Adonai Mitchell

PositiveSleeper45:06

Adonai Mitchell ranks among the speaker's highest-ranked receivers as a preferred alternative to Trey Tucker, suggesting strong upside relative to draft position.

Insight page

Amon-Ra St. Brown

NegativeValue10:05

Grouped in the elite tier of wide receivers alongside Chase, Puka, Jefferson, JSN, and Lamb; positioned as a top-tier draft target before the second-tier band of 20 players begins in rounds 4-6.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveValue1:21

Ranked second on average ADP behind Jalen Gibbs. Speaker expresses preference for Robinson in the round 6 running back stretch, indicating approval of his draft positioning relative to other available options.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

PositiveValue15:30

Selected 49th overall in this $350 draft; speaker expresses comfort with the selection and preference for him over other available wide receiver options like Puka Nakua.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveValue5:19

Strong preference for Bowers in the second round; speaker ranks him ahead of Drake London in full PPR reddraft format and expresses conviction with 'don't threaten me with a good time. I love Brock Bowers.' Bowers is positioned as the cornerstone of the Raiders' fantasy upside—the team's entire season outcome hinges on his performance. If Bowers has a strong year, the team will cruise, making him a critical anchor pick whose success directly determines overall roster viability. However, one speaker notes the tight end pick felt like a luxury selection and questions whether Burden would have been a better use of draft capital at that juncture.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

NegativeRole36:35

Quarterback available on the draft board during this round; mentioned as an option still in play but not selected by the drafter.

Insight page

Carnell Tate

PositiveBreakout17:24

Recommended as a priority target in the draft; was the fourth overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, signaling elite pedigree and prospect profile. Speaker advocates for selecting him over Adonai Harrison due to superior path to targets on the Bears. Locked into the Week 1 starting lineup alongside Mike Evans, indicating confidence in his immediate fantasy production and role.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveValue5:11

Part of the elite first-tier wide receiver group (Chase St. Brown, Puka, Jefferson, JSN, Lamb) that speaker recommends targeting early before waiting on depth; positioned as a priority early pick before the second-tier band of approximately 20 players (Flowers to Adams) that are all within roughly 20 projected points of each other.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveValue5:11

First-round pick in this $350 draft; speaker notes this is the first time seeing Chase Brown as a first-round pick all summer. Speaker likes Brown but would not take him over Jonathan Taylor, suggesting Brown is rising in draft value but still has a ceiling relative to elite RBs.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

PositiveProjection44:24

Running back drafted after Kyle Madung; noted as really good, indicating solid upside and value at the running back position in this draft.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeProjection1:21

Scored the most fantasy points last year; if healthy for 17 games, very likely scores the most points this year even over Bijan Robinson and Jalen Gibbs. Available at pick six in this draft, which is exceptional value for the best player in fantasy. George Kittle, one of the best run-blocking tight ends in football, missed significant time last year; the on-off impact with Kittle and McCaffrey is massive for run-blocking support, which could improve McCaffrey's yards per carry this season. Achilles injury remains a significant concern for McCaffrey's 2024 outlook—historical data shows that while players return to play relatively quickly from Achilles injuries, their performance relative to baseline is worse upon return. Despite career-high rushing stats last year, the Achilles injury impact on his rate of ability is the key worry for this year's draft. McCaffrey will still be healthy in the first couple of weeks, providing a reliable early-season option to carry the team while rookie receivers and running backs develop.

Insight page

Christian Watson

NegativeValue15:14

Watson is being drafted in the fourth round in a three-wide-receiver-plus-flex format, which creates significant scarcity pressure on the wide receiver position and inflates his ADP relative to running back availability; positioned as evidence that wide receiver runs quickly in this format structure, with teams 3, 4, and 5 having made 12 picks with 11 being receivers.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

PositiveRole24:48

Speaker expresses dislike for Moore as a player, though acknowledges the team context is good; indicates Moore is not a preferred target despite team quality.

Insight page

David Montgomery

PositiveRole17:18

Drafted positively in this $350 format; speaker notes his selection with approval and context that the Kansas City Chiefs' running back room (featuring Xavier Worthy) could be a strong team context for his role.

Insight page

Deebo Samuel

NegativeValue36:09

Mattek Fantasy Football speaker advocates for taking Deebo in draft, noting he has Deebo ranked higher than Jaden Higgins in reddraft format. However, co-speaker prefers Jaylen Waddle over Deebo, suggesting Waddle offers better value or fit for team construction despite Deebo's higher ranking. Deebo remained available on the draft board as a wide receiver option.

Insight page

Drake London

NegativeValue5:20

Speaker ranks Brock Bowers ahead of Drake London in full PPR reddraft format, suggesting London is a secondary option at the receiver position in this scoring system.

Insight page

Drake Maye

NegativeProjection28:15

Considered as an elite quarterback option if the team wanted to pivot to that strategy; speaker says 'I think Drake May is fine here,' indicating he is a viable but not preferred choice at that draft juncture.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

NegativeValue5:18

Speaker mentions Garrett Wilson as one of the still-available quality receivers in the mid-round range, indicating comfort with Wilson as a viable option in this draft tier alongside Devonte Adams and Tee Higgins.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

PositiveValue27:40

Missed draft opportunity at a good price in the seventh round; speaker indicates regret at not securing him, suggesting his ADP was attractive relative to his talent and opportunity.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

NegativeValue1:21

Third player drafted on average ADP; first-round pick in this $350 draft.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

PositiveValue36:55

Insane availability at the quarterback position on the draft board; speaker notes his presence as a standout value opportunity but expresses preference for other options like J.C. Mattern at that draft stage.

Insight page

James Cook

NegativeValue5:11

First-round pick in this $350 draft.

Insight page

Jaxon Smith-Njigba

NegativeValue10:05

Grouped in the elite tier of wide receivers alongside Chase, St. Brown, Puka, Jefferson, and Lamb; positioned as a top-tier draft target before the second-tier band of 20 players begins in rounds 4-6.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

PositiveValue24:32

Was at the top of speaker's draft queue, indicating Reed was a priority target in this high-stakes draft.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveValue12:52

Co-speaker prefers Waddle over Debo Samuel in this draft spot, describing him as 'the kind of guy we want here' and 'a nice pretty safe backs stop on this team,' suggesting he offers safer floor and better team fit despite Debo's higher ranking; positioned as a potential pick in the context of a wide receiver run on the board.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

PositiveRole28:48

Strong flex option in PPR formats due to significant pass-game work from Aaron Rodgers, a checkdown-heavy quarterback. Speaker advocates for taking Warren in round eight over other options like J.K. Dobbins, stating "I think Jaylen Warren is better" and noting his ADP would be much higher in full PPR redraft formats. Positioned as a legitimate scoring threat on the Steelers alongside Michael Pittman Jr., with uncertainty about which player scores more points. In week-one flex considerations, competing with Travis Kelce depending on matchup and projection updates.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

PositiveValue5:29

Positioned as an ultimate value play with strong upside. Speaker assumes team seven will take him but notes if Love is still available at 31st overall, he would take him, calling it 'probably a jam.' Historical comparison to Ashton Jenty (Raiders RB last year) who scored 14.5 PPG; if Love matches that scoring with two mega spikes at his current cost, he represents 'free money.' Receiving role is strong in PPR formats. However, not viewed as a league winner and team would need to be significantly better than consensus for him to reach ceiling.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveValue4:08

Multiple elite players drafted ahead of him in this league, including Anthony Gentry at nine, which the speaker views as a draft error. Speaker would not take Chase Brown over Jonathan Taylor, suggesting Taylor should be ranked higher than his current draft position in this format.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeValue20:39

Selected in round 6 of this $350 high-stakes fantasy draft; represents lower ADP than anticipated for a first-round caliber running back.

Insight page

Jordyn Tyson

PositiveValue20:54

Ranked highest among rookie wide receivers in speaker's rankings; speaker prefers Tyson over Metcalf in the middle rounds. Taken after Chris Godwin and Marvin Harris, and one pick ahead of Quentin Johnston, suggesting significant ADP discount relative to speaker's evaluation.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveValue4:08

Drafted seventh in this league. Criticized as a 'nonball knowing take' by the speaker, who questions the pick ahead of Jalen Sklar-Whitfield. In a reddraft league with waivers and no trades, Jefferson is not preferred over JSN. However, grouped in the elite tier of wide receivers alongside Chase, St. Brown, Puka, JSN, and Lamb as a top-tier draft target before the second-tier band of 20 players begins in rounds 4–6.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveValue5:41

Speaker identifies Kenneth Walker as the player he really wanted in the second round, indicating strong preference for Walker at that draft stage.

Insight page

Luke Musgrave

NegativeInjury25:51

Has a neck injury that creates uncertainty about his availability to start the season; this injury limits Green Bay's ability to deploy 12-personnel packages, which indirectly creates more opportunity for Matthew Golden in the passing game.

Insight page

Luther Burden

NegativeValue11:09

Passed on in draft; speaker was hoping Burden would fall to their team but is comfortable with the overall allocation of Burden on their roster despite missing the opportunity to draft him.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveBreakout25:07

Speaker identifies Golden as 'the most obvious breakout candidate I've ever seen.' Was two fingertips away from 99-yard touchdowns twice last year; was Green Bay's best player in postseason game against Bears and had his best game of the season in that matchup. Green Bay traded Wix and let Dubs go to New England; backup tight end Luke Musgrave has a neck injury limiting 12-personnel usage. Team has signaled they will distribute targets more broadly rather than concentrating on one WR running 65% of routes. Speaker prefers him over Higgins and believes he will be 'the answer to this year's QJ.'

Insight page

Michael Pittman

PositiveRole30:03

Mattek Fantasy Football speaker expresses preference for Pittman over Jaylen Warren, citing strong fit with OC Rogers' offensive scheme. Rogers led the NFL in percentage of throws behind the line of scrimmage last year, which favors tight end and pass-catching role players like Pittman.

Insight page

Mike Evans

PositiveProjection15:06

Selected in draft as preferred option over McLaurin; will get the ball in big spots despite lower body injury history; sets up a cheaper stack with Daniel's (marginally worse fit due to 6-point passing TD scoring); locked into Week 1 starting lineup, indicating confidence in immediate fantasy production and role; positioned as a strong target in the context of a two-win team.

