A.J. Brown

NegativeInjury17:13

AJ Brown is sidelined for a minimum of six weeks following ankle surgery. Given the extended recovery timeline, he is a candidate to be traded for healthier, active players to maintain roster competitiveness.

Insight page

Alec Pierce

PositiveInjury17:56

Alec Pierce is out for four to six weeks, creating a significant target opportunity for Josh Downs.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeValue17:06

Brian Thomas Jr. is suggested as a potential trade asset to acquire Matthew Golden, reflecting his status as a player who can be moved to improve roster depth or target higher-usage players.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveValue12:51

Christian Watson is a primary target in the Packers' offense and is considered a buy. Mattek notes that the passing offense is dedicated to Watson and Dontayvion Wicks, with Watson likely seeing more red zone and end zone targets than Wicks.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

PositiveValue14:36

Dalton Kincaid is a recommended target and one of the biggest risers at tight end. He is preferred over Tucker Kraft, alongside other options like Travis Kelce, George Kittle, Sam LaPorta, Cole Kmet, and Tyler Warren. Isaiah Likely's outlook is complicated by his new quarterback situation with Jameis Winston, and Jayden Reed is out for the season with a neck/back injury, which may further concentrate targets for other Packers pass-catchers.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeUsage36:54

Jakori Kroski Merritt compares TreVeyon Henderson to David Montgomery, noting that Montgomery is in a clear 50/50 timeshare and possesses similar usage, though Merritt prefers Henderson for his higher explosive play potential.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeUsage9:19

Mattek recommends selling De'Von Achane, arguing that his fantasy production is capped by the Dolphins' poor team performance. Achane is the only running back in the last 10 years to play over 80% of team snaps while averaging fewer than 17 fantasy points per game. Mattek notes that running back fantasy production is downstream from the overall quality of the rushing offense and prefers Breece Hall, Javonte Williams, and Bucky Irving over him.

Insight page

Dontayvion Wicks

NegativeBreakout12:51

Dontayvion Wicks is a strong buy who has earned an every-down role with 82-86% snap shares and high target shares (30% in week one, 20% in week two). While Christian Watson remains a primary target with superior red zone potential, Wicks is firmly established in the Packers' passing offense, whereas Tucker Kraft is a clear sell as a distant third option whose route participation is further threatened by the need to block due to offensive line injuries.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

NegativeBust4:04

Mattek views Jameson Williams as a player who generates high preseason excitement but fails to produce consistently, offering only occasional spike weeks alongside low-floor games. Mattek prefers Matthew Golden over Williams for the rest of the season due to usage and offensive context.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

PositiveInjury15:41

Jayden Reed is out for the remainder of the season following a severe neck/back injury. This absence significantly impacts the Packers' target distribution, potentially increasing the concentration for other receivers like Dontayvion Wicks.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveBreakout17:42

Josh Downs is a primary buy candidate following an 83% snap share and nine-target performance; he is expected to be the Colts' primary pass-catcher with Alec Pierce out for four to six weeks.

Insight page

Kayshon Boutte

NegativeUsage35:01

Jakori Kroski Merritt notes that Kayshon Boutte saw five snaps for the Patriots in their recent game.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveValue3:47

Mattek recommends a buy-low strategy for Luther Burden, despite characterizing his preseason hype as 'a load of crud' and acknowledging he may only finish as an average WR2. Mattek is actively sending trade offers, noting that public sentiment is extremely negative due to a difficult upcoming matchup against the Eagles and potential quarterback instability with Case Keenum. Mattek plans to re-evaluate his stance in a month but currently labels him a star.

Insight page

Matthew Golden

PositiveUsage16:25

Matthew Golden is an every-down player for the Packers, logging 82% and 86% snap shares, and is viewed as a high-upside buy candidate. He is preferred over Jameson Williams due to his usage and offensive context. Managers can consider trading assets like Brian Thomas Jr., Terry McLaurin, or Rome Odunze to acquire him.

Insight page

Rachaad White

PositiveRole0:54

Rachaad White is viewed as more dependable than Jakori Kroski Merritt, having played significantly more snaps. While Mattek acknowledges Merritt is a better early-down runner, White's lack of fumbling issues makes him the more reliable option in the current Commanders backfield.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeUsage19:48

Rhamondre Stevenson remains locked into third-down duties for the Patriots due to his superior pass protection skills compared to TreVeyon Henderson, even after fumbling and losing early-down work.

