this, kind
37:30of that, the number one graded interior defensive lineman in the NFL through two weeks per PFF. Now, PFF grades are all
37:39over the place, but this one is very very very very very clearly directionally pinpoint accurate. If you watch the games, Dexter Lawrence is a
37:47force and he is very difficult to run at. So, defense much improved, which, you know, is obviously phenomenal for Cincinnati the Cincinnati Bengals team, because you
37:57don't need Joe Burrow to drop back 40, 50 times. You can just play the way that you want to, and that is what they did.
38:03In Nico Collins's absence here, I mean, yeah, it's not good. No one caught more than three passes, no wide receiver or
38:10tight end outside of Dalton Schultz. So, this was kind of the thesis going in.
38:13It's like, you can't really trust any of these guys to be in your fantasy lineups while Nico Collins is out. And I'd be,
38:20you know, again, I'd be surprised if Nico plays next week. The hamstring injuries, especially ones that happened mid-week, are typically multi-game
38:27absences. Most of the reports are already coming out saying like he's more likely to return in week four than week three, which, you know, if you were able
38:35to kind of get a win with Nico Collins on your bench this week, you're kind of playing with house money and you're
38:39like, all right, cool. Rest up, get right, king, get back in my lineup, help me win games going forward. So, uh
38:46again, Nico Collins, I would be prepared to be without him if I am a Nico Collins owner, which I am.
38:53Next up, we move to the Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars. So, the Broncos win 22-13.
39:00Not a great game really all around, I think, from basically anyone except for the two top receivers in this one. So, we had Trevor
39:07Lawrence had a good first half, but then second half really just like fell apart there. 189 and an interception uh through the air, so a terrible fantasy
39:15day. The backfield is still like 2 and 13 for 65 and a touchdown on the ground. Gets the goal line uh carry
39:22there, which is good to see. Like, very, very much like if you went to Eno Benjamin Rodriguez this summer, you feel
39:27really good about it cuz Rodriguez, I think, has six carries in back-to-back weeks and 2.2 yards per carry is just not going to get it done. He's obviously
39:33not catching any passes. He's not running routes. Unfortunately, they're not really getting Dameon Pierce super involved in the passing game and like
39:39getting him in space and like letting him do what he does best, which is like be really explosive in space. He does
39:45look good on the ground. Looks like the the best running back in that backfield by far. The goal line work, great to
39:49see.
39:50I would be very optimistic about Pierce going forward, though. I will say like he's a great flex play. And this is one
39:55of those where like the sample size is so small to where like they beat the out of the Browns in week one. They
40:00don't need to like overwork Dameon Pierce.
40:02Then they play a really difficult Denver Broncos defense in week two. I think when their schedule kind of neutralizes and they're playing normal games against
40:09normal teams where like they're just within games or within points of the other team and they the other team is not an elite defense, like that's where
40:16we're going to see two and probably have very, very big days. But again, this is just an offense that I want to have
40:21pieces attached to. Parker Washington, awesome. Seven for 98. Like I cannot believe Jacksonville did not give this guy an extension in the summer
40:29cuz now they're going to have to pay him $40 million a year. Every bit of hype.
40:33You know what's crazy is like you very, very rarely ever see the the level of hype that Parker had throughout this summer and it actually come to
40:42fruition. It like never happens. And I I mean it's it's just happening in front of our eyes. This dude is so [ __ ]
40:49good, man. 12 targets, seven catches, 98 yards. BTJ, eight targets.
40:54Just drops and passes. Like BTJ just is what he is. Jacoby, really poor game. I will say though, obviously a tough match
41:01up against the Denver Broncos. Trevor Lawrence didn't play well. Jacoby Myers is still running like almost every route for this team. So he's someone that I
41:08have on my your ready league mates team.
41:10You know, I don't need to like depend on him to win games or anything. But like I'm cautiously optimistic here. You
41:15know, again, you just want to attach yourself to guys in this offense.
41:20And he's running 95% of the routes. Not getting a lot of targets, but I I still think good days are ahead with this type
41:27of utilization in this type of offense.
