Achane was RB5 on RB7 usage last year and RB7 on RB10 usage over the past two seasons in half-PPR, with elite rush yards over expected (+13% over two seasons). However, new OC Bobby Slowik and OL coach from a failed Texans stint create risk that his top-16 carries per game workload won't carry over, as the source is far less optimistic they'll be nearly as effective as Mike McDaniel was. Offsetting this concern: Malik Willis as new QB will help Achane spring open rushing lanes similar to how Lamar Jackson does for his RBs; Willis is a goal-line scoring threat unlike Tua Tagovailoa and far less likely to check the ball down, meaning Achane should remain featured as a receiver with low-end RB1 upside in full-PPR given the Dolphins have no other receiving options. The Dolphins OL is underrated with Aaron Brewer (top-three center), LT Patrick Paul (elite athleticism breakout), and LG Kadyn Proctor (rare feet for his size); this foundation should keep Achane rolling as a low-end RB1 even without McDaniel's play-design edge.