Insight page

Rome Odunze

NegativeValue17:17

Mattek suggests Rome Odunze as a trade asset to acquire Matthew Golden.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeValue17:06

Terry McLaurin is identified as a trade asset that could be leveraged to acquire Matthew Golden, as managers look to capitalize on his value to secure players with higher immediate usage.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

PositiveBreakout19:42

Mattek identifies TreVeyon Henderson as a clear buy, citing his early-down rushing explosiveness as a special trait. Despite concerns about his limited receiving usage and pass protection compared to Rhamondre Stevenson, Merritt ranks him above several notable players including Jaylen Warren, Terry McLaurin, Brian Thomas Jr., Stefon Diggs, Chris Godwin, DK Metcalf, and Blake Corum.

Insight page
PositiveValue33:51

Jakori Kroski Merritt identifies Trevon Henderson as a clear buy, citing his early-down rushing explosiveness as a special trait. Despite concerns about his limited receiving usage and pass protection compared to Rhamondre Stevenson, Merritt ranks him above several notable players including Jaylen Warren, Terry McLaurin, Brian Thomas Jr., Stefon Diggs, Chris Godwin, DK Metcalf, and Blake Corum.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

NegativeBust12:36

Mattek labels Tucker Kraft a clear sell, noting he is relegated to third in the target hierarchy behind Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks. His route participation is threatened by the need to stay in and block due to offensive line injuries. Mattek prefers Dalton Kincaid, Travis Kelce, George Kittle, Sam LaPorta, Cole Kmet, and Tyler Warren over him.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

PositiveValue14:47

Tyler Warren is preferred over Tucker Kraft for fantasy rosters, though Josh Downs is expected to out-target him for the remainder of the season. Warren remains a viable depth option, but his usage is secondary to the primary pass-catchers in his respective offense.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

PositiveBreakout7:15

Mattek identifies Zay Flowers as a primary trade target and projects him as a top-20 fantasy player for the remainder of the season. The Ravens' passing offense is designed to funnel targets to Flowers in creative ways, and Mattek prefers him over Nico Collins, Drake London, Ladd McConkey, Jaylen Waddle, Rashee Rice, Tee Higgins, Garrett Wilson, Christian Watson, and Malik Nabers, citing his high-end speed and change-of-direction ability.