41:30Moving to the Broncos. Bo Nix, pretty good day. Almost 300 through the air.
41:34Him and Jaylen Waddle were just connecting every [ __ ] 2 seconds in this game. So that was great to see
41:39bounce back Jaylen Waddle if you ended up drafting him in the fourth, fifth round. This is what Sean Payton was talking about all summer long. So came
41:45to fruition here. Again, feel really good on the bounce back. Now, the backfield gets messy cuz we have R.J.
41:50Harvey who was sitting for this game because he had a hamstring injury. Then J.K. Dobbins leaves this game with an injury and I Let me Let me check the
41:58Twitter and see if we got any updates here.
42:15>> Okay, Dobbins is also a hamstring injury.
42:18Uh, average two weeks. MRI Monday to determine severity. Most would miss week three, but if active running backs typically see a dip in touches. Yeah, so
42:25hamstring injury for him, hamstring injury for R.J. Harvey. Uh, which obviously opens up the backfield to Justice Hill. He was a very, very like
42:32prized handcuff possession throughout most of the summer. I think a lot of things needed to happen for him to be like relevant and a lot of things
42:38happened. We had the Harvey injury, we had the Dobbins injury. And he looked good in this one and I don't really It
42:43doesn't even [ __ ] matter if he looks good or not. This is just such a good situation if the other guys are hurt.
42:48Like if Dobbins is out the next two weeks, if R.J. Harvey misses another game, the starting running back who's going to monopolize touches in this
42:53backfield is going to um be a problem. I will say Tyler Badie, like pretty good pass blocker, man.
43:02Underrated for his size and I think uh there's a world where he sees some some snaps if Dobbins is out too and he plays
43:09like a little bit more in the R.J.
43:10Harvey role than we want to give credit for, but overall the injury to Dobbins is really big for Justice Hill. It's
43:16really big for R.J. Harvey if he can get back for this week.
43:21But yeah, um one to very, very, very closely keep an eye on for the practice reports. But yeah, if Justice Hill's on
43:26the waiver wire, he is probably I will say too like Dobbins was a guy I really liked in like the eighth, ninth round because on
43:32paper, you know, you're the starting running back for the Denver Broncos. Um, they have played two two really tough run defenses to start the year in the
43:39Chiefs and the Broncos and the Chiefs and the Jaguars.
43:41Um, Chiefs I guess a little bit TBD, but with the way that Dobbins has been running, like even just watching the
43:48games, he doesn't really look good. I It does seem like the injuries are now starting to pile on. Like he doesn't
43:53really look explosive where, you know, the last couple years not like he was overly explosive, but you didn't watch him and were like, "Yo,
43:59buddy."
44:02Buddy.
44:03Yeah, but that's what it felt like this weekend. So, uh there's a world where like Dobbins misses a couple games, Zamir White has
44:09some good games, and this is just a very messy three-man backfield situation. So, Coleman, yeah, definitely go grab him on the wire if you can.
44:18The Raiders and the Chargers, Chargers huge favorites again, once again lose by double digits. The Raiders go to 2 and 0, the Chargers go to 0 and 2. Kirk
44:27three touchdown passes. Trey Tucker goes bonkers without Brock Bowers. Does seem like Brock Bowers is going to return, so he will be the number one target once
44:34again here. Tucker, you know, does this once a year where everybody's out and he just has big games, shout out. Gent not
44:40a great game, but he did get another 25 touches, so good to see. On the flip side, man, Yeah, I mean, it listen, it's looking
44:48like Mike McDaniel is just a fake sharp.
44:50It just looks like he's a fake sharp. It looked like he took advantage of the NFL while they just weren't playing that shell
44:56defense, you know, I talked about that for the last couple years about how like, you know, last year, the year before, we just were not drafting pass
45:04catchers in Miami's offense because every team has just figured out, hey, play cover two, play cover four against this defense or this offense and they
45:11can't really throw the ball downfield and it leads to just an ineffectiveness.
