0:05been some absolute topsyturvy changes.
0:08And when we get into the C tier, I think you guys are going to be very surprised some of the guys who are clear starts
0:13this week. Your S tier this week, JSN with Drew Lock against that awful commander secondary. I'm on Ross St.
0:19Brown against the Jets. Jamar Chase at three. And I do have Justin Jefferson as an S tier guy with Kyler Murray back
0:25this week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. That is probably a little bit of an unpopular opinion. I know a lot of you guys do not like Kyler
0:31Murray. A lot of you guys wanted Carson Wentz. He did have the down game in the rain, but everyone in the passing game.
0:36Had a down game in the rain on both sides of the ball in the Chicago Minnesota game last week. Uh you guys
0:42are very smart though. You don't need me to spend too much time talking about those guys. The A tier is much larger
0:47for me. We have CD Lamb who is playing in that game in Brazil. There are concerns right now. I'm recording this
0:53Friday afternoon. There are real concerns about that turf, but I mean, come on. We are not worried about Cedarian Lamb coming off of the 38 ball.
1:01I have Chris Ave all the way up as my sixth highest wide receiver in my rankings this week. This is probably the
1:07biggest change that I've made on one player from the preseason until now.
1:11Absolutely dominating the passing game for the New Orleans Saints. He gets to play a dome game against the Raiders, who have not been particularly good in
1:20pass coverage. I I mean I guess the Raiders have been much better than I thought they would be, but I don't think
1:24they are going to limit or put the clamps on the Saints passing game. The Saints are also playing very fast, which
1:30is very good for Lay, very good for Jawan Johnson, very good for Dwan uh Devon Ble, Devonte Adams at seven. I
1:37really waffled on this one. I thought very hard about where do I rank Adams with Puka out, but with the difficult
1:43defensive matchup, he's going to be up against Patrick Certan. And you know what I decided? There really is not a quarterback good enough to make me
1:50concerned about Devonte Adams. Adams at the peak of his game, which we definitely saw last week, can beat anyone. He can route run anyone out of
1:57their shoes. And the report that Devonte Adams was sick, as I am right now, you guys can hear me being a little bit
2:02nasely. I apologize for that. Adams was sick in that game in Australia, which is a good explanatory variable for why he
2:09did not play very much or very well in that game. obviously felt great last week against the Giants, ripping off his
2:15sixth highest ever career fantasy points in one game. Just awesome to see him beat up against the New York Giants. I
2:22believe Neighbors at eight. This is another one where I am much higher than the other rankers on flock fantasy.com.
2:28Malik Neighbors practiced in full on Thursday and Friday. He said that he got good results on his shoulder. Jameus Winston is going to be his quarterback
2:36and I don't think Jameus is going to play very well for wins and losses, but your entire passing game, the entire
2:41plan has to be passing the ball to the league neighbors. There is one concern here, which is that this game is going
2:47to be played in a monsoon. It's going to be a ton of rain. So, I might end up on Sunday if that forecast holds up. I
2:52might end up moving neighbors a little bit further down in my rankings. But, there's really no scenario on my teams where I have Blake Neighbors. I mean,
3:00you guys can do whatever you want in your leagues, but I play in a lot of leagues for real money. I'm not benching
3:05league neighbors in any of them.
3:07I Parker Washington all the way up at nine. Parker Washington to me is the biggest riser overall in fantasy football from the start of the season
3:18until now. I think we're probably going to be drafting Parker Washington in the second round of our fantasy football drafts next year. He is the clear wide
3:25receiver one. he is unlikely to see any coverage against Christian Gonzalez, the best corner for the New England Patriots. He will not go into the slot a
3:32ton. I mean, maybe he will. Uh, you know, the Patriots are uh that they would love to win these games, and I
3:37don't know how scared you are of Jacobe Myers or Brian Thomas Jr., but frankly, very similar to how I feel about Devonte
3:43Adams, Parker Washington is just a clear fantasy football start. I have Garrett Wilson at 10. Adnai Mitchell might not even end up playing in this game with
3:50the injured finger. He injured it on Thursday in practice. I feel great about Garrett Wilson. George Pickkins at 11.