0:00There's still time to save your fantasy football season, even if you're 0 and2.
0:03And if you're 2 and 0, you better set yourself up to win your league championship. I have nine transactions, some buys, some sells, some drops, some
0:11trades that we are going to go over. One of them is going to be a huge surprise to you guys. So stay tuned for that. I
0:16want to make sure that you guys at least stay around long enough for that one.
0:18We're going to begin with Jakori Kroski Merritt for the Washington Commanders.
0:22And I I can't believe I'm doing this because I love Jakori Kroski Merritt.
0:25I've drafted him on a ton of my teams.
0:27But I'm going to advise you to either sell JaKoRi Kroskkey Merritt or if you were in a shallower format, you can drop
0:33JakaKori Kroski Merritt. It absolutely bums me out. But with Jane Daniels likely not playing again this season, Marcus Mariota going to be the
0:40quarterback for the Commanders, there's just not really much of a role for him on this team. You can see the way that
0:45he played against Dallas, a game they were trailing the entire time. His snap share went from 50% to 37%. He only got
0:5212 rushes on the ground, had no opportunities at the goal line. Rashad White played way more than him. And you know what? We have lived this story with
1:00Jakori Kroski Merritt before. Started out the season awesome last year and then weirdly enough, Jane Daniels got injured in a game against the Cowboys,
1:08which was basically the end of the Jakori Krosky Meritt experience until at the end of the season, they turned the offense back over to him again. Is
1:15Jakori Kroski Merritt way better than Rashad White? Yes, he is. It is not even close. He is a much better early down
1:21runner. But Rashad White is more dependable. Rashad White is not going to have fumbling issues that JCM has had.
1:26There's a chance that they turn things over to Katron. But the biggest deal is just that the Commanders are not going
1:31to be playing with the lead. They are not going to be favored in these games.
1:34Um they're I I would assume that they're going to be like a four or five win team with Mariota at quarterback. I could end
1:40up being wrong about that, but they have a very difficult matchup this week against the Seattle Seahawks. And you're not going to start him there. So how
1:47often would you start him in any game where he cannot get to 15 carries? you just cannot feel that good about playing
1:54him. And I'm just very worried that the pattern from last season where he eventually got benched for Chris Rodriguez Jr. is going to happen with a
2:01combination of Kron Allen and Rashad White because JCM can really only play at one speed and that speed is downhill.
2:08Again, it pains me and I'm not saying, oh, go get rid of him for whatever, you know, oh, I'm going to go trade Jaory
2:13Crosky Merritt for Kalin Black right now. I, you know, I wouldn't go that crazy, but I am significantly moving JCM down my ranks. You can see at the bottom
2:20corner there, I have him at 81 in my rest of season rankings. I'm probably going to move him outside of my top 100
2:27in fantasy football. You're going to say I'm coping. I know you guys are going to say I'm coping, but I am telling you to
2:34buy on Luther Burton. Sentiment is going to be so low for Luther Burden this upcoming week. It sounds like Case Keenum might have to start for the
2:43Chicago Bears. They play against the Philadelphia Eagles this week. Very low total game. And it's possible that we could even wait until next week and if
2:50he has a bad game against the Eagles, I mean, he might even get dropped in your league. The thing that I cannot hold on
2:55to is that Khalif Raymond, who is in his 30s, has never scored more than five fantasy points per game over the course
3:02of a season, has been coached by Ben Johnson before and played as a clear wide receiver three. I just don't see
3:08any way that his target share can hold up. And if you look at the first two games that the Bears season has had,
3:15it's basically the most anomalous first two games that you can possibly imagine.
3:18They have the most rushing yards and most rushing touchdowns in a game in franchise history. So the entire history of the Chicago Bears, week one against
3:25the Panthers, it is the most successful rushing performance that the Chicago Bears have ever had. And then week two, they play in a monsoon against the
3:34Minnesota Vikings. Everyone's slipping and sliding. Caleb injures his hamstring at the end of the game. he actually ends up getting a little bit of receiving
3:41work. Ends up with seven targets in uh in that game uh with I believe half of them coming from Tyson B. And I'm not
3:47saying that my original preseason rank of Luther Burden is correct. I was obviously very very high on Luther Burden. I thought he had a chance to be
3:55really one of the stories of the season.
3:57And it's very possible almost actually not even possible. I would say it's probable at this point that that does not play out that Luther Burton ends up
4:04sort of being just, you know, a kind of average wide receiver too. kind of a Jameson Williams type actually where every year we get so excited about
4:11Jameson Williams and then he never really does much of anything. He has a couple spikes and then he has some very
