McMillan fell 2.2 spots to 142 overall. With Mike Evans gone (massive opportunity vacated in targets and end zone targets) and Baker Mayfield presumably back healthy, Adam Levitan expects McMillan to open the season in three-wide-receiver sets and sustain that role. New offensive coordinator Zach Robinson favors three-wide-receiver sets (he ran them frequently with the Falcons despite having limited receivers like Darnell Mooney and Ray Ray McLeod). McMillan showed flashes as a rookie with eight touchdowns before breaking his neck in a preseason game and missing most of 2025; he returned late with 2.14 yards per route run on 83 routes. Levitan prefers McMillan at 142 overall over Ted Hurst in the late rounds, noting McMillan has already shown he can move the needle at the NFL level.