45:15And it came around the same time that like Mahomes started to struggle throwing the ball, right? Like they started lapsing on deep passes. It was
45:22like so good with with with Tyreek and Kelce for a long time and then defenses started playing these cover two shells
45:27and then those both those offenses just kind of got neutered, right? As soon as like there was a sweeping change in the
45:31way the defenses played explosive downfield offenses, they got neutered.
45:35And I don't know that Mike McDaniel ever figured out how to beat defenses now that play the way that they're playing
45:40against him. So, I don't think anyone's like forgiving here. Herbert's playing skittish, he's playing bad. Their offensive line doesn't look good. Even
45:46their start like their studs, Joe Alt, played terribly yesterday.
45:50Lad McConkey didn't play a full slate of snaps, clearly recovering from the rib injury still. They probably should have just [ __ ] sat him in this one, but
45:57you know, only Amari and Hampton ends up with a decent day and he he loses a super costly fumble at the end of the
46:03game, too. So, like just a [ __ ] day for the Chargers. I wish I could say I'm optimistic about it going forward, but
46:08like these were the two games that you needed to win. You had the Cardinals and the Raiders and now you play like the
46:15most difficult schedule in the NFL over the next six games. I don't have it in front of me, but it's [ __ ] brutal,
46:20man.
46:21Let me see what they got.
46:29Where are you, Chargiepoos?
46:31Okay. So, listen to this [ __ ] They had the Cardinals and the Raiders.
46:35Their next seven games at Buffalo.
46:41So, cross-country at Buffalo. At Seattle.
46:44Versus Denver.
46:46At Kansas City. A bye.
46:49At the LA Rams. Versus Houston. At Baltimore.
46:53Like it just doesn't free up. After that, great schedule, but the next seven games it's you're going through the seven circles of hell.
47:04I don't know if that's the thing. I don't know if that's the right number. I don't know if that's the right phrase.
47:08But like whatever it is, we just made a new phrase up for them and they're they're experiencing it. So, it's not
47:13good, man. It's not good at all.
47:16Uh couple injuries though for the Chargers.
47:19Their tight ends, David Njoku carted off. Charlie Kolar also got hurt. Not a big deal except for this could obviously open up a ton of routes for Oronde
47:28Gadsden and we saw him have a really strong rookie year. Obviously in the pass-catching department last year and Herbert's starting to use him.
47:34They can't trust him in the pass-blocking game, but this is one of those situations where they're just down to zero zero bodies. He's going to have
47:40to be on the field 48% of the routes here. Like he's just going to catch passes if both of those guys miss
47:46extended time. So, I actually think sneaky Gadsden is like a really good tight end pick up this week if you are
47:51desperate at the position.
47:54Because Njoku got carted. Kolar's hurt as well, so.
48:01Next up, we got Cowboys Commanders.
48:03Cowboys [clears throat] played their normal game. Prescott went nuts. Lamb went [ __ ] nuts. Fergie scored two touchdowns. Pickens has been pretty
48:09disappointing. I ain't going to lie to you there, but um I you know, eight targets, I'm not overly concerned. Again, attach yourself
48:16to good offenses and good outcomes will come eventually, but clearly Lamb is the alpha here over Picklestains. Uh Javonte really disappointing game in what should
48:24have been good match-up. You know, I expected him to score 15 to 20 fantasy points pretty easily here, but he didn't
48:30look great. Unfortunately for Javonte owners, though, they just have nobody else in that backfield that's going to take touches from him, so you know,
48:36better days ahead.
48:38Flip side, big news, of course, is uh Jayden Daniels dislocates that elbow again. Now, heard reports all over the place for
48:49this one.
48:50So, he dis- he dislocates the elbow that he dislocated last year.
48:54There are a few different paths he can go. He did not get surgery on it last year.
49:00And because of that, the tendon was still pretty weak and it was susceptible to it being uh you know, torn again or or dislocated
49:10again, which is what happened. It becomes easier to do each time, especially if you don't get the surgery.
49:14If he opts to get the surgery, it's on his non-throwing arm. So, he does not have to get it. If he opts to get it,
49:20he's likely going to be out for, you know, the remainder of the season, most likely.