Insight page

Patrick Mahomes

NegativeValue35:43

Mattek Fantasy Football speaker highlights Mahomes as exceptional ADP value, available in round 11–12 in reddraft despite scoring 20 fantasy points per game last year before ACL injury. Speaker dismisses ACL injury concern, noting modern recovery protocols (gray market peptides, arthroscopy) have made ACL injuries less impactful than Achilles injuries. Mahomes is a top-10 fantasy QB in points per game with a consistent track record, making him a reliable late-round quarterback target rather than an early investment. Advocates for Mahomes if you miss the Daniels/Burrow/Mayfield/Lamar tier.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

PositiveValue1:21

Sixth player drafted on average ADP. Part of the elite first-tier wide receiver group (Chase, St. Brown, Puka, Jefferson, JSN, Lamb) that speaker recommends targeting early before waiting on depth. Positioned as a top-tier draft target before the second-tier band of approximately 20 players (Z Flowers to Devonte Adams tier) begins in rounds 4–6.

Insight page

Romeo Doubs

NegativeRole44:03

Receiver on the roster; part of the team's wide receiver depth chart alongside Carnell Tate, Jordan Tyson, and Matthew Golden.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveValue5:38

Speaker would have taken Saquon in the second round if he had been available, calling it a 'snap' pick—indicating strong conviction and value at that draft position.

Insight page

Tank Dell

PositiveValue50:36

Tank Dell is being undervalued in the current draft despite historical precedent; the last time he was in a fantasy football draft, he was a legitimate third-round pick. While hesitation exists due to potential for multiple zero-point weeks, his past draft capital and production suggest current ADP is too low.

Insight page

Tee Higgins

NegativeValue5:18

Speaker mentions Tee Higgins as one of the still-available quality receivers in the mid-round range, indicating comfort with Higgins as a viable option in this draft tier alongside Devonte Adams and Garrett Wilson.

Insight page

Terrance Ferguson

PositiveValue51:02

Terrence Ferguson is ranked ahead of Chika Conqua and Brenton Strange in the speaker's tight end hierarchy, indicating preference for Ferguson's upside. The speaker notes that Ferguson's draft gospel has been spreading, suggesting growing recognition of his value.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeValue14:11

Moved down significantly in reddraft rankings into the 50s after Washington signed Stefon Diggs; age concern noted (30 years old); despite long NFL tenure, has been on poor teams which may have obscured his actual age and decline trajectory.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

PositiveValue43:03

Drafted in the 12th round in full PPR, representing insane value at tight end. After the top 100 picks, tight ends project significantly better than wide receivers, making late-round tight end selection a best-practice strategy. In week-one flex considerations, competing with Jaylen Warren depending on matchup and projection updates.

Insight page

Tre Tucker

PositiveBust45:06

Trey Tucker presents extreme weekly variance and unpredictability that makes him a poor draft target despite being a fine receiver prospect. The odds of correctly predicting his game-to-game performance are extremely low; when you start him, he'll go 2-for-16, but the weeks you bench him he'll post 6 receptions, 113 yards, and 2 touchdowns. This volatility makes him unreliable for fantasy purposes.

Insight page

Woody Marks

NegativeRole39:39

Running back evaluated as an okay option, but drafter prioritized wide receiver need over selecting him at this stage.

Insight page

Zachariah Branch

PositiveSleeper45:06

Zachariah Branch ranks among the speaker's highest-rated receivers due to his elite screen-pass usage profile—approximately half his collegiate receptions were screens—combined with playing alongside Tua Tagovailoa, described as an all-time screen merchant quarterback. This alignment of player skill set and offensive scheme creates significant upside.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

NegativeValue5:18

Speaker notes this is not Zay Flowers's time to be drafted early; indicates Flowers is part of a flat tier from Flowers to Devonte Adams (approximately 20 players) where all players are within about 20 projected points of each other, making early selection unnecessary.

