Jayden Daniels

PositiveProjection0:03

Ian Hartitz remains confident in starting Jayden Daniels despite concerns regarding the offensive line and the absence of Laremy Tunsil. Hartitz emphasizes that rushing quarterbacks can be mediocre in real-life football while remaining elite for fantasy purposes; he points to Daniels' 18.9 fantasy points per game average from the first four weeks of last season and his proven ability to escape pressure as key reasons to maintain confidence.

0:00Didn't love what we saw from the
0:01offensive line. Laremy Tunsil being out
0:03is a problem for Jayden Daniels and he
0:04wasn't all that great last year, but
0:06these rushing quarterbacks guys, they
0:08can be mediocre in real life and still
0:10be great [music] in fantasy. 18.9
0:12fantasy points per game for Daniels in
0:14the first four weeks of last season. I
0:16think again, it's just one of these
0:17situations where even if Washington
0:19isn't great in real life, Daniels
0:20because of how much he runs, should
0:22still be fine in fantasy land. The most
0:24screwed offensive lines based on their
0:252025 numbers, I know, okay, [music]
0:27we'll get better as the season goes on.
0:30Packers, the Browns, and the Vikings
0:33really stand out as probably having the
0:34most trouble in the pressure department.
0:36And those honestly do add up some of our
0:38Rotoworld preseason offensive line
0:39rankings. Again, maybe not ideal for
0:41Jayden Daniels. They were just outside
0:43of that bottom three group that we
0:45started with, but situation where he is
0:47fast enough to get away from the
0:48pressure, I'm still starting him with
0:49confidence.