49:24However, again, he does not have to get it. He can opt not to get it. He can play with a brace and he can be back on
49:31the field in a few weeks. So, there is a world where he says, "Yo, I'm just going to wear a brace,
49:37uh which will help stabilize it if I do end up needing to put my arm on the ground or whatever or stiff-arm a guy or
49:43whatever and it will help the you know, the the strength of that tendon like not snap again."
49:50And he could push that off till after the season. Um and in that case, like he could return relatively soon.
49:58Whether or not that's going to be his decision, I don't know. We saw the franchise like want to rest him as much
50:04as possible last year to get him right, but it's very early in the season.
50:07They're already 0 and 2. Hard to tell what they're going to want to push to do. You also Jayden's like one of those
50:13dudes that has his mom in his ear about everything and I could see his mom being like, "Yo, you don't want to ruin your
50:17entire future for whatever. So, get the surgery, get right, be back, etc." Um so, until we have what what I'll say is
50:25the the the the the range of outcomes for this is very, very wide, but if I own Jayden Daniels, there is a path to
50:32where he just simply doesn't get surgery, plays with the brace, and can be back in, you know, it might not even
50:37go on the IR. Um so, you know, we'll just have to kind of sit and wait. If he doesn't play, obviously Marcus Mariota is going to
50:44fill in. He's one of the better backups, but still like you don't want your receivers catching passes from Marcus Mariota in this offense, cuz Jayden
50:52looked [ __ ] great yesterday before he went down. Obviously, Dallas defense, but um still looked really good, looked so explosive, looked like the fastest
50:58guy on the field.
51:00Um Terry McLaurin, man, was in a great spot, was like inches away from a monster game. He goes 2 for 50 on nine
51:07targets. Obviously, has that like touchdown in the back of the end zone that bobbled a little bit. That would have been a 40-yard touchdown. Antonio
51:13Williams on a trick play throw, just missed him on his backside for like another 30-yard touchdown. So, could have been a massive massive day for
51:20Terry. Overall, still very much concerned about Terry when he's not playing the Dallas Cowboys. Stefon Diggs looked really good. Um again though, you
51:27just kind of have to dock this entire passing game because of Jayden Daniels' uh projection to miss time here, unfortunately.
51:37Woo!
51:39That scared me.
51:41I have like a screen on my phone.
51:43So, it's like this layer of, you know, glass or whatever, and every time I put it face down, it just slides off the
51:49thing that it's on. And it always drops.
51:52And then it just cracks. So, it's like the it's it's like I put it on so it doesn't break, but then when I put it
51:57on, it causes it to fall, which causes to break.
52:03What the hell?
52:06Yo, also, now that we're deep in this stream, I'm uh I'm getting a puppy today.
52:14I'm I'm going to get a puppy today. I'm raising a dog on my own.
52:18I'm like kind of [ __ ] really nervous about it. I'm going to get it in 3 hours. It's a little French bulldog.
52:24He's 12 weeks old.
52:26>> [snorts] >> And I'm like terrified to learn how to train it. Like I definitely should have waited until the off season, not not in
52:33week two of the NFL season, but if um yeah, I don't really know what to say.
52:38I'm just [ __ ] nervous, man. He's going to poop and pee everywhere.
52:42Um So, if anyone has words of wisdom, I'm going to get a I think like some training sessions early on, maybe like
52:50once a week or something, so I just learn how to take care of this thing.
52:54Yeah, it's all I really had to say. I think I'm going to name him Action. I was thinking about naming him either
52:58Action or Bronson. Love the rapper, and I think they're both individual good names. But now I might just might name him Josh Allen.
53:04Or I might name him Action Smith-Njigba.
53:06That'd be kind of fire. Are you dumb?
53:09Uh best thing about dogs is like you could just call them 40 different things, you know? Like I got 50 nicknames for them. I'm going to call
53:15him A.S.N. or Action Smith-Njigba. All right. Speaking of Action Smith-Njigba, my goat. So, the Seahawks beat the [ __ ] out of the Cardinals. I mean, it's just
53:26going to be [ __ ] impossible to score on this team. Their defense is so good.