0:00All right, we are about to be on the clock. A $350 fantasy football draft. This is the Football Guys Championship over on the
0:08NFC.com.
0:11Big-time money. I believe it is what, $250,000 up top in this contest if we win the entire thing. So, I'm very much
0:19hoping, Sammy, that we win the entire thing.
0:22>> Yeah, it'd be nice. It'd be nice for you to have to Venmo me 125K. Wouldn't mind.
0:26>> It would. It would be nice. Um, you know, I guess what? I guess we can go ahead and Sorry, $300,000
0:33uh up up top in in this league. So, there you go.
0:36>> I guess we can be nice enough to free roll Nate in this one. I'm going to run out.
0:41>> That's coming out of your share, brother. [ __ ] that. [laughter] >> All right, Nate. There you go. You heard
0:46it. You heard it here first. You're getting You're getting You're getting screwed by uh >> all he does is run good in DFS anyways.
0:52Like, he'll be fine.
0:53>> It's true. It's true. So, we are drafting out of the six slot here. We are the sixth team. I have got the
1:01what is it? This is the This is the public draft board so people's draft boards don't get leaked. This was a
1:06thing a long time ago in fantasy football. People would would get mad when you would screenshot your like main event draft boards and stuff.
1:13>> Yeah, >> I don't I don't know what that was going about. So, the way ABP shakes out in this software, Gibbs is one, Bjon is
1:21two, Chase is three, JSN is actually on average the fourth player drafted. CMC is the fifth and Puka is the uh sixth. I
1:30don't actually think that's how it's going to go in in this format. I think I think we are probably just going to be
1:37left with Christian McCaffrey, which is a very fine beginning to a fantasy football draft. Christian McCaffrey scored the most points in fantasy
1:44football last year. If he stays healthy for 17 games, he very likely scores the most points in fantasy football this year, even over Bjan and Gibbs. Now, I
1:53guess one of the differences in a positive sense could actually be George KD, who is the one of the best run
2:00blocking tight ends in football, missed a ton of time. The onoff stuff with KD and CMC is actually massive because KD
2:07is such a good run blocker. So, if you were if you were looking to cope about Macaffry's yards per carry, uh you you
2:14could cope in that direction. Sammy, I don't know if you buy that.
2:18>> Uh, sure. Sure. I mean, you know, at the end of the day, this is all minute stuff. I mean, McAffrey is just the the
2:25it's not often you get the best player in fantasy at number six. Um, >> wow. St. Brown goes. So, we we actually
2:32are going to have a little bit of a conversation at least between JSN and and CMC. Uh, I have not seen St. Brown.
2:39Hey, it's high stakes season. It's get Okay, there you go. JSN or CMC?
2:46>> I'm I'm team CNC. Um, >> you know what? I'm I'm actually completely fine with that. I really I really am.
2:52>> I love I love JSN. I think he's great.
2:54Um but, you know, there's there's changes on that team, potential schematic changes. I I think he'll have a great season, but like it's not I
3:04don't think it's a lock that if JSN plays all year that he's a top three wide receiver. Whereas, if McAffrey plays all season, he's like a top three
3:15running back. No question. It's not even not even close. So, I'm I'm willing to take and McAffrey's just got more upside, frankly. So, I'm I'm good with
3:23the upside.
3:24>> I'm I'm also good with the upside. You know, JSN had 163 targets last year, which is a lot of targets. It is not an
3:35amount of targets. That is like like a 100 like the the discrepancy between 163 and 180 is actually a lot.
3:43The Seahawks were like below average in terms of overall play volume in the NFL.
3:49They are going to be a very runheavy team. It would not be surprising to see a little bit of regression just from a
3:55team level. Now, if they do regress, it's kind of one of those things that's so interesting. If they do regress at a
4:01team level, that could mean more targets because they just run more plays. Like it could be overall more. I mean, obviously, we are just such pitching
4:08next year. And wow, Justin Jefferson also goes ahead of JSN here. Can I talk about Can I Can I like talk [ __ ]
4:16about the other teams?
4:18>> Yeah, I mean, all these guys think they're really like all the guys in this league think they're all very good at
4:22fantasy. They're a lot of lot of NFC hard hitters here, so you might have some people bully you, but you are
4:28you're allowed to say whatever you want.
4:29>> Yeah, I don't give two squirts about that. I think I think Jefferson at seven is a nonball knowing take. I think uh
4:37Genty at nine is an extreme ball- knowing take. This is crazy. All these guys are going above uh JT.
4:45>> Well, people people could say that that actually might be a little bit of I I think Jefferson is an awesome pick, but
4:51uh I I wouldn't I would not take him ahead of JSN. This is a reddraft league.
4:57Waivers. We set our lineups. No trades obviously because it's a high stakes league. So, a self-contained league.
5:03$2,500 to first in our league. $300,000 overall in the uh in in the tournament.
5:11So, first round, Bejian Gibbs, Chase St.
5:14Brown, Puka, McAffrey, Jefferson, JSN, Genty, James Cook, Chase Brown, CD Lamb, John. That might be the first time I've seen Chase Brown be a first round pick
5:23all summer. Actually, >> I like I like Chase Brown. I wouldn't take him over Jonathan Taylor, I don't think, but I like him.
5:32>> I >> All right. So So, so what's in your sights here in the second round? Are you like an RBR RB guy? I would have taken
5:38Saquon if he had gotten there. I think that would have been a snap.
5:41>> Um, I would be targeting The issue is is the guy I really want uh just went. I would have been targeting Kenneth
5:50Walker. Our Q is Achan, Henry, uh, Drake London, Brock Bowers, George Pickkins, Jeremiah Love. I'm happy to take Han.
5:59I'm happy to take Bowowers. London is fine. London goes. All right, we are we are on the clock.
6:06Yeah. So, I'm I kind of lean I think taking Achan is really good. I'm not even that big on Achan, frankly.
6:16>> I I would lean I would lean Bowers.
6:19>> Yeah, that don't I mean, don't threaten me with a good time. I love Brock Bowers. So, [clears throat] I'll I'll
6:23I'll take him.
6:25Uh there's not the the only thing different about this format versus other formats in high stakes is that instead of two flexes, it is start three wide
6:35receivers. It is not tight end premium.
6:37So it is just regular full point PPR, no bonuses. It is six-point passing touchdowns. So marginally worse for Malik Willis,
6:49uh Kyler Murray, may you could even argue uh Brock Perie um or whatever.
6:56>> Uh this is true. I did in one of our co-managed leagues last year, one time I did leave I did leave a z I
7:04don't even remember who it was. I don't remember what the situation was, but I we did have >> we did have one stone cold zero in our
7:11lineup >> last year. I also I'll um >> I'll even I'll even out myself. This is this is an alltimer, Sammy.
7:20>> So, I I I have a group of buddies that I've done FFPC main events with for a long time. We deposited for the first
7:29time in I think 2016 and have never redeposited since. just rolled over free ticket after free ticket. We had four teams last year. On one of our teams, we
7:39drafted Rico Dowel and uh the week before he went 202, I dropped him.
7:49>> I remember that.
7:50>> Dropped him. Dropped him. So, >> this is interesting. Neighbors goes uh to the Chase team when they had achan right there. Um I mean, I I I get buying
8:00the the neighbors helium for sure. I really get it.
8:03I frankly that that's probably on me. I probably uh I [laughter] probably should have >> You're doing >> probably probably Well, I just probably
8:12should have had Neighbors in in the queue. Probably should have.
8:15>> I I wouldn't I I wouldn't take Neighbors over Brock Bowers.
8:20>> It's pretty close. I actually in in reddraft in reddraft full PPR. I do I actually have Brock Bowers ranked ahead
8:26of London as well in >> in uh in full PPR. There you go. Memea Igbuka went ahead of neighbors. Uh George Pickkins ahead of neighbors. That
8:36the the NFC drafters. I don't know what this is, but these NFC drafters, they love Amecha Igbuka. This isn't even
8:45this is not even the min pick on >> and I I like IA quite a bit. I think he's I think he's fantastic. So, no
8:53shade, but like this is this is high, man. This format also has third round reversal. So you might be noticing that
9:02is a little bit strange. Um not not uh not not super common.
9:06>> So it's to see all these really good receivers uh going off the board because certainly that's going to be something
9:12that we uh >> correct. That's to look at. Although although for me this is not Z Flowers time.
9:18>> No, I mean we still have Dvont, we still have Tat T. Higgins, Garrett Wilson.
9:22>> Yep. There are there are still some names that I feel pretty comfortable with there.
9:26>> I like all those guys. Uh assume team seven is probably going to take Jeremiah Love.
9:33>> Rashi Rice would have been such an unbelievably good pick. I mean, frankly, if Jeremiah Love is still available to us at 31st overall, I think he
9:40>> I would I would take him.
9:41>> I was gonna say I think he's probably a jam.
9:44>> Yeah.
9:44>> Um >> and Smith was the receiver I liked best of that group that you that you rattled off. though.
9:52>> Yeah. I mean, this is this is an okay group of guys. It's just, you know, they're it's a it's a relatively flat
9:59range, which is not to say you can't take someone. You sometimes you just have to positionally >> take a guy. All right, we are up. I
10:05would probably be Jeremiah Love here.
10:07>> Love snap. Yeah.
10:09>> Yeah. Yeah.
10:09>> Love snap. And then we can just smash receivers like >> there you go. I I actually even in manage this year if you miss out on the
10:18Chase St. Brown, Puka, Jefferson, JSN, and Lamb tier. I do not mind waiting for round four, round five, round six to
10:25start to build up the wide receiver room because I do think the like call it Z Flowers to Devonte Adams tier of like 20
10:34players. I think it's super super flat.
10:36I think those guys are all in a really similar band. I I would be I mean there of course there are guys I like and
10:43dislike, you know, more or less in the consensus there, but they're they're all within like 20 projected points of each other. I like team four, dude. Team four
10:50is just ultimate getting his guys.
10:53>> We We're We are in [ __ ] Well, I was hoping there was a chance Burden would get around to us. That That's actually a
10:58bit of a bummer.
11:00>> Yeah, it's all right.
11:01>> Yeah, >> it's all right. You probably have enough of them.
11:04>> I do have I do I I I am I am comfortable with the overall amount of [laughter] Luther Burden teams that uh that I have,
11:12but I I mean, he's very good. I mean, Jeremiah Love is kind of an ultimate like we were taking Ashton Genty on the
11:20Raiders at the one-two turn last year.
11:21He scores 14 and a half points per game.
11:23If Jeremiah Love does that season, 14 and a half points per game with two mega spikes at this cost, he is free money.
11:31I'm I'm not particularly scared of Tyler Algier. I'm not scared of like, you know, I mean, maybe >> I am uh just in the sense that like you
11:42don't you don't anticipate him getting like 300 carries or anything like that, but and he's also got a mega tough schedule, like really tough schedule.
11:49But the thing is it eases up at the end of the season and I just think he's probably just going to get a lot of
11:55highv value touches. I don't see Jeremiah Love as like a league winner this year. Um, for what it's worth, I just think yeah,
12:02>> the team the team would have to be a lot better than consensus. They're like like a lot better >> than consensus.
12:11>> Possible. Certainly not.
12:13>> His receiving jobs are so good. Like, you know, you want full PPR. You want running backs who catch the ball. Like,
12:19I'm not saying anything uh outlandish here, but like you want that. Um, he can provide that.