4:17very low floor games. My projection this upcoming season was that Burden would sort of be the engine of the offense for
4:23the Bears. That has not at all happened through two weeks. The engine has been the running game and the engine is
4:29certainly going to be the running game against the Philadelphia Eagles with with uh potentially Case Keenum playing at quarterback. But I'm sending out a
4:36fair amount of offers for Luther Burden in my league this week because I would guess most of the people who drafted
4:41Luther Burden are very upset and they would love to get one over on you. You know, if my if my YouTube comments are
4:46any indication of how people feel about Luther Burden, people absolutely hate Luther Burden and no longer want him on their fantasy team. And he's not going
4:54to be ranked as a starter this week, so it's going to be even easier to acquire him because he will be on most people's
5:00benches. Our third move to make this week, drop Justin Herbert. I I'm sorry guys, I just don't see it. I think that
5:08Justin Herbert needs to be likely on the waiverwire in 12 team leagues. I would rank Bryce Young ahead of him. I would
5:14rank Tyler Shuck ahead of him. I certainly would rank the quarterbacks who went directly behind him in fantasy football drafts. Patrick Mahomes, Brock
5:21Perie, I I would roster them over him.
5:24This upcoming schedule that they have, I I this is insane. They play at Buffalo.
5:29So, he's going to get a chance to throw a lot of passes against Buffalo, but I just don't know how effective he will be
5:34at Seattle. There's no world where you would want to start him at Seattle. Home to Denver is not a particularly good
5:40spot. They're probably not going to have the ball. And then they go to at Kansas City. These are all miserable spots for
5:45Justin Herbert who currently has an adjusted yards per attempt below six. He has two passing touchdowns this year. He loses his two starting tight ends, David
5:54and Charlie Kar. Having a Ronda Gadston on the field will probably make his passing offense like it'll will make the Chargers passing offense a little bit
6:02better. The thing that you would be very concerned about if you were a big Justin Herbert guy would be that interior
6:07offensive line looks like it might be the worst interior offensive line in the NFL. And if you're also removing their best blocker, their best blocking tight
6:15end Charlie Clark, does that just mean Alec Ingold is going to play every single down? It just it all feels like
6:22it is kind of going sideways. Daniel Popper tweeted this yesterday uh as he retired from the Chargers beat, which is just very funny, but he said, "The Los
6:30Angeles Chargers leveraged their entire season on the bet that Mike McDaniel would be able to reconfigure the offense and come up with something for their
6:38superhuman quarterback." That has not happened. It has been an absolute failure. So, I would be like, if you could get I mean, if you could get Brock
6:45Birdie for Justin Herbert, you should be absolutely laughing. But I don't think you're wrong at all to drop Justin Nurbert and go with guys like Bryce
6:53Young, uh, like Tyler Shuck. You know, I I just it's very very hard for me to see how the Chargers turn this around
7:00without a total change in offensive philosophy. Like they are going to kind of have to abandon the run with how bad
7:07the offensive line has been. And I just don't know if Harbaugh and McDaniel are capable of doing that. I have a buy. I
7:15would like to buy Z Flowers. I I think that Z Flowers is likely going to be a top 20 player in fantasy football for
7:21the rest of the season. He does not play in week two against the New Orleans Saints. The passing offense actually still looked okay without him. I still
7:28don't really know how the Ravens lost that game, but in his first half of football, he had five for 150 and one.
7:33The thing we have always worried about with Z Flowers is how is this guy going to score enough touchdowns? And what was
7:38evident to me from that first game of the season was that the entire passing offense that Declan Doyle had spent the
7:45offseason cooking up all revolved around getting Z Flowers the football. And it was going to be done in very creative ways, ways that were going to allow him
7:53to use his insane speed, his insane change of direction. I mean, the narrative coming into this season was that we were all looking for the wide
8:01receiver who was going to be this year's Jackson Smith and Jigba in the third round. Some people thought it was going
8:05to be Dvontto Smith who did have a very good game in week two. Some people thought it was going to be Lad Mani.
8:10Some people thought it was going to be Jaylen Wadd. It's not going to be any of those guys. Uh if there is going to be
8:14one for me, it's going to be Z Flowers.
8:18And I would probably take Z Flowers. I I would try and trade for him with guys who are are definitely ranked ahead of
8:24him. Like at wide receiver, would you rather have Z Flowers or Nico Collins? I think I would rather have Z Flowers.
8:30Would you rather have George Pickkins or Z Flowers? I actually think I'd rather have Pickicket. How about this one?
8:35Drake London. Uh I I would rather have Z Flowers than Drake London. I would certainly rather have Z Flowers than Lad
8:42Mcconi, Jaylen Wadd, Rashy Rice, T.