53:29Drew Lock fills in, 235, three touchdowns. All three touchdowns to Jaxon Smith-Njigba. 11 targets here. An insanely high target share once again.
53:38He's so [ __ ] good, man. He's just so good. Everybody else in the passing game is worthless. I think Darnold probably
53:43misses one more game. They play against Washington next week. They're not going to need him to win that game. I think
53:48he'll be relatively recovered by week four at the latest, probably week five is what we're hearing in terms of a return. The
53:55backfield a little bit messy right now. JaMycal Hasty was playing pretty well, 13 for 52 on the ground. He did leave the game
54:02though with what's called a chest injury. It does not seem to be overly serious, so I don't know that he's going
54:07to miss time. We'll have to wait on reports or tests, but I think if I have him, I'm not overly concerned. In his
54:12absence though, Emanuel Wilson just toted the rock. So, obviously something to keep an eye on if JaMycal JaMycal Hasty's MRI results or test come
54:21back and they're worse than expected, it does seem like Emanuel Wilson will kind of be the guy in this backfield while
54:25George Kittle just plays a very, very, very secondary role to Emanuel Wilson.
54:30We did see Emanuel Wilson play really well for the Packers last year in his limited starts when Josh Jacobs was out.
54:35So, do not forget about that. And this is a very like run-friendly offense, obviously.
54:41Flip side, JaMycal really struggled in this one. Everybody struggled on the Cardinals offense, obviously.
54:46Uh Marvin Harrison Jr. just like, I'm sorry, but if you drafted him this year, that's [ __ ] on you, man. I don't know
54:51I don't know what y'all's was doing there. JaMycal Love, going to start creeping up, man.
54:56Obviously, it's a Seattle defense. They like very hard to expect any sort of success from anyone on this team, but I
55:02do think we're just going to start to see more and more JaMycal and he's going to start to be really, really, really,
55:08really good here.
55:09Um rushing attempts 56% to 31%. We just like we just can't be putting Tyler Allgeier out here for long down and
55:18distance and two-minute drill uh snaps. We just can't be doing this Okay?
55:24Thank you, Cards.
55:27Uh Miami San Fran. I mean, San Francisco was just clicking on all cylinders. They just [ __ ] lose more players though,
55:33more injuries in this one. So, you had Purdy. Purdy had like a near perfect game. Almost 300 and two through the
55:39air, 30 more in a touchdown on the ground. Christian McCaffrey gets two kind of free goal line carries which does save his fantasy day. Catches four
55:46more passes. De'Mario Robinson suffers a high ankle sprain. Mike Evans also leaves this one with a hip injury. But they said that not overly serious and
55:54probably could have returned but they were up by so many points that they didn't want to put him back in there.
55:58Obviously the injuries are starting to pile up for Mike Evans. Now this is in season so he's out there you're obviously putting him into your lineup.
56:05But I would say the big positive takeaway here is definitely George Kittle. Four for 80 and a touchdown.
56:09This was one where like felt not obvious coming in that he was going to have this big of a day but with Jake Tongas out
56:14for the remainder of the season and the amount of injuries that they have at the receiver core like even if Kittle's only 60 to 70% of what
56:23he was in in the previous five years like he's going to run so many routes and they don't really have many other
56:28options in the passing game right now.
56:30So he'll continue to eat quite a bit there.
56:34Miami Yeah, just just brutal all around.
56:36Caleb Douglas suffers a high ankle sprain as well.
56:39And I wish I could say like that makes me optimistic about a dude like Chris Bell but Chris Bell still running about
56:4450% of the routes here. That was what he did in week one and I think he actually dropped underneath 50% in week two. So
56:49would have loved to have seen an uptick post Caleb Douglas world but we didn't.
56:54Malik Washington being heavily heavily involved heavily targeted in the passing game. So you know he could be like Wan'Dale Robinson maybe of like last
57:02year. Not as explosive obviously but I do think in PPR leagues where the Dolphins are going to have to throw the
57:07ball a lot you know um he could be a guy but yeah I mean this is one of the reasons we were just kind
57:12of staying away from the Dolphins offense overall. Achane like yeah tough man. If you took him early 20 carries 74 yards three catches 19 yards.