12:25>> Yeah. We'll see. I mean, throwing the ball throwing the ball to the running back was not a huge part of the offense
12:32last year under Pepsi. It could be could be very different under Lafleur's is it Laflur's older brother, little brother.
12:40I honestly honestly don't know.
12:43>> If only there were some sort of information superighway. If only anybody gave a [ __ ] like who was the older
12:48brother. Yeah.
12:50>> Uh all right, we are about to be up.
12:52Kairen Williams, Javante Williams, Jacobs is at the top of the queue. Wadd McLaren we are uh we are okay Waddle goes we are we are reaching a big
13:03inflection point >> because wide receiver is getting steamed out >> skinny you have well you have team three
13:13four and five that are just all yellow like stone yellow >> so like I even even though I think I don't even really like these guys we
13:20might just need to take one um I mean it comes down to you know that Bowers pick is a little bit of a luxury pick. That
13:27feels bad. Like maybe I mean maybe we should have just taken >> Burden there. All right, we are we are up.
13:35>> Yeah, I mean I I I like taking one of I I think I like McLaren or Evans here.
13:42>> I think we need to address wide receiver. We don't want to fall behind here. I like both of those guys quite a
13:46bit.
13:46>> Let's take Let's take Evans first off. I actually moved McLuren down my reddraft rankings a good bit. actually moved him
13:55down into the 50s after they signed Diggs. Diggs. Diggs not not as good, you know, as Terry McLaren. Although McLaren is also 30. SK sneaky. He was a sneaky
14:06old prospect. And >> forget that he's been in the NFL forever because he's actually been on the all these awful teams forever.
14:14>> Yeah.
14:14>> And Evans also sets us up for a cheaper stack taking pretty. And Daniel's like a marginally worse fit for the scoring
14:25system marginally because because of the six point per passing touchdown.
14:29>> I mean I just I just like that we've taken two electrical substation guys in our first four rounds. I think you know
14:35we harness the power of the substation uh and really lean into it. And then of course we've got you know a running back
14:41on a on a two- win team. That's exciting.
14:45>> Two win two win tight end two win running back substation. You know, it's just like >> when you when you when you just dream up
14:53a perfect fantasy football draft, this is exactly how you dream it.
14:57>> No, I I like it. I think Evans is going to have, you know, obviously he's he's had lower body injuries, but I mean,
15:04man, like who's going to get the ball?
15:06Mike Evans is going to get the ball.
15:08He's going to get the goddamn ball like in in big spots. I think >> the the Kyle the Kyle Shanahan exceiver.
15:14I mean, dude, Christian Watson is a fourth round pick. like this is it the start three wide receiver plus a flex
15:20format.
15:21>> It gobbles up the wide receivers pretty quick. I mean it just it it's just the just the nature of the beast.
15:26>> Yeah. I mean it really just looking at team three, four, five and they've made 12 picks and 11 of them are receivers.
15:32Like that's just chewed a shitload of yellow off this board.
15:37>> Which is it's kind of funny, you know, because I've spent all summer doing these best drafts where the running back
15:42points have been at a premium. just a it's a lot different in these reddraft formats where you can cut zeros, you can
15:49cycle through like you you are it's easier easier I don't know it's easier it's it is easier to find running back
15:56starts off the waiver wire because they get created via injury whereas wide receivers just do not it the points do not get created via the the waiver wire
16:07at wide receiver at the same degree because to be a wide receiver and score fantasy points you have to be good, you
16:14know, whereas at running back, you don't. I mean, you could get you can get if Bam Knight ended up starting for the
16:21Arizona Cardinals, he would get picked up and score, you know, nine points per game or whatever, >> man. Brian Thomas Jr. at 49 overall.
16:30>> Whoa. Whoa. I was looking at [snorts] the Oh my god. [laughter] >> Pwash. We didn't even We didn't even
16:40have a chance to take Pwash.
16:43I'm I'm really okay not taking a chance on him in the fifth round.
16:47>> Yeah.
16:47>> And I like I like BTJ. I like I like Washington. Devonte Adams was the guy I was hoping would would get to us.
16:53>> There there is I think there are two guys who I'm really hoping get to us.
16:58And if they both they both come off the board then then we might have to call an audible. I mean the running back room is
17:06like Trevion's there, Montgomery's there. It's not it's not as appealing.
17:10Um, wide receiver, Adun, Harrison, Metaf, Sutton, a lot of names I'm I'm not that hip >> uh to clicking at all. David Montgomery
17:18goes. That's nice. Yes. Could be could certainly be a Xavier Worthy team. All right. DeAndre Swift goes. We are up. I
17:24think we should absolutely podium race for Carnell Tate.
17:28>> Yeah.
17:29>> Yeah.
17:30>> Okay.
17:31I don't have a strong I don't have a strong Tate take. So, >> I mean, I I guess I don't have I don't
17:37have that strong of a take, but he was the number four overall pick in the National Football League draft. And >> we got we got the number three and
17:44number four overall picks. That's great.
17:46>> I mean, he just went after he just went after DJ Moore, you know, like all all due respect. DJ Moore stinks.
17:53>> Dust J Moore. Yeah.
17:55>> Yeah. Dust Dust J Moore. Uh I I think Tate over a Dunay is just clearly the right way to play it. I I don't I don't
18:02think Adun has much of a path to lead the Bears in targets. There are two better players who are his teammate. I I
18:08think there are paths to Adun being like >> the 90.
18:13>> Yeah. Like 94 targets, like six touchdowns, like makes a couple really cool plays. So people are like, "Why is he not breaking out?" And then you like
18:22watch the film and you're like, "He's 30 yards away from the ball on every play."
18:27>> What did you think about him as a prospect? Did you like him? I I see I I didn't really like him that much because
18:33he was a he was a fouryear guy four-year guy with the late breakout. Um and I actually think you can evaluate his
18:40prospect profile much differently because his teammates have been bad in the NFL. You know, uh Jaylen Pulk retired and Jaylen McMillan 1.3 yards
18:51per route run. Um, I know he scored some touchdowns, but doesn't doesn't seem like Jaylen McMillan is like a star uh
18:59in in the NFL by by any stretch of the imagination. So, that makes him look a little bit worse. And I think the most
19:05bearish thing really if if the the Rome people want to look at it real like the most bearish thing is Roman Dunay is on
19:13the team they take him in the first round. Ben Johnson's first order of business coming into the team is to immediately his first two draft picks
19:21were pass catchers.
19:22>> Yeah.
19:23>> It literally Ben Johnson gets hired and the first players added to the team were uh two were Coulson Lovelin and Luther
19:30Burton.
19:30>> Yeah. Let me get let me get some guys that fit what I'm trying to do here.
19:33>> What I'm trying to do. Yeah, it's it's the classic. It's the classic. Um, you know, let me let me you know, let me let
19:40me get my guys. All right, we are up in four picks. There's a couple wide receivers I think are good. I'm noticing
19:48there are some guys who are a little bit lower in this ADP. Like, there are actually a good bit of wide receivers
19:56lower in the overall ADP than I would have anticipated. This is my This is my first draft on the NFC. Running back.
20:04They're still in in heading into round six. Judkins, Toot, and Price are all still there. Who I >> I would I'm I'm not big on uh on
20:12Judkins. Uh I just don't like uh >> Yeah. Yeah.
20:15>> Not real pass catcher on a real bad team. I think he's talented, but not really into that. Um I I do have uh
20:23Yeah. I like Price and I like uh I like Toutin. So >> Price Price I Price I think is is awesome. I think I I for a first round
20:31running back. Okay. Well, he went for a first round running back to be going this late does seem wow. There you go.
20:39There you go, man. Jonathan Brooks round six.
20:42>> Okay.
20:42>> Tooting goes. All right. So, running back running back is probably done because neither of us are neither of us are big
20:48>> Judkins guys.
20:50>> Yeah. So, >> and that's fine. And I'll bet team five takes Judkins right here.
20:54>> Yeah. Um Tyson is highest in my rankings. I don't hate I don't hate Metaf. I don't hate there there there are multiple guys. I
21:04mean Ty T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T T
21:04T T T T's kind of interesting because then we are are making our bet on the rookie wide receivers and we're just
21:11saying we get one breakout out of those guys because we're probably going to take seven wide receivers on this team.
21:16>> Yeah.
21:16>> Um I would think >> I don't I don't love Metaf. So I would I would probably lean Tyson in that
21:22>> Yeah.
21:23>> in that stretch. Tyson would definitely be uh the the team I want by my rankings here. If Tyson goes If Tyson goes, I
21:31would be fine taking Judkins, I think.
21:35>> I think I think it's fine.
21:37>> All right. Well, Godwin Godwin goes, so we are going to take Jordan Tyson.
21:41>> Yeah. Yeah. I don't I don't hate Judkins. He's just like not my favorite of that group.
21:46>> Yeah. I I think Tyson middle rounds Tyson after Chris Godwin. Tyson after Marvin Harris. I mean, frankly, like Tyson one pick ahead of Quinton
21:54Johnston.
21:56>> Yeah. [laughter] >> Yeah.
21:57>> Yeah.
21:58>> I didn't even I didn't even I didn't even catch that in real time. Jonathan Brooks ahead of Belle Tutin.
22:03>> I mean, these guys are just This is the way the NFC is is in baseball. Looks like it is the same in football. These
22:09guys just like get who they like. Um, oh, I like this guy. I'm [ __ ] taking him. Like, it's okay. I
22:16>> I mean, hey, like we >> we did so I did four NFC leagues last year and won two of the individual
22:25leagues, qualified for the postseason in all four of the leagues. So, I'm a better NFC player than any of these
22:33guys. Um, so shout out to uh who are who are like I see I can look in the draft room.
22:39>> Got the receipts.
22:41>> Yeah. Well, I mean, hey, it's just I I am the world's I mean the top 25 fantasy football player in the world. We are
22:47playing with uh Will Hobbs, Jody Ryan, Jack Martish, Kyle Hillshine, David Martino, Nelson Sza, Steven Coleman,
22:58Ryan Auguston, C. Bramel. My guy Josh Dumbrossski and Michael Saunders. So Josh >> Josh I know >> what team is Souza?
23:07>> Well, I guess you don't want to say. I don't know. Whatever.
23:09>> Oh, I don't care.
23:11Nelson does like a 100 drafts a year.
23:13Like he doesn't give a [ __ ] >> Uh he is the threehole.
23:20>> Okay.
23:21>> Yeah. Well, uh and that's a good team. I mean, I would not I would never take Jonathan Brooks over by Shel Tutin, but
23:27other than that, >> I I wouldn't either. And I would have taken Han over Neighbors, but like you know, Suz is a good player. He knows
23:32what he's doing.
23:35>> I mean, he's not as good as me, but he's fine.
23:37>> Well, I mean Yeah. Let's not set the bar outlandishly high, Davis. Let's see that.
23:42>> All right, so downs went I do have there are three wide receivers I'm really hoping are still available. Actually,
23:51four when we come back up. I I have a sense that this room is going to chase the steam on some players, but I I think
24:02they're going to be a little skeptical.
24:04Generally speaking, what I found is high stakes players who do a lot of volume, they tend to love guys like Courtland
24:12Sutton and Quinton Johnston who scored a lot of points the year before. They they do not love rookies. Like not surprising
24:21to me that that Tate and Tyson were there. Not surprising to me actually in this format that Tyson went after Godwin.
24:29Although Raandre Raandre at 74. Okay.