8:44Higgins, Garrett Wilson, Christian Watson, Tedoy McMillan, guys who are all kind of going in the similar range. But I'm buying on the Ravens passing offense
8:52and I'm definitely buying on Z Flowers.
8:54Uh I I think he is of the currently injured guys, he seems to be one of the guys whose injury was least severe and
9:02was closest to playing last week. And frankly, if he does not play this week again, uh it's just it's just much
9:08easier to acquire guys who are not playing. You you can help someone out. I mean, maybe Z Flowers is on an O and2
9:13team in your league and then he becomes like infinitely uh easier to acquire.
9:19Here's the headliner. I think you can sell Deon Achan and I think that you can probably sell him based on the name
9:26value. He does have 11 targets through two games which is actually less than I thought it would be. He had 11 carries
9:32in week one against the Raiders, 20 carries for 74 yards in week two against the 49ers. I don't think Achan is
9:39non-talented. I think Han is actually insanely talented. The season that I would compare this to, if you guys remember, David Johnson was once a first
9:47round pick for basically the worst team in the NFL. Uh, it was the Arizona, it was the Arizona Cardinals when Josh
9:54Rosen was the quarterback. And boy, did he try in the 2018 season. I mean, he did the absolutely everything he could
10:02when Josh Rosen and Sam Bradford were the quarterback. He had 258 rushes, only got to 940 yards, had 50 receptions for
10:09446 yards, ends up with 1300 scrimmage yards and 10 touchdowns, but he just didn't matter in fantasy because the team is so bad. I thought there was a
10:17chance that the Miami Dolphins would not be as bad as they have been. I thought like, okay, Jeff Hafley is bringing
10:23Malik Willis with him. He's seen Malik Willis a ton of practice. Like, he wants to utilize his skill set. And I was
10:29wrong. There have only been eight designed rush attempts through two games from Malik Willis. Kurt Cousins actually technically has more rushes right now
10:37due to kneel downs than Malik Willis does. That was never going to work. The only way the Dolphins offense was ever
10:43going to work was if it was sort of a Cam Newton on the Patriots style where they took a lot of shots on offense, but
10:50they held the ball. They generated a bunch of first downs via the rush. They were happy to go for it on fourth down.
10:57That has not been what the Miami Dolphins have done. And part of it is because they're down in these games immediately because the defense is that
11:03bad. We probably should have known that things were going to go bad for the Miami Dolphins when they claimed seven players off of waiverss from other teams
11:12and all seven of those guys made their roster. But uh Achan went off the board as a second round pick. I would rather
11:19have Zay Flowers than Devin Han. I would rather have Malik Neighbors. I would rather have Bree Hall than Devin Han. I
11:25would definitely rather have Javvante Williams. I would probably even rather have guys like Bucky Irving uh than him at this point. And if you wait longer,
11:35like if he has a bad game against Kansas City and they are massive, massive uh home underdogs against Kansas City, what
11:41are you going to be able to get for Deon Achan to trade? Every week you wait to trade Deon Han away in fantasy football,
11:47it's going to get worse. My friend Scott Barrett tweeted this, but Devin Achan in the fantasy points database is the only
11:53player uh in their database, so in like the last 10 years in the NFL to play over 80% of his team snaps as a running
11:59back and average fewer than 17 fantasy points per game. You should be able to get a decent hall for Deon Han and and I
12:08would encourage you to do so. I I really would. think there definitely is a value in fantasy football in being patient,
12:14you know, not straying the course too much from your priors that you had before the season, but we do need to
12:19react to what our eyes are telling us.
12:21And I think our eyes are telling us that the Dolphins are just not going to be good enough regardless of how good Devin
12:27Han is individually to allow him to generate enough numbers in fantasy football because running back numbers are downstream from how good uh a
12:36rushing offense is. This one pains me because when he came back healthy, I wanted to root for him. But I think
12:42Tucker Craft is a clear cell in fantasy football. He still has a ton of name brand value because people have remembered how good he is. But what is
12:51clear to me is the passing offense for the Green Bay Packers is totally dedicated to Christian Watson and Matthew Golden. Everyone else is a
12:59distant afterthought. I think a lot of Tucker Craft's production in his NFL career has been as a result of there really not being dependable wide
13:07receivers. Like most of the receivers he played with have been quite bad, but Golden and Watson look so good. An additional factor that is brutal for
13:15him. The offensive line, they they might be the worst in the NFL. They were one of the worst units coming in the NFL and
13:21they had four starting lineman injuries in their game against the Jets. Things got so bad that according to reports, apparently the Green Bay Packers were