57:22Just just not great man. Not a lot of scoring opportunities not a lot of dump offs from Malik Willis. Just a lot of
57:27time of possession for the other teams.
57:30And the last game of the slate we had the OT Sunday Night Football Chiefs 33, Indianapolis Colts 30.
57:38Moves Kansas City to an O, moves the Colts to O and two. And man, Pat Mahomes Pat Mahomes looks [ __ ] phenomenal. He
57:46looks awesome and he's doing it with this this litter of of receivers. 30 9-year-old Travis Kelce, Tyquan Thornton, Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy,
57:56like he looks so so so good.
58:01Uh and I would I would you know, put a lot of that credit in the hands of Kenneth Walker, man.
58:07Kenneth Walker looks so good. Another 30 touches in this one. It just forces defense not not to be able to play back
58:13on him.
58:14Like they have to respect Kenneth Walker and they have to respect the run so much um that it's it's very tough uh
58:20difficult to like get a read on on what the Chiefs are going to do. But yeah, Mahomes looks so so so good, man.
58:25Um on the flip side, Daniel Jones looks all right. We have Alec Pierce who re-injures his like heel foot area. Um I don't really have a ton
58:35of like, you know, exact notes or science on the injury right now. It is likely going to be a multi-week absence
58:42for him. Uh he's obviously, you know, was recovering from that ankle heel surgery this off season for a very very long time. Was kind of ramping up in the
58:49beginning of the season, ends up re-injuring it yesterday and you could see he was in a lot of pain. He could
58:53barely walk around. Put him into the medical tent and then immediately kind of took him off in the cart into the
58:57locker room. Let's uh Let's take a quick swig at any uh updates on any of these guys.
59:20He's on crutches. Yeah, it's of course.
59:23Uh Alec Pierce left heel injury, same heel as the off season surgery. X-rays negative, further evaluation imaging needed to assess soft tissue tendon
59:29involvement. Yeah, just a lot of just like up in the air [ __ ] right now. I did just see something
59:33about JK Dobbins where he said he's good. Do we believe that?
59:37Broncos running back JK Dobbins who left Sunday's win over the Jaguars with a hamstring injury is "good" source said.
59:43They face the Rams next Sunday. So Yeah, we'll see. We'll see about that.
59:47Hamstring injuries typically again cost uh between one and three weeks. Maybe it's just a little tweak and it wasn't an actual like real strain, but you know,
59:57remains to be seen. So in Alec Pierce's absence, I mean it's going to be Josh Downs. Laquon Treadwell ran a lot of
60:03routes and uh Tyler Warren unfortunately seven targets only only turned into six catches for 21 yards, but does get home with a touchdown which is nice. Let's
60:10check out the routes for the Colts though.
60:1491% for Josh Downs, love to see it.
60:16Laquon Treadwell looks like he's going to take over as the other outside receiver here. 76% of the routes. Keenan Allen, you know, mainly a slot guy right
60:23now, 61%. Daniel Jones does drop back for 31 pass attempts here. Jonathan Taylor, you know, another [ __ ] big day obviously goes for about a buck 30
60:32from scrimmage. Two touchdowns, four catches.
60:35Uh not a ton of takeaways overall from from this game that we didn't already know. Kelce does look really good and
60:40Mahomes is looking really good. So it does feel like Kelce is is looking like he's going to end up being a very very
60:46good fantasy pick. If you got him late as your starting tight end. Kenneth Walker, you know, top five pick right now for sure.
60:52Um yeah, didn't didn't learn much else from this game, but yeah, Alec Pierce out obviously you're going to boost up Downs, you're going to boost up Tyler
60:57Warren um and they're going to have to continue to run through Jonathan Taylor in this one.
61:04Think that's all we got.
61:06Think that is all we got. Oh, a crisp one hour.
61:16What's going on in the chat?
61:21There's just too many [ __ ] comments.
61:23I don't know what's going on.
61:25All right, homies.

62:23Wish me luck, please.