24:32Well, Jaden Reed went he was at the top.
24:34He was at the top of my queue. Jaden R.
24:35And that was that's my guy Dumbrossski who >> is a is a good Josh is a very good player. So >> yeah.
24:42>> And that's a very good team.
24:43>> It's a very good team. I don't like DJ Moore, but like that's a good team.
24:49>> All right. Um we are about to be up now.
24:53We could do like a nine condom move and take like a Wandale or a Meyers. I actually think with the combined
25:01breakout odds of Taton Tyson, we actually probably should shoot the moon again.
25:07>> I would like to to offer Matthew Golden.
25:11>> Okay. You like him better than Higgins?
25:14>> I like him better than Higgins. Yeah. I just I like the I like the Green Bay I like the Green Bay offense quite a bit
25:19better. Mhm.
25:20>> And Golden is uh like the most obvious breakout candidate I've ever I've ever
25:31seen. It's like he was two fingertips away from a uh 99 yard touchdown twice last year. Was the best
25:42player for them in their postseason game against the Bears. Had his best game of the season. in the postseason against the Bears. They trade Wix. They let Dubs
25:51go to New England. Their backup tight end is injured. So Luke Musgrave has this knee injury or this neck injury actually. So they don't even know if
26:00he's going to be able to play to start the season. So it's harder for them to play in 12 personnel. They've given a
26:05bunch of lip service of because you know Green Bay's always been our number one wide receiver is going to run 65% of the
26:11routes. You know we're we're going to chop Malik Keat's going to be involved.
26:14Bo Melton's going to be involved. all this stuff. They've said they're not they said they're not doing that anymore. Um I I think Golden is going to
26:24be the answer to this year's QJ. Like everyone's like, "Oh, that guy stinks.
26:27Can't take him anymore." And then he just shows up with eight touchdowns.
26:30>> And he might not even maybe Maybe the haters are right and he's not that good, but he's going to get every opportunity
26:36>> to to show it. Um, I actually, so it's it's kind of maybe this is backwards, but Matthew asked, "Do you ever consider
26:44an elite quarterback since you're behind at wide receiver?" I totally get the thought. I actually think when you're behind at wide receiver, going at for an
26:54elite quarterback hurts you even more.
26:56>> Yeah, because you're because you're foregoing quality and quantity now. you you now because now it's basically like well if I don't get a breakout of Tate
27:05or Tyson and I take like I don't know let's say we took Joe Burrow or Jaden Daniels there or whatever and we don't
27:11get the breakouts from those guys we have like no path like literally like like our our path would be I I really
27:19hope Khalil Shakir scores 11 and a half points per game you know.
27:22>> Yeah. Yeah. It's it's very ugly. Yeah.
27:26line there. You know, we already have a big leg up at tight end. So, yeah, I think I think just getting after it in
27:32terms of like quantity >> and we also >> we also missed what I think are like not great prices at running back like JK
27:40Dobbins in the seventh. Uh it would it would have been very nice to be like I actually probably would have said take
27:47I I would not have been able to pass on round six to I I wouldn't I would not have been able to I would I would have
27:53said we gota we got to do that.
27:55>> Yeah. Um, okay.
27:57>> I mean, Wandale should should be off our board, right? Because that's we already have a Titans pass catcher. Like, we're
28:03not we're not trying to corner the market there. Um, Pitman goes to Souza.
28:08He had a couple of really good picks. He stacked Chase with Burrow and then takes Pitman, who was the guy that I was
28:13hoping would make it to us.
28:15>> If we did want to take an elite quarterback, we could definitely take I I think Drake May is fine here.
28:21>> Um, Worthy Higgins. I I know you want to take Worthy.
28:26>> I I I I am totally fine to not take Okay. Well, Drake May went anyway on deck.
28:32>> Um >> I'm actually fine to take to to to take Worthy. I don't I don't think Worthy is that good, but like
28:37>> I don't think he's I don't think he's that good either, but I think after Jacobe Myers and Michael Pitman Jr. off
28:42the board, I think it's pretty straightforward.
28:46>> Well, I also I also like Dubs. I think Doug deserves >> I also I maybe we do just take Jaylen I
28:51mean round eight Jaylen Warren like JK Dobbins has been off the board for >> Yeah, >> three rounds.
28:57>> Yeah, I'm actually I'm actually quite good with that.
28:59>> I I think I think actually I think Jaylen Warren is better. I mean team five team five actually probably should
29:03take him. I don't know if they will.
29:06>> Okay, they take Dao. I think after Dowle's off the board I I think we got to take Jaylen Warren actually.
29:11>> Great. I think I think he's a great third guy for sure.
29:15And that takes a little bit of pressure off of our wide receivers actually because at least for the first couple weeks of the season, we can just start
29:25Jaylen Warren and our flex. So week one, I think we're week one, we're starting Mike Evans, we're starting Carnell Tate, and then we are flipping a coin between
29:34Tyson and Golden.
29:36>> Yeah, I think I think Warren's a Warren's a great like flex guy. Um, you know, obviously he's going to he's
29:42going to share plenty of work, but he's going to get a lot of work through the air. Captain check down Aaron Rogers,
29:47who has no interest in throwing the ball further than six yards downfield. Like, that's it's good for us.
29:53>> I I would just assume that in full PPR reddraft managed that his ADP would be a lot higher.
30:03>> I I I would not I would not think that he would go around after Chuba Hubard in this format.
30:10Yeah.
30:11>> Yeah. And and like I don't know who scores more points for the Steelers, Michael Pitman Jr. or Jaylen Warren.
30:18>> Yeah. I mean, it's close. It's close. I I I I like Pitman. I think, you know, I think he just fits very well with what
30:24Rogers wants to do.
30:25>> No, I I I agree. I just also I mean, I think the same thing is true of Jaylen Warren.
30:32>> Yeah, for sure.
30:34>> Rogers Rogers led the NFL in um percentage of throws behind the line of scrimmage last year. Surprising.
30:43>> Captain Coward. Captain Coward. I'm so pissed he's on my [ __ ] team, dude.
30:48>> Yeah, that's tough.
30:49>> He sucks.
30:50>> He just sucks.
30:52>> My hesitation with Al Pierce is that he's injured. His quarterback is also coming back from a catastrophic injury.
30:59The Indianapolis Colts through six weeks last season were number one in the history of the National Football League in EPA per play. no other team had ever
31:08generated as many expected points per play, which you might say, well, why would you not want players on that team?
31:14To which I would say that is so not sustainable for that group of players, like the least sustainable thing I've ever seen. I think the Colts are going
31:21to be a lot worse on offense this year.
31:24So, an injured deep threat on a quarterback who's coming back from the Achilles, much harder to plant and generate power coming. It's it's his
31:30plant leg, too, that he injured the Achilles on. So, I I'm I'm I am worried.
31:37I'm worried about about the Indianapolis Colts offense. I I really only take Downs because I'm so convinced Downs is a great player.
31:47>> Much less much less convinced.
31:49>> Yeah.
31:50>> Much less convinced about Okay. All right. Well, Xavier Worthy went >> almost got there. Disappointing.
31:55>> Almost got there. Davis.
31:57>> Um Dubs is still there. Higgins is still there. There is another rookie wide receiver I like. Um, Coker is there.
32:05Trey Harris is there. Oh, actually I'm Okay, Sammy.
32:09>> Yeah, >> I I think we have to take Debo.
32:12>> Oh my god. So, we go We We have McCaffrey. Debo. Yeah.
32:17>> I I think I mean, first off, I just I mean, I think Debo is just the Well, it'd be Debo or Dubs. What do you think?
32:23I mean, I like dubs better, but certainly just going all in on the electrical substation team is >> let's let's let's do dubs. Let's do
32:32dubs. I I I was thinking I was thinking that was like an insane insane ADP value, but I realized that I have um
32:40I have Dubs ranked higher in in reddraft stuff. I kind of was just forgetting. I do have I do have Debo ranked higher
32:46than Jaden Higgins in reddraft.
32:49>> Yeah. Yeah. I think I think Dubs is just the the kind of guy we want here. Um >> he I was going to say like he's just a
32:55nice pretty safe backs stop on on this team. Some I mean some chance that comes all the way back around to us. All
33:01right. So teams that have a quarterback, team one, team two, team three, team four, team five does not. We do not.
33:09Team seven does. Team eight does not.
33:11Team nine does. 10 11. So 75% of the teams have >> Yeah. And and in general, it's better
33:20taking a quarterback in the even rounds um than it is the odd rounds, right? Coming back this way.
33:30>> Is that uh is that true?
33:33>> Well, I mean, just considering like it's more likely that the back half of the draft >> Oh, true, true.
33:38>> the quarterback than the front half, right?
33:41>> Yeah.
33:43Uh, >> but but you also have to remember like these are boomers, so they will take second quarterbacks.
33:53>> I guess that is true. I didn't even think about that.
33:56>> I actually I'm pretty hip to taking two quarterbacks in reddraft this year because if you miss that tier of Daniels, Burrow, May, Lamar, I think
34:05it's cool to take like Perie and Malik Willis or or whatever.
34:09>> Yeah. Frankly, I mean, the reddraft quarterback this year is so obvious. I I think it's You can get Mahomes in like
34:16the 12th round in these. [laughter] >> It's insane, dude.
34:20>> Come on, man.
34:24I mean, hate to say it, but like, you know, you I I I think you've tweeted this before. Like, Mahomes sucks now.
34:30>> He scored 20 fantasy points per game last year.
34:33>> Yeah. Be before he tore his ACL because he was running every every play. ACL injuries. ACL injuries don't even exist
34:40anymore, brother.
34:41>> Yeah. It's just, you know, it's like an arthoscopy, >> dude. I mean, come on, man. Gray market Chinese peptides, it's it's over, dude.
34:50The the the [laughter] time of the time of having to worry about recoveries from from ACL injuries. The the really the
34:56only >> after after your uh Daniel Jones Achilles plant foot diet tribe around. I was I was about to say the only the only
35:03injury that I still really worry about um the the performance being impacted coming back from now is the Achilles stuff.
35:14>> Yeah.
35:15>> Because it's so like actually his in the historical data guys return to play earlier from the Achilles injury but their degree of performance relative to
35:25their baseline is worse with the Achilles. So it they're they're quicker to play, but it their their rate of ability is is worse. Yes, he did have
35:35the he did have the careerhigh rushing stats.
35:37>> Yeah.
35:37>> Last year, which >> we're drafting we're drafting for this year. So >> if you guys if you guys can't see the
35:43vision with Mahomes, >> come on, man.
35:47>> I I'm glad we didn't get worthy because I know you'd be caping for Mahomes now and be like, dude, I do not want the
35:53Mahomes to worthy connection. Like that's just not going to get you fantasy points.
35:58>> All right.
35:59>> I mean, we're like on a four we're like on a four or five year run now of him not like being able to throw the ball
36:05deep with any sort of accuracy. That sucks.
36:09>> All right. Debo is still there. If we wanted to take another rookie wide receiver, Omar Cooper Jr. uh J.
36:16>> I I think I'm I think I'm good on more rookie wide receivers now.
36:20>> I I I mean, yeah, I think I think I'm I think I'm fine. There's actually >> Wait, go go go back to the list again.
36:27>> We're on deck.
36:28>> All right, go to go to Let's see. What are we looking at? A quarterback just so we kind of know where we're at there.
36:35>> Caleb Williams is still there. A is Jaylen Herz, which is insane.