13:30talking about shifting Tucker Craft from playing tight end and actually having him play right tackle after their right tackle got injured. Now, that is
13:40obviously not going to happen. They're not going to have him playing tackle, but this is going to be a situation that
13:44we've seen plenty of times where tight ends who are forced to stay in and block, they see their route participation decrease. They see their
13:50target share decrease. And because Matthew Golden and Christian Watson are on such an insane start to the year, it basically just means Tucker Craft went
13:58from being one of the conceivable tight ends who could finish second on the team in targets to a guy who's going to be
14:03third on the team in targets. And the difference between second and third, like with all the research, Dwayne McFarland has done awesome research on
14:09this, but basically the key way to finish as a tight end that matters in fantasy is you have to be able to be
14:16second on your team in targets and you have to have 75% rap participation. he will definitely get close to 75% ro
14:23participation, but I no longer think that Tucker Craft will have the ability to be second on the team in targets. So,
14:30some tight ends that I would take over Tucker Craft right now, uh, I mean, I think one of them is going to be very
14:36obvious, but it's going to be Duncan Kade, who's one of the biggest risers.
14:39Uh, I would prefer Travis Kelce right now. I would prefer George KD. I would prefer Sam Laaporta. I obviously would still prefer Coloulston Lovelin, Tyler
14:48Warren. Where it starts getting interesting is okay, would I rather have Tucker Craft or Isaiah Likely who now has to play with Jamus? Would I rather
14:55have Tucker Craft or Harold Bannon?
14:57Would I rather have Tucker Craft or a Ronda Gadston now that Kar and Injoku are out? And just the fact that he is in
15:03those conversations makes me feel much less good about starting him or acquiring him. So I I would be selling Tucker Craft. I am buying Matthew Golden
15:13every single format. I I think you want Matthew Golden on as many fantasy teams as possible. 12 targets in week one, six
15:21targets in week two. Now, keep in mind, defensive pass interferences do not actually end up counting as targets. He generated over 70 yards of defensive
15:29pass interference uh yards added on to his team. I don't think they would have been able to win that game without how
15:34good Matthew Golden was in the second half. 30% target share week one, 20% target share in week two. Jaden Reed is
15:41going to be out for the rest of the season. He suffered a pretty scary neckback injury. It is all pointing towards everything that we learned about
15:50Matthew Golden in the offseason actually being true. So the the coach speak stuff is so funny, right? Parker Washington, an alltime win for the coach speak.
15:58Everybody in the Jacksonville Jaguars building told us, "Hey, Parker Washington's a star. Trevor's going to throw to Parker Washington every play."
16:05yada yada. And all that stuff was true.
16:07Luther Burden, oh, buy Luther Burden stock. Luther Burden is a star. Luther Burden this, Luther Burden that from the Chicago Bears training camp. That looks
16:14like an absolute, you know, load of of crud basically up until this point of the season. I mean, we'll see how truth
16:20Well, you know, we'll check back in after a month and see if I was right to buy Luther Burton or if all the Luther
16:25Burden haters were correct. But we also got a similar amount of coach speak to Matthew Golden. He was awesome at the
16:30Packers family night, which I always like to tune in to the Packers family night and see what the team is doing. Uh
16:3582% and 86% of the snaps. He is a basically an every down player for the Green Bay Packers. He certainly has
16:41looked the part. And if you wanted to consider Christian Watson a buy, I would have no issue with that as well. I mean,
16:47Christian Watson is going to be targeted more often in the red zone and in the end zone than Matthew Golden just
16:53because of the style of player he is, but Matthew Golden to me because the the smashes in terms of the usage have not
17:00come with a touchdown, I actually still think he would be acquirable. And there are plenty of guys that you could trade
17:06to get Matthew Golden. I bet you could trade Brian Thomas to get Matthew Golden. I bet you could trade Terry McLaren. You might even be able to trade
17:13AJ Brown, uh, who is not even playing.
17:15You could certainly trade Roma Dunes.
17:17Uh, I would take Matthew Golden over Jameson Williams. How about that? Uh, about about a 50 spot ADP difference between them before the start of the
17:24season. But just given their usage and the context of their offenses, I right now would rather have Matthew Golden than Jameson Williams. Not not to say
17:33that Jameson Williams is like totally over like you got to drop Jameson Williams. That's actually not what I'm saying. I just am that high on Matthew
17:40Golden for the rest of the season.
17:42Probably the most obvious buy a wide receiver is going to be one Mr. Josh DS 83% of the snaps last week. Nine
17:50targets, seven receptions, 72 yards. Has not scored a touchdown yet. But with Alec Pierce out for four to six weeks, I
17:57mean we will see if Alec Pierce is even able to play again this year. the team is playing Laquan Treadwell. Keenan