3:57An explosion game is coming for him soon. Devont Smith at 12 in that game against the Bears. Drake London. I mean,
4:03you guys I guess you guys can point and laugh at me because this is from last night. I had Drake London ranked at wide
4:07receiver 13. Think he's going to be a little higher than that when we rank next week. I had Jaylen Wadd against the
4:14Rams at 14. I had Christian Watson at 15. I had Lad Mani at 16. And I had Matthew Golden at 17. So, hey, I was
4:21stupid on Thursday night to rank Drank London that low, but I was smart to rank Christian Watson and Matthew Golden that
4:27high, so you guys could maybe not point and laugh. Maybe it turns out that I do know a little bit of ball. That's
4:32actually a nice little surprise because I did these wide receiver rankings yesterday and then ended up waiting until Friday to do the video. So, a nice
4:38little surprise that I actually knew that much ball. Getting into guys you might actually have decisions about. I have Icha Igbuka and Mike Evans at 18
4:46and 19. I think Ibuka was drafted as a starter. is a clear starter in fantasy football. I am a just a a little
4:53concerned overall about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense. Baker Mayfield has been very up and down. That was a bad loss for them last week. However, I
5:01don't think that you can blame the loss to the Cleveland Browns on Baker Mayfield because he dropped an absolute dime in the bucket for Ted Hurst and he
5:09ended up dropping it in what would have been a game-winning touchdown. Sounds like Evans is going to play against the Arizona Cardinals, though. This is this
5:16is kind of why I was not that high on Mike Evans in draft season is it's week three and we are already concerned about
5:22these injuries, right? So, he did not practice on Wednesday, did not practice on Thursday with the hip injury. If he's not active, I mean, God, what do you
5:31even do with the 49ers wide receivers if he's not active? I guess Jacob Cowling would be a low-end streamer, but Debo
5:37would actually go up much higher in my fantasy football rankings. I have Jameson Williams at 20. Part of that is just a belief in Jameson Williams. Part
5:44of that is just a belief that this is the Jameson Williams experience. I mean, if we go and look at his player page on
5:50Flock Fantasy, you're going to see this is this is what this guy does, brother.
5:53Zero points by 16 23 190 26 06 52 08. I mean, this is you, you know, when you draft Jameson Williams that this is what
6:03you're signing up for because of the existence of Enron Ross St. Brown and because of Jamir Gibbs, you're just not going to have as consistent of a floor.
6:12the volume is just not going to be that consistent. But I actually just love this game between the Detroit Lions and
6:17the New York Jets. I think this is going to be an awesome game for fantasy football. I'm high like if AD Mitchell
6:22is able to play in this game. Garrett Wilson, AD Mitchell, Jameson Williams, St. Brown, Leaporta, you know, Gino is a low-end streamer, I just think this game
6:30is going to be phenomenal because I think the Lions pass defense is quite poor. I know the Jets pass defense is
6:36quite bad. no interception since Aaron Glenn was hired as the head coach. It's one of the most insane statistics of all
6:42time. But I I I would be starting Jameson Williams this week uh in in many situations. I have T. Higgins ranked at
6:5021. That should just be like a lower paced divisional game. Not that you would be like benching T. Higgins, but this is where I ended up with him in my
6:57rankings. Rashi Rice all the way down at 22. He's been one of my biggest followers in fantasy football. It's very clear to me that Rashi Rice has been
7:04replaced on the team, not by Xavier Worthy, not by Cyrus Allen, not by Taekquon Thornne, but by Kenneth Walker.
7:10Uh the way that Rashi Rice functioned for the first three years of his career as a Kansas City Chief was as an
7:15extension of the running game, his RPOS's, using him in screens, using him on these shallow crossers. They don't have to do that anymore because they
7:22have Kenneth Walker and Emma Johnson, one of the best onetwo running back duos in the NFL. Also, the return of the
7:27enemy has kind of minimized Rashi Rice's role. The best Rashi Rice stuff came when Matt Naggie was the offensive coordinator. Again, not that I'm like
7:36looking to bench Rashi Rice. I would I mean, I would actually if he had a good game here against the Dolphins, I would
7:41consider him a cell for sure. Um, but Rashi is just not going to be the guy that he was. I mean, for the first three
7:49years of his career after the by-week of his rookie season, Rashi Rice averaged over 15 fantasy points per game. He was
7:54a top five fantasy points per game wide receiver over that time frame. That's just not who he is anymore because the
7:59Chiefs don't need him to be that anymore. Joshua DS against the Houston Texans at 23. He looked like the best player on the field in the second half
8:07against Kent City Chiefs. Alec Pierce is going to miss four to six weeks. I think the Jonathan Taylor rushing stuff is
8:13very interesting against the Houston Texans. I don't know if he's going to be able to hold up for 28 carries. I like I
8:19don't know how efficient you can be running into the teeth of this defense.