36:39>> That's a really good Jaylen Herz.
36:42>> Herz Herz just We are We are on the >> I wanted to take Debo. That's >> Herz and Debo just went. I think we
36:48should take JCM.
36:50I think we got to This is insane. He's a starting running back on the Commanders.
36:54>> You [ __ ] love JCM, man.
36:56>> He's such a good pick here.
36:59>> I mean, you know, it'll every time he does good, it'll dunk on your boy Schroeder, so I'm I'm okay with it. But
37:07>> these these people have lost the plot, dude.
37:10>> He doesn't make a move for me.
37:12>> This is why I love I love these high stakes formats, man. It's so good. These these dudes show up. They read they read
37:18a fantasy football magazine and they're like, "Yeah, dude. I'm ready. I'm ready to drop $350 and go on a draft. It's so
37:25good. I love it. I love it. It's like, brother, I've been drafting. Oh, Herz Hertz didn't go. I just I didn't place
37:32him in the queue. That's okay. Well, we could have taken Jaylen Herz. I'm I would much rather take JaKory Crosky Merritt.
37:43>> What a what a sentence to say out loud.
37:45Like, wow. I would rather have Jaori Kroski Merritt than Jaylen Herds. Bill.
37:50Bill had uh Bill has got to be the first running back to have 800 yards, eight touchdowns, and then uh be clearly
37:58entrenched as the team starter the next year and go later than his closing ADP from the year before. Also also finish
38:06as the running back three in week 17 last year.
38:10>> Oh wow.
38:14>> He was a he was a smash pick. He he like legitimately was a smash pick and because Jaden Daniels got injured and
38:22the team sucked and transitioned to using Chris Rodriguez because they just needed an absolute piler to get any yards.
38:31>> Oh, [ __ ] >> Brock Pury just got taken from us.
38:37>> That's fine.
38:38>> Well, I mean, we wanted we wanted the the the Pretty Evans McGaffrey.
38:44We got It doesn't matter. I mean, it would have been It would have been It would have been nice, but it's fine.
38:51>> What do you do that for?
38:53>> This guy takes times >> guy [clears throat] takes two [ __ ] tight ends and then is like, "Oh, yeah.
38:58I should take a quarterback." Nonstack quarterback here. I know we're not playing baseball. I I get it.
39:03>> It's fine. Am I Am I coming in too loud to you? Wow. There you go, Marshon Lloyd. That's actually a very sharp pick
39:10right there. That's That's when you start to disregard ADP.
39:16>> So, getting getting dribbling. Uh >> is that a defense?
39:21>> That's a defense. All right, we are we are on the clock. Um I would I would I would be Mahomes here. I really would.
39:28Or or Dart.
39:30>> Uh in a six-point passing touchdown probably would lean Mahomes. Is there a position player you like here, though?
39:39Uh Tucker is okay.
39:43Tracy is okay. Woody Marks is okay. I mean, we need a wide receiver more. It would be It would be Trey Tucker
39:49probably.
39:51>> Gross.
39:54>> Yeah, we can take Pat Mahomes.
39:57>> He's just a Yeah. Oh. Oh, we can take Mahomes. Oh, I could just get I can I can get a quarterback who is never not
40:03finished in top 10 and fantasy points per game in round 11. I can get a guy >> so so so team four does take a second
40:12quarterback >> as as I expected I I expected that stuff was going to happen.
40:18>> Yeah. Yeah.
40:19>> This is just uh this is just just what they do.
40:22>> Yeah.
40:22>> And >> team 12 did it too. He also took two.
40:26There are a couple guys absolutely buried in the the default rankings here that uh because these guys are drafting off of a a fantasy magazine they're
40:37they're not going to be privy to. What do you think? What do you was that the old the old uh Rotoire fantasy football
40:43magazine?
40:48>> FSWA award-winning publication.
40:51>> This is just this is just Yeah. Cowboys Cowboys D before Mahomes. I mean, this is just uh it's how I do it. Yes. Uh
40:59Collarded Apron is on to me. Offering Trey Tucker to Sammy to get them to acquies on Mahome. That's why [laughter] that is why I'm that is why I'm the best
41:07to ever do it.
41:08>> That's that's such a great comment because it's true. It's just like no good actually.
41:13>> Yeah.
41:14>> Especially after we did the best.
41:16>> Sorry. It's the kicker. So, it's Brandon Aubrey.
41:18>> Oh, yeah. Yeah. That makes a lot more sense and still doesn't make much sense.
41:24I don't know. Is it Is it going to start? I feel like to me I think this is like this definitely would have been
41:30true like 10 years ago. It's tough to start fast with three rookies, but Carnell Tate and Jordan Tyson and Jeremiah Love are just
41:40starting week one. Like it's >> Yeah. And and you have to understand like you know McCaffrey will still be healthy in the first couple weeks. So
41:47you know he can ride us until the rookies get it together. Um yeah. I mean, it the the reality is it's not
41:53about starting fast, even though you obviously have to make the playoffs um and make it to the end, right? You you
41:58want to have a team that can, you know, push it in uh at the end of the season.
42:04So, >> correct. Um there are a dec there actually are more late round running backs left that I really like that I
42:13think we're going to have easier pickings at. So, I think we should start to think about the next couple of picks
42:20that we want to do at uh at wide receiver.
42:25>> To be to be fair to the the Cowboys kicker drafter, Brandon Aubrey does score an insane amount of fantasy points. He re really he does.
42:34>> Yeah. I mean, he does [ __ ] like obviously like Yeah.
42:37>> Now, this is actually something we did on the team with Nate last year that worked out really well. We we actually
42:45picked a tight end as our flex starter >> and it uh it it worked.
42:50>> Um >> I mean is there is there a tight end sitting around that you like? Because we're postmark Andrews at this point.
42:56>> There's a there's a tight end who's married to the [laughter] biggest pop star in the world who correlates with our quarterback.
43:02>> Gives us a stack.
43:05>> I mean I'm not going to say no to it. I >> Who's going to score more fantasy points, Jaylen Naylor or first ballot
43:10hall of fame Travis Kelce?
43:12>> Travis Kelce.
43:14They This is This is actually something that best drafters have gotten pretty hip to the most recent couple of years, which is that in this range of the
43:23draft, like after like the top 100 picks, uh tight ends out project the wide receivers by uh by a good bit. All
43:31right, so after 12 rounds, Kelsey in the 12th round in full PPR is insane.
43:37>> I I love how polarized our team is. Like we have like a bunch of rookies and then we have mega old man McCaffrey Evans
43:47Mahomes to Kelsey. It's just like all boomer and rookie ball. There's nobody on our team who's like third year.
43:54>> You never you never let them know where you're slapping from. [laughter] >> We're just slapping from the ends.
43:59>> Yeah.
43:59>> You know, are you on social security?
44:02>> You're on the team, right? Are is it your first year in >> le? So, you know what? I I would
44:07actually say I'm going to guess when I pull up projections week one to go start setting all my lineups. I'm going to
44:13guess it's actually going to be between Warren and Kelsey for our our flex. Not >> who the Chiefs play week one, man.
44:25>> It's not great. They play the Broncos.
44:27>> Okay.
44:28>> Although Kelsey Kelsey has historically smashed the Broncos. Not that that really matters that much. It's like BDP or whatever.
44:35>> Right. Right. All right. So, we've got Macaffrey Bowers, Jeremiah Love, Mike Evans, Carninal Tate, Jordan Tyson, Matthew Golden, Jaylen Warren, Romeo
44:43Dubs, Jakory Kroski, Merritt, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, whoever took uh that that was a Chris Rodriguez after Kyle Madung guy is um is really good.
44:54That's I tootin pick also. Bixsby was one of the guys who was later down in the queue that I thought you never know. I mean,
45:06some of the guys that are hidden by the draft outlet, sometimes they go late, sometimes they don't. You It's uh luck
45:12of the draw stuff there, >> but I mean, hey, it's uh it's not it's not a perfect team, but they're not
45:21every not every team is going to be perfect.
45:23>> Well, we have potentially the RB1 and potentially the TE1, so that's pretty nice. Yeah, we don't we don't have outs
45:31to have any of the wide receiver one.
45:32And oh oh Frankie is making a good point which is we do have a a free look. So you get that because Oh, Terrence
45:40Ferguson went >> Yeah. No, we knew that. We knew that.
45:43>> I had I had no idea on the on the free look.
45:46>> Okay. So So now are you like, "Okay, we're going to take Trey Tucker."
45:51>> No, I would think Adnai Mitchell, Zachariah Branch would be the guys I have highest in my rankings.
45:57>> Okay.
45:59Um, I don't know much about Branch. Uh, I do like God and I. So, >> uh, Branch is an all-time like Hall of
46:08Fame screen merchant.
46:12>> Like half his collegiate receptions were screens, but he also plays with the all-time screen merchant quarterback to to a Tega, the all-time screen merchant
46:22quarterback.
46:24>> Yeah. Wow.
46:25>> The issue the issue with taking Trey Tucker, I I fully acknowledge Trey Tucker is like a fine wide receiver pick
46:32or whatever. The the odds of getting Trey Tucker's game right are so low.
46:39It's so low that you will start Trey Tucker the right week. The week that you choose to start Trey Tucker will be the
46:44week he goes two for 16. The week you don't even think about starting him is the six reception 113 yard, two
46:52touchdown week. That >> Yeah. And we also have Brock Bowers. So, we're going to be so loathed to put him in the lineup.
46:57>> We We That's actually so true. We will We will be so loathed to be like, "Yeah, dude. You know what we need to do? We
47:02need to start two Raiders."
47:04>> Yeah.
47:05>> Yeah. I I uh I completely I completely agree there.
47:09>> This team is uh this team's shaping up nicely.
47:14>> You got You got kicker alpha for me, dude?
47:18>> No. [laughter] What's the What's the uh best streaming defenses 2026?
47:26>> What are you asking? Chat GPT.
47:28>> Just Google. The Chargers go Cardinals Raiders. Yep. Yep. Pretty good, man.
47:36Pretty good.
47:38That's Wow. The Chargers defense is going to be super popular in these formats, actually, now that I now that I know that. That is an insanely good
47:45start. Uh, the Jags host the Cleveland Browns week one and the Lions have the easiest opening fiveweek schedule in the
47:56league.
47:58>> Yeah, but their defense is assy. I mean, if if we're talking kicker, uh, you know, Lions kicker, Texans kicker tend
48:06to be really good. The Lions are a little iffy. The Lions are a little iffy because they go for it on fourth so
48:12much, so they don't give you as many um field goal attempts, but like they just they're gonna they might be the number
48:18one scoring team in the NFL this year.
48:20So having a kicker attached to that is not bad. And they and and their kicker can kick a lot of 50 yarders.
48:28>> So >> I remember I remember that being a thing with your team for a long time because Mike Tomlin would just lose his mind and
48:35decide to go for it. Go go go for two.
48:38Not even not even field goals. He would just decide to go for two all the time.
48:43>> Yeah. Yeah. He was he was grasping the straws at the end, wasn't he?
48:47>> And now I mean, dude, you you solved it, dude. You you got uh you got you got the goat. You got Mike McCarthy in the
48:54building.
48:55>> McCarthy and Rogers. It's just like, hey, let's let's let's you know, get rid of Tomlin. Let's rebuild the team. Let's
49:02start all over. Let's start fresh. Aaron Rogers, Mike McCarthy. It's just like such a sad state of affairs.
49:09>> Couldn't be me, brother.
49:11>> Couldn't be you. I mean, at least at least the [ __ ] Ravens did it right.
49:14You know what I mean? Like, >> h Florinoi, >> they're going to make us They're going to make us take Trucker, aren't they? I
49:25don't like that.
49:26>> Florenoi, Florenoi is another one. like when are you when are you you're you're I guess you're starting Fenoi if one of
