Dak Prescott is preferred over Lamar Jackson because his price has come up and ownership will stay down; he played amazingly last week and the Cowboys are in the highest over-under game on the slate, which is rightfully so because 'every Cowboys game just turns into a shootout'; the speaker is mainly afraid to play Dak when ownership is higher because there are not many ways to stack him and it always feels optimal to go Dak and CD Lamb.NegativeProjectionSep 19, 2026
Historically, Dak averages only 20.2 DraftKings points per game in games with at least a 50-point over/under and has gone over 25 DK points in just one of seven games over that span. In games with a 50+ total over/under (big shootouts), Dak averages only 20.2 DraftKings points per game and has gone over 25 DK points just once in seven games since the start of last season; the source prefers playing the Cowboys opponent in these spots rather than Dak himself.NegativeProjectionSep 19, 2026
Dak Prescott is priced at 6,400 DFS salary but the source expresses caution about his ceiling in high-total games; he averages only 20.2 DraftKings points per game in games with a 50+ point total, suggesting limited upside despite the favorable game environment.