8:22And I know the Houston Texans pass rush is unbelievable. And the way to mitigate that is going to be quick RPO stuff with
8:28DS. Although an interesting element with DS, which is something that I talked about in this channel in the preseason was DS actually has a chance to really
8:37expand his role as a down the- field receiver because Keenan Allen and Tyler Warren, they're not as good as Josh DS
8:43at the short area stuff, but they're better at that than a median tight end or a median wide receiver. Whereas DS is
8:50the best at that job. But compared to a, you know, Keenan Allen running 14 yard, uh, you know, 14 yard like post routes
8:56or whatever, you don't want him doing that. You want Dallas to do that. And we actually saw that in the second half
9:00against Kansas City. He, uh, picked up like a he had this really sick, uh, like seam play where he had the option to go
9:08out or in and he just easily easily beat uh, Legerius to get a 20-yard first down. It was a really good play if you
9:14have not seen it, but uh, Downs is a clear fantasy starter for me. And then I do have Teroy McMillan down here at 24.
9:21The the emergence of Jaylen Coker has been bad for T. Something that's been very good for T though is that the
9:26Carolina Panthers are number one in the NFL at pass rate over expectation. So I also have Ted McMillan as a clear
9:32fantasy football starter down at the C tier. I am still starting Stfan Diggs this week with Marcus Mario against the Seahawks. The role has just been so
9:39good. It's as someone who drafted a lot of him. The role has been better than I could have even imagined. Nine targets,
9:44six targets. He's got three touchdowns through two games. Now, I don't think that he is going to score a touchdown every single game, but we are talking
9:50about a 32-year-old receiver who has over two yards per route run. Had over, you know, was 12th in the NFL in yards
9:56per route run last year. Stefan Digs is just a good player, man. He's a lot better than Terry McLuren. He's a lot
10:01better than Chica Conquo, who's actually not going to play in this game. He's a lot better than Antonio Williams. And yeah, I don't I mean, I don't think the
10:07Commanders are going to be good in this game at all. I think they'll probably very easily lose, but I do think Diggs
10:11will continue to lead the team in targets because that is who he is.
10:14Jaylen Coker. I moved up all the way to 26 this week against the Browns. A clear fantasy football starter. I I you know,
10:22I've said this a couple times, but like I just feel like the Coker thing kind of missed me in the offseason. And it's so
10:27clear that I was wrong. Nine targets in both games, eight receptions in both games. He is getting most of his snaps
10:32out of the slot. He he's just a really good player and he is just a clear fantasy football starter because there's
10:37no real third pass catcher on this team which means that all the volume can condense on Tat and Coker. Luther Burden
10:45I barely ranked as a starter here and frankly you could tell me that this is leaning too much of my priors. You could
10:50tell me this is coping. You could tell me this is bag defending. It does sound like Tyson Beant is probably going to
10:55start this game. Uh Caleb Williams is not going to start this game. I just it's so hard for me to bench a guy like
11:01Burden where the target earning ability has shown so clear and I can't really make heads or tails of the Khif Raymond
11:10stuff. I mean certainly I would not start Khif Raymond. I I maybe you guys hey comment down below you tell me am I
11:16coping on Luther Burden. Do you have any hope on Luther Burton I read the comments from the video on Wednesday thought there were some good points. I
11:22thought there were some bad points. The main point I would like to push back on some of the comments on Wednesday is
11:27that the limited snaps for Luther Burton in that rain game I think is very clear which is you don't want a guy like
11:33Burton who is his issue as a player is locking in because if he's not locked in there's no reason to be playing him. So
11:40that's why Raymond was playing because like this is for Burden all the way back to high school, all the way back to
11:46college is he is one of these guys who kind of has like an attitude like lock in problem and that game required like
11:52very high levels of focus because the cost of a mistake was so high as DeAndre Swift showed. But I I am not as
11:59concerned about Luther Burton as I think some of you guys are and I have him ranked at wide receiver 27. I think I
12:04will probably move him a little bit lower uh because I just I'm looking at my rankings right now and I'm like, you
12:09know what, I would rather play Debo. I would rather start Debo this week against the Arizona Cardinals. The role has been awesome for Debo. Seven
12:16targets, four targets. Has gotten a rush attempt each game. I mean, he just and and Mike Evans is not going to play.
12:21This is or Mike Evans might not play. Uh and then they're down another pass catcher with Demarcus Robinson. So, I think you have to feel good about Debo.
12:29Terry McLaren at 29, DK Maf at 30. The DK Mechaf tape is so so so bad. But I don't know. They're going to keep
12:36throwing him the ball. So I guess I got to keep ranking him. And then Xavier Worthy I have at 32. Let me just defend
12:42that real quick because I can already hear some of the some of the people typing in the chat. Six targets, seven
12:47targets. The team has a 28-point team total this week. He leads the wide receiver group in targets. Like I do think Xavier Worthy is a better start
12:55than these guys I have down in the Dtier. I'd rather do it than Adnai Mitchell particularly because Adnai Mitchell has this hand injury right now.