49:34uh CD or Pickins is out.
49:36>> Yeah.
49:36>> But other than that, >> I mean a huge he's a huge contingent value wide receiver.
49:42>> I I'm not gonna I'm not going to say the name out loud. There there's actually like an insane value at at wide receiver
49:49that I cannot believe is not been taken yet. I cannot believe I cannot believe Dantavian Wix went ahead of this guy and
49:55reddraft. If this guy that we're about to take was like if he was 100% healthy right now, he would be a top 120 pick
50:05and and in fact has been a third round pick in fantasy football before.
50:11So stay woke.
50:13>> Who could it be?
50:15>> Who could it be? There's a little bit of a mystery for you guys.
50:18Yeah, we are um really like frankly and this is always the case when you take Bowers which is that your whole team
50:27comes down to Bowers. Like if Bowers has a really good year, we are cruising >> and I'm okay with it, >> dude. Tank Dell.
50:36>> Oh, Stank Dell. Tank and and I I understand why people are hesitant to take him in best baseball because there
50:42might be a bunch of there might be a bunch of zeros there, but the the last time Tankell was in a fantasy football
50:48draft, he was legit a third round pick.
50:50>> Yeah, he's he was good.
50:53>> Yeah, this draft is also shout out shout out to our fellow drafters. They might be reading their fantasy football magazines, but we are making nice we are
51:00making nice time here.
51:02>> Absolutely.
51:02>> Terrence Ferguson. Terrence Ferguson ahead of Chika Conqua, ahead of Brenton Strange. The Right.
51:09>> Oh, yeah. In the last round. Yeah. I mean, they they they knew that we were coming up on our pick and [snorts]
51:15probably saw your stream and how you fell apart after Ferguson and and >> the gospel the gospel of the gospel of T
51:21Ferg has been has been spread.
51:24>> Aren't you worried about Kobe Parkinson who was like who was actually their tight end last year?
51:30>> Sean McVey comp to Kelsey today.
51:35>> I'm not worried. I I frankly of all the things that I have to worry about in my life, Kobe Parkinson is so far down
51:42the list uh of of things that I'm I'm worried about. So, >> how many how many rounds do we have left?
51:48>> We have five more picks remaining.
51:53>> We have our uh No, sorry. Six. Six more.
51:56>> I was gonna say 19 rounds.
51:59>> Yeah. Six more. Six more picks. We need a uh and I need you I need you to lock in for for our kicker pick
52:09>> cuz I I got nothing.
52:11>> Here I am.
52:12>> I always I always I always used to take Buttker, but now the Chiefs aren't even good anymore, so what's the point?
52:19>> Yeah. And it sucks to have your your kicker every time he misses a kick just get flamed on social media.
52:25>> Yeah. He's he's not good. like Bucker's uh degree of performance has one. Oh, that Keenan Allen pick from team nine is
52:31really good.
52:32>> No doubt.
52:32>> Shout out shout out to the whoever team nine is. That's that's really good.
52:39>> Last year's draft, they asked Gladston who the Rams were going to draft and he basically goes, "Oh, they're going to
52:43take TIG. No question."
52:44>> Yeah. All right. Frankie says he's got the alpha Jacksonville Jaguars kicker. I I trust Frankie. Frankie is is in the
52:53streets. He would know. So, I will I will happily Oh, this is the guy who makes like the 90 yarders.
53:00>> This is This is the guy. Okay. All right. Yes. Yeah.
53:04>> Um All right. Well, yeah, we're going to take We're going to take the kicker right here, then.
53:09>> Why not?
53:10>> What What are the What are the kicking scorings here? Are 50 yarders? Uh >> yes. Yeah. Yeah. You get points.
53:16>> Yeah. You get you get bonuses.
53:18>> Okay.
53:19>> Pretty pretty decent size. Larger size than the FFPC. If um if my memory on that serves, which >> it should serve because what else is my
53:30memory doing if it's not remembering that? What what else is going what else would possibly be going on in my brain?
53:37Jags kicker. Give me play the play it.
53:42>> Boom.
53:46>> Hey man, I guess you must have not drafted with me last year.
53:50I NFC I treat it I treat it as my piggy bank. Really? I just say >> when you're ready to to to to put your
53:57money where your mouth is. Isn't that what you're doing currently? Like where's this guy at? He's just in the chat. He's not in the draft.
54:02>> I think he's I think he's I believe he's I believe he's drafting for Sosa right now.
54:07>> He's he's spending he's spending his hard-earned money on Kyle Manungai.
54:12Anytime anytime you can take Tyrone Tracy and Kungai, you gotta you gotta do it. Uh no, Keenan is not on the Chargers. They just still
54:21have him with last year's team. It's just uh it's just a function of um the way the the player IDs work.
54:28>> That uh that LAC is going to change to IND very [laughter] very very soon.
54:35>> Yeah. And he'll go three rounds ahead or four rounds ahead. So that was that was >> he'll go he'll go super early. I'm
54:40actually surprised Debo lasted to where he did in this. I mean, I I I actually did just assume that the Fantasy Magazine drafters would would
54:49pull Debo Samuel up. Maybe maybe the Fantasy Magazines are getting better.
54:52Ah, the Chargers defense did go.
54:57>> I don't think anyone has week one DFS defense projections up yet.
55:03>> Do we think What do we think? What do you think the odds are? Week one DFS projections are up.
55:10>> Um, >> I do I do I do have access to week one.
55:15Oh, no. It's just it's the blank. Sorry.
55:16Run the blank slate up.
55:19>> Yeah, I was going to say I don't think ETR has them yet.
55:23>> What a bummer, man. What a bummer. That would be that's going to be that's going to be a nice little edge arena. Uh
55:28because the fantasy magazine drafters do not have access the projections. What a what about a what's a projection?
55:37They're going they're going straight from the gut. Uh, all right. Well, let me look at the defensive tab. How do the
55:44what? The Lions are really good. How do the I mean, you just want a team that's going to face a ton of pass attempts
55:50early.
55:52I guess Lions, what is the What is the actual Lions schedule?
55:58The Lions go home to the Saints, road to the Bills. So, we definitely sit him against the Bills, but then they get the
56:05Panthers and the Cardinals. That's pretty good.
56:10I mean, home home to the Saints is definitely good.
56:13>> Yeah, that's because the Saints will throw a bunch. Um, the Eagles face Washington. They get Washington at home.
56:21>> Oh, Frankie's Frankie's aiming to get banned.
56:27>> Oh, yeah.
56:27>> All right. No, not actually. Uh, all right.
56:33>> You are up.
56:34>> Um, yeah, whatever. Let's take the Lions. Saints, that works. Whatever. Who cares?
56:40>> The Eagles are probably better, bro.
56:43>> Against the against the Commanders.
56:46>> Yeah, >> that game's going to have no pass attempts. That game's going to have 48 combined pass attempts and be over in 17
56:52minutes.
56:52>> Yeah, but the Eagles always score a ton of points because they're really good.
56:59Uh, it required. No, you're you're I'm I'm actually I'm I'm right about this.
57:05You're wrong.
57:07>> Okay. Side side bet. Uh, Eagles versus Bet. Lions. How about How about this?
57:12How about this? This is an even better bet. I've actually done this with Peter before. Side bet. Week one projection.
57:19Lions projected points versus Eagles projected points.
57:24>> No, I don't want to do projected. I want to do actual.
57:27Okay. All right. 25 25 bucks. I got the Lions. You have the Eagles.
57:31>> Deal.
57:33>> I'm gonna I'm already I'm already buying Chipotle, brother. [laughter] >> You've already put the order in.
57:39>> I already I already put the order in.
57:41The Commanders are a like a uniquely bad team to go against because they're they're low they're low passing volume.
57:49And the Eagles all like I agree with you. The Eagles do have a the Eagles do have a good defense, but they are also
57:55like the offense actually works against the defense for fantasy points because they just chunk the clock down. The Eagles are like the kings of the eight
58:03minute field goal drive. Like the absolute kings of the eight-minute field goal drive.
58:08>> Correct. But they just [ __ ] people up is the thing.
58:13>> But it's it's just a function. It's just a It's just a function of the way fantasy defensive point scoring goes.
58:18>> I know. But they they're gonna make splash plays that are like projected for median in in projections that like, oh,
58:25they, you know, scooped one up and brought it back.
58:28>> I mean, some sometimes the Lions get the pick six. Sometimes they don't.
58:32>> Yeah. Usually not.
58:35I mean, it you're actually you're actually taking the Nate Noling position of wanting to pay for the $3,200 defense when I just took the Carolina Panthers
58:43for 2100 and got two points and you're like, >> "Yeah, but they're the same price here."
58:47>> Yeah, but >> Yeah. Not Not going to do Not going to do a lot of uh Nate Noling taking a
58:55$3,700 defense.
58:57>> Nate Nate is the I cannot wait. I cannot wait for the first time. No, the thing Nate is actually the goat at, and I
59:04can't wait for him to do it for the first time, is spending $4,200 at tight end instead of 2500. I mean, Matt is
59:11that is the most Nate thing I can imagine is is playing is doing mid-pric tight end.
59:17>> Uh, Willith went I thought he would have been a nice nice choice for us.
59:22>> Um, I think we should take Nick Singleton.
59:26>> Who?
59:28>> Nicholas Singleton for the Tennessee Titans. Isn't there a wide receiver that you like?
59:33>> We are. Oh, yes. Yes, there is.
59:36>> Oh, he already went. He already went.
59:38>> Ain't no [ __ ] Nick Singleton.
59:42>> Brandon coming back.
59:44>> Calvin Calvin Ridley. Jeremy Bernard.
59:48Baitman.
59:48>> Baitman.
59:49>> Baitman.
59:51>> Yeah, Baitman's. Baitman's fine. Who took? All right. Who took Cyrus Allen?
59:57All right. Team 11.
60:00Balln knower.
60:01>> Balln knower.
60:02>> Team 11. I don't even know what is on the rest of your team.
60:05>> He He does He does know Ball. Tucker Craft, great pick. Brock Pury, great pick. Tank Biggsby, great pick. Booty, great pick. Cyrus, I'll take your word
60:14for it. Yeah.
60:18>> Yeah. Somehow, somehow Nate is going to find a way to play Jacobe Meyers.
60:22>> Oh, of course. Of course. I mean, Nate's going to pay up for defense. The defense is going to be the worst pick on the
60:27board. It's going to score two points, but it lets him take a wide receiver that's like not in anybody's cash shell
60:35that you know scores 20 points.
60:37>> Yeah. Absolute absolute.
60:39>> And then he's going to say, "Oh, it's it's about the lineup, guys. Not about the player, >> dude. It's not about the individual
60:44player. It's about the lineup, dude." I mean, absolutely classic.
60:47>> We actually should have taken Chimera. I don't know. I don't know why we didn't take Chimera. He fits the team. He's
60:53like a 10th year player. Are we ever are we just like that's also to me like a classic baseball pick. Like you don't
61:02ever have to pick when you're starting him and he'll just give you a couple usable weeks. But billion-year-old Alvin Kamara I mean even if ETN was out you're
61:10like God dude I want to start this guy.
61:13>> Well yeah but I mean it's the 17th round. So >> Singleton Singleton was a better pick there than Baitman I think. Uh late
61:24round running backs that I like here.
61:26Videl, both the 49ers guys, Jordan James and Kalin Black. Uh Olly Gordon, I like Adam Randall. I like >> Oh, yeah.
61:37>> Uh Seth McGawan I think is clickable here. Do we want to take a backup quarterback?
61:44>> Uh considering what's on the board, not especially.
61:48I mean, >> yeah.
61:50>> Yeah. I mean it stinks cuz like Mahomes is coming off injury. I assume he's going to be fine for week one.
61:56>> He is going to be fine for week one.
61:57Although he does have an early buy which is kind of interesting.
62:03>> Yeah, he does face Denver week one. It's not the best.
62:07>> He's gonna he's going to get 19 points.