18:03Allen was only able to earn uh he was only able to generate one reception against the Kansas City Chiefs. Downs in
18:09that game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Like to me, my very amateur scouting eye, he just looked like the best player on the field. And I that's
18:17kind of the Josh Downs experience. It was actually Peter Overset that made that point to me is that the Josh Downs
18:22experience in fantasy football is you watch the game, he looks electric, you're like he's got to have like 27 fantasy points and then you look at the
18:28box score and he has 14. But very similar to Z Flowers, if he is ever able to add touchdowns as part of his
18:36repertoire, you are going to feel awesome about having Josh DS. And there are probably some managers who are thinking like, "Oh, I'm going to get one
18:43over on this guy. I'm going to sell him Josh Downs, who I think stinks. You know, I drafted Josh DS in the ninth
18:49round because that was the only guy who was left there. But I I I would have DS as one of the clearest guys who are
18:55moving up in my rankings for the rest of the season without A Pierce. I mean, he really is the only game in town for the
19:02Indianapolis Colts in terms of their pass catching. And I I would imagine he is going to outtarget Tyler Warren for the rest of the year. is one of my
19:09big thesis heading into this season was that if DS is going to be a full-time player that's very bad for Tyler Warren
19:15because DS is going to be better at earning targets than Tyler Warren close to the line of scrimmage. So I would
19:20rather have DS than Carnell Tate. I'd rather have him than Stefon Diggs. I would take him over Brian Thomas Jr.
19:25over McLuren over Metaf. I would take him over Chris Godwin, over Debo, over Addison, over QJ, certainly over Marvin Harrison Jr. Michael Wilson, Michael
19:34Pitman. I I I would have him fairly high in my rest of season rankings. I consider him a fairly obvious buy. Uh
19:42and then our final trans our final transaction here is going to be Trevian Henderson. This is one that uh I don't
19:48know you guys maybe would disagree with me on this. Raandre is not going anywhere. That much is true. However, Trevon Henderson is so clearly better
19:58than Randre Stevenson that I don't think the Patriots really have a choice at this point. and they started the season 1 and one. Drake May just like actively
20:07looks bad. AJ Brown is not going to be back for a minimum of 6 weeks after having a procedure done on his ankle. I
20:13mean, maybe he come back earlier than that, but I really really doubt it. The reporting has been a minimum of 6 weeks.
20:18I I would actually probably be more skeptical of that. A 30-year-old wide receiver having surgery on the ankle. He did have the rush for a 39yd touchdown.
20:26Other than that, he did not look particularly special. Was not targeted in the passing game. But guess what?
20:31That is the Trebon Henderson experience.
20:32I mean, that is what we saw from him in year one. He was actually not really that involved as a receiver, despite
20:37that being one of the things that he did at Ohio State. It is worth noting he actually held up pretty well in pass
20:43protection week two against the Pittsburgh Steelers. That was one of the biggest concerns about him was that Raandre is so much better than him in
20:50pass protection. That was going to lock Raandre in to playing third downs, which he did, by the way. After fumbling and
20:55then turning over the early downs to Trevon Henderson, Raandre still did play on the third downs. Cory Ker also got in
21:02for five snaps in this game. But the way that I look at the New England Patriots, I say, "All right, you were playing a
21:07wide receiver group of M. Collins, Deario Douglas, Romeo Dubs, Kyle Williams. You've got Hunter Henry out there. Eli Raren uh actually injured his
21:16hip and maybe is not going to be able to play in week three. So like you just have a full field of guys who are slow
21:22and who are not dynamic. Like sure, a bunch of guys who are happy to do the dirty work and do their jobs and
21:28whatnot, but you don't have anyone on the field who is a special player.
21:31Trevian Henderson is a special player.
21:34At least in terms of his early down rushing explosiveness. There are I guess the issue with buying Trevon Henderson, so you guys might even say this is bad
21:42advice, is generally speaking, Trevon Henderson drafters are going to be the type of person who they believed in the talent because the price on draft day
21:51did not actually make a ton of sense.
21:53But I have him as a clear buy. I would rather have Trevian Henderson than Judkins, then a Dunay, than Jaylen Warren, then Terry McLuren. I would have
22:01Henderson over Raandre, over Brian Thomas Jr., over Coker, over Diggs, over Cardinal Tate, over Chris Godwin, over DK Metaf, over Blake Cororm. These are
22:10all just kind of guys that he is ranked around. I wonder if I I would maybe rather have him than David Montgomery.
22:15David Montgomery in a clear 50/50 time share and, you know, very similar to Honestly, actually, they're not really that dissimilar in terms of usage. I
22:23just think Trevan Henderson is more likely to generate explosives. So, those are our nine transactions to get done this week in fantasy football. If you