13:02Um I mean there's a chance that I'm ranking Adnai Mitchell as a top 24 wide receiver as soon as next week if he
13:07figures out this finger injury and continues to consolidate the target share there. But I do feel I feel really really good about honestly I I I have
13:16worthy starting on I think about 80% of the teams where I have them and I have Adnai Mitchell starting on like four or
13:21five teams as well though a lot of my teams are really good and just can't even get Adnai Mitchell's you know 12
13:26projected points in the lineup. Royal Meduse at 34 feels like he just is a worse fit for the Tyson Bean offense
13:32because I think a lot of the Bean stuff is just going to be you know quick hitters. It's going to be point and
13:37click. It's going to be do exactly what Ben Johnson says. Whereas Roman Dunes is more of the late play. Caleb is
13:43scrambling, you know, huck it like he does not get the design stuff in this offense. Brian Thomas Jr. at 35. That
13:50could maybe is too optimistic. I mean, his role has really not really been there. He did have nine targets last week, but only turned that into three
13:56receptions for 40 yards. I just Parker Washington is just so good that I don't know how much meat is left on the bone
14:04for Brian Thomas Jr. Also a difficult quarterback matchup for him this week against Christian Gonzalez. Rashad Baitman all the way up at 36. Obviously
14:12if Z Flowers plays, you need to move him all the way back down. We should probably know that by Sunday morning. I
14:17would not want to start Rashad Baitman if Z Flowers is in. But if Z Flowers is out, this is an awesome matchup for him,
14:23provided that the turf monster down there in Brazil does not come for him.
14:27Uh we've got Michael Wilson at 37. I honestly have no strong feelings about Michael Wilson other than that. uh his first career two touchdown game did come
14:35against the San Francisco 49ers. Quinton Johnson all the way down at 38. Jacobe Meyers at 39. I don't think any of these
14:42guys are all that interesting. I don't really want to start QJ. I don't really want to start Jacobe Meyers, but this is
14:48the state of the wide receiver position.
14:50Romeo Dubs, I have down there at 40.
14:52Much better game for him last week. Uh ran uh route on 67% of the drop backs.
14:57Did get four targets. Turn that into 96 yards. I mean, you can play Romeo dubs if you uh if you want.
15:06After dubs, we've got Kosha, who might be a beneficiary of Keon Coleman and DJ Moore not playing. Again, we don't know
15:12100% on that situation. If you made me guess right now, I would guess that Keon Coleman doesn't play with the ankle
15:18injury and DJ Moore does play, but plays in a limited fashion because apparently, according to reports, the shoulder injury that DJ Moore has is a pain
15:27tolerance thing. I do not have DJ Moore in the ranks. If I did, I would put him in the B tier with Ibuka Evans, Jot
15:33against Rashi Rice Downs, and McMillan.

16:26games. No targets more than 20 yards down the field. It has not been an illustrious start to Carnell Tate's career in the NFL. Casey Conpsion, I'm
16:34down at 47. I ranked him backto back with Denzel Boston. Maybe I'm being a coward or maybe I'm saying that Denzo
16:40Boston has run hot based on the expected fantasy points that has been available to him. And Casey Conpsion has ran bad
16:46on the expected fantasy points that's been available to him. I'll leave that up for you two uh listeners to well two
16:51listeners. I guess those guys are two, but there's more than two of you. At least I hope there's more than uh than
16:56two of you. I neither of them you're really really wanting to start. And then our final tier of startable guys, we
17:01have got Devon Vele, Well Robinson, Trey Tucker, Dantavian Wixs, Keenan Allen, Joshua Palmer with the assumption that one of the starting receivers for the
17:11Bills is out. Trey Harris at 55, Kahan Booty at 56, Jaylen Null at 57, and Ryan Florenoi at 58. I guess I could pull up
17:19this last year here just as we are going through. But by and large, I mean, a a really interesting thing that I'm noting
17:25at the wide receiver ranks overall is just how quick the drop off is. I mean, basically, I think once you get past
17:32Golden uh at 17, I or actually, you know what, that's not fair. Once you get past the B tier with Tedoy McMillan at 24,
17:39you are looking at a bunch of guys like what is really the difference between Luther Burden and Brian Thomas? What is
17:47really the difference between Chris Godwin and Michael Wilson? What is the difference between uh you know Terry McLuren and Pap Ryan in terms of your
17:54expectations? I mean McLaren could have had two touchdowns last week but just had absolutely no way to come down with them. Obviously I will continue to