62:09He's going to be fine.
62:10>> Yeah.
62:12>> Oh, there you go. Kalin Black is gone.
62:14So, so the market decided that um an abductor strain was not as concerning as a fractured rib.
62:24Hard to say. They're both They're both banged up, which is wild. Um I mean, Katron, honestly, I mean, Katron and JCM, you just take the you just take
62:33the winner there. Yeah, that's what we do. We take >> Kron. I like that.
62:38>> Katron actually behind Singleton is a bit strange. I think there was a there was a positive blurb about Singleton today
62:47and you know you know these NFC drafters they're plugged in dude they are >> that's why we that's why we took Baitman
62:54I saw a positive tweet about him about how he's going to be moved around more and in the past hasn't been moved around
62:59a lot at all so >> sure I mean >> that's why we have Rashad Bman >> All right we got two picks left
63:09in this draft We did Christian McCaffrey, Brock Bowers, Jeremiah Love, Mike Evans, Carnell Tate, Jordan Tyson, Matthew Golden, Jaylen Warren, Romeo Dubs,
63:20Jakory Kroski, Merritt, Pat Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Adnai Mitchell, Hank Dell, the Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little, the Detroit Lions defense. I bet
63:29Sammy they would score more points week one than the Eagles, Rashad Baitman and Katron Allen. Yeah, Malik, >> this is awesome. We got We got the RB
63:38one. We got the tight end one. We got the kicker one.
63:41>> We got the kicker one.
63:42>> Well, I mean, you know, obvious he he he is the new Brandon Aubrey essentially.
63:46>> And we also got the quarterback one, which is which is a nice little bonus.
63:52>> Yeah, we throw this team back to 2021 uh with the uh with the Kelsey Mahomes and we're we're [ __ ] pumped.
64:00>> Simple simple simple process.
64:04Uh yes, this draft is flying. So, I you know, I can I can say some disparaging things about my my fellow NFC drafters,
64:12but shout out to them for at least drafting quickly. Although, you also have to give me credit because we've spent about 17 combined seconds on the
64:19clock. I do not when I am on the clock in these drafts, I do not mess around. I I make the clicks. You know, a lot of
64:25people do these high stakes drafts, they like to be like they like to pretend like, "Oh, who am I going to take?" I'm
64:29like, "No, we're taking Hey, our next pick, we're going to take Kron Allen.
64:32So, if you want to take him, you better take him." It it reminds me of uh our main event draft where we took Trey
64:38Turner and then the second round before Nate or I could put up any uh you know hubhub about it at all you were just
64:46like boom Adberto Mandisy Jr. snapped him.
64:50>> What's uh what's up with Mandisy these days? Is he playing like minor league Dominican baseball or what? Uh I believe
64:57that he has uh been extradited >> actually like for like a crime. [laughter]
65:05>> Yeah, crime against our fantasy teams.
65:09>> Tough.
65:10>> Yeah, >> tough.
65:11>> Um if Mahomes doesn't play week one, I'll just figure that out later. I I Yeah, >> I mean what is what does the quarterback
65:20list look like right now? It is also Mahomes is minus 10,000 on the FanDuel sports book to start week one. So, uh,
65:28Cam I mean it would be it would be dimes I think would be would be the best fantasy option >> for one game.
65:35>> Yeah.
65:36>> Yeah. We could >> Mahomes Mahomes is buy is when?
65:40>> Week five.
65:42The Colts schedule in week five. The Colts go they play Ravens, Chiefs, Colt. Uh Ravens, Chiefs, Texans, commies. They do
65:54play at >> You are on deck >> during uh during >> You are up.
65:59>> Oh, the Steelers [ __ ] suck. Yeah, it's a nice matchup.
66:01>> Steelers, I was going to say the Steelers do suck. So, let's take let's take dimes. There we go. I was I was
66:06talking bad about dimes earlier and now I'm I'm all the way back in. So, that shows you guys just how fraudulent I am.
66:13Yeah. You You kept saying it's over and now you're saying we're back.
66:17>> And now you're saying it's uh it's so back.
66:22>> All right. What uh what do we want to do with our our very last pick?
66:28>> Uh bring up the queue, bro. Let's take a look.
66:31>> I still I mean Calvin Ridley is still available. Jeremy is still available.
66:35Randall is still available. Mhm.
66:38>> Um Taj Brooks is actually kind of marginally interesting. There's definitely a chance that he's the
66:46running back, too, for the Bengals.
66:50Um it's mostly wide receivers, though.
66:53>> Yeah, which I think is fine for our team.
66:56>> Ted Ted Hurst. I mean, honestly, Ridley is probably just like an absolute smash.
67:02>> Uh I wouldn't call it a smash, but probably the best of the bunch. Sure.
67:08I mean, >> did did Cooper Cup retire?
67:11>> Cooper Cup did not retire. [snorts] >> Why not?
67:17>> Cooper Cup This is actually This is actually true. Cooper Cup led the Seahawks in targets in the Super Bowl.
67:24>> Yeah.
67:26Yeah. I We had Cooper Cup overs, I believe.
67:31>> Classic. Classic. Uh did we have did we have over two and a half players? I mean, that was Super Bowl was the worst
67:37of all time. I like I can't even believe they let him play it.
67:40>> Not Not for me, buddy. We we we smack, you know, IDP lock of >> IDP. That's true.
67:47>> Hit, you know.
67:49>> Yeah.
67:49>> So, great Super Bowl for me.
67:52>> Ridley did have a hundred yard game before he broke his leg last year.
67:58>> Incredible.
68:00>> All right.
68:00>> Also, also a former Also a former third round fantasy pick. also a former and I had completely forgotten this. A former
68:07Jacksonville Jaguar.
68:10>> Oh yeah.
68:11>> Completely forgotten that. Uh yes. All right. Something I have never watched in my life. Hard knockox. A lot of good
68:17things in Hard Knocks with Cup. So there you go. There's there's the real alpha on uh on Cooper Cup. I mean some of the
68:26some of the best baseball bros are obsessed with Cooper Cup as a as a round 18 pick.
68:34I don't think it's bad.
68:35>> No, it's fine. I'm I'm I'm I'm Ridley here, though. Ridley. Ridley or Adam Randall?
68:42>> I mean, Ridley is still on the Titans.
68:44Yes, >> Ridley is still on the Titans. Yeah, >> we already have a >> All right. Cooper Cooper Cup is a is a
68:50take a peek player.
68:52>> Uh, >> is he gone?
68:54>> Yeah, he just went.
68:55>> He's gone. All right. Uh, Ridley or Randall >> or or Brandon Iuk?
69:01>> I'm not taking Brandon Iuk. It's not happening. It's over.
69:04>> Yeah, I think I think Ridley then.
69:06>> That way we can corner the market of Titans wide receivers.
69:10>> All right, there you go. First highstakes managed team of the year.
69:15>> Boom. with my guy Sammy Reid, Chris McAffrey, Brock Bowers, Jeremiah Love, Mike Evans, Carnell Tate, Jordan Tyson, Matthew Golden, Jaylen Warren, Romeo
69:24Dubs, Jakori Krosky, Merritt, Pat Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Adnai Mitchell, Tank Dell, the Jags kicker, the Lions defense, Rashad Bay, Katron Allen,
69:33Daniel Jones, Calvin Ridley, you know, >> championship.
69:37>> It could have it could have gone our way a little bit better at wide receiver. I mean, maybe we should have just taken a
69:43wide receiver over Love, but Jeremiah Love in the middle of the third is actually insane.
69:47>> No, I think I think the move, if you want to do it, is you take a wide receiver over Bowers and then you get,
69:53you know, one of these eighth or ninth round. Uh, >> I think I think that I think you're right, actually. I I think the the the
69:59love price is too good to pass up on. I think if you if you know if you know that that is the price that
70:09you have as an absolute buy. So what?
70:11But I mean, even still, we were at a tier break at wide receiver, right?
70:15Because London had gone. So we were at a tier break.
70:18>> I have I have pickings in that tier.
70:21>> Okay. And I I guess I was going to say I I do have neighbors in that tier. So >> yeah.
70:27>> So I guess we should have taken I guess we should have taken neighbors or pickins.
70:32>> Yeah. I don't know. It's gonna be pretty awesome when Brock Bower smashes. So >> everybody else is getting 706 from their
70:39tight end and we're getting 118 and we're like Yeah.
70:44>> Yeah. And I honestly I guess knowing that you can get Jaylen Warren in round eight and JCM in round 10 maybe changes
70:51maybe that actually changes how I feel about McAffrey. Maybe I would have actually if I knew we would have gotten those prices I actually would have said
70:58JSN over Macaffrey.
71:00>> Sure. I I I think Macaffrey is just such a better play. I mean, I don't know. I I think I think it's I think it's round
71:08two. If you're if you're relitigating this, I think it's round two where you make the change, not one or three.
71:13>> Yeah. I I wouldn't I wouldn't do much differently. I mean, you're you know, you're you're in a room with a bunch of
71:18inexperienced drafters who who don't know what they're doing, you know? So, it's just uh >> Yeah. The other thing is like it it
71:26Brian Thomas, Parker Washington, DJ Moore going in round five, like it's not not what I would do. Um, but you never know how these things are
71:37going to shake out, I guess.
71:38>> Yeah. I mean, and like also the other thing is, you know, it's so funny. It never feels good to be the guy on draft
71:44day peeling the sticker off on Romeo Dubs or Travis Kelce.
71:48>> It it, you know, just these these boring old veterans, but it's like, hey man, they're just like, you know, and
71:55obviously like we need a couple things to break our way. Like we need one of Tate or Tyson to be like legitimate top
72:0125 weekly wide receiver. It would be very nice if Mitchell or Dell, one of those guys turned into a starter. Would
72:10be very nice to get one clear fantasy starter out of Warren or JCM. Like >> what if AJ Brown is just dust and Romeo
72:18Dubs is actually the Patriots wide receiver one? It's I don't you know I don't know if I would I don't know if I
72:24would project that but I do think there's a chance that Dubs just like actually holds on to this slot job that
72:31it seems like he has and that is like a really I mean we've seen Demario Douglas be startable in that position. We saw I
72:38mean Diggs absolutely smash in a part-time role >> in that position. So it'll it'll kind of be interesting to see who is the other
72:47wide receiver on the field when the Patriots are out of 12. Is it Dubs? Is it Booty? Do they trade Booty? Is it
72:52Deario Douglas? Is it, you know, Kyle Williams or whatever? I don't, you know, think it'll be Kyle Williams.
72:57>> If they were going to trade Booty, wouldn't they have done so by now? Isn't >> I mean the the thing is
73:03>> talking about it, but >> the thing is is that he like he like requested a trade.
73:10>> So like I think it could just happen at any time. Someone someone gets a training camp injury. I mean, I don't
73:15know. He could there could maybe be a there could maybe be a third round pick graded for Kahan Booty. I mean some
73:22teams just really need wide receiver. So that would obviously be be massive.
73:27Like they would they would snap take a third round pick or even a even a conditional third. Like oh >> nobody's giving a third for Kan Booty.
73:36>> A se I mean he's probably better than DJ Moore and DJ Moore went for a second and got a contract extension.
73:41>> He is not better than DJ Moore. I'm sorry. DJ Moore had >> I don't like DJ Moore.
73:46>> DJ Moore had 1.14 yards per route run last year.
73:49>> Yeah, DJ lees. But >> Kan Booty Kan Booty does not have more cache around the league than DJ Moore.
73:56Like no way.
73:58>> 1.14 yards per route run is bad.
74:02>> Yeah, he is bad. That is correct. DJ Moore >> Xavier Worthy Xavier Worthy with a torn labum had better yards per route run
74:10than that. [laughter] Like I, you know, I don't I don't mean to be I don't mean to be rude, but it's
74:16it's it's pretty crazy.
74:19>> Any way to get more Xavier worthy propaganda before we sign off. I I appreciate you taking that.
74:25>> All right, everyone. We are going to be running these back uh a couple times the rest of the way. You guys can sign up on
