Ian Hartitz highlights that Trevor Lawrence has been performing as the QB1 in fantasy points per game since Week 10 of the 2025 season. Lawrence leads all quarterbacks in passer rating, ranks third in yards per attempt, and leads the league with 29 combined passing and rushing touchdowns, which is four more than the next closest quarterback. Hartitz notes that despite a potentially difficult matchup against Denver, Lawrence is orchestrating an offense loaded with playmakers and could enter early MVP conversations with a strong performance in Week 2.

0:00Trevor Lawrence has been playing a lot
0:02like one of the best quarterbacks in
0:03football and it's like none of you even
0:05care. Seriously, this has been going on
0:06for quite some time now. Sure, the week
0:08one performance was spectacular. 245
0:11yards, four touchdowns, just five
0:13incompletions, but guys, this really has
0:15been happening ever since the midway
0:16part of last season. Since week 10,
0:182025, Trevor Lawrence is the QB1 in
0:21fantasy points per game. He leads all
0:23quarterbacks in passer rating, third in
0:25yards per attempt, and nobody has more
0:27combined passing and rushing touchdowns.
0:28In fact, with 29 of them, T-Law has four
0:31more than next closest quarterback. I
0:33know the schedule hasn't exactly been
0:34the toughest in the world, but he did
0:36have one stiff test at Denver last
0:38season. He more than passed it. He's
0:39going to have to do so again this Sunday
0:41and it's not going to be easy, but this
0:43offense is loaded with playmakers. We
0:45got Liam Cohen drawing up all the right
0:47plays and Trevor Lawrence is the
0:48orchestrator making it all happen. Don't
0:50be surprised if we're hearing Trevor
0:51Lawrence up there in the way too early
0:53MVP conversations with another big game
0:55in week two.
