From the episode

I'm not going to take Christian McCaffrey. You don't have a seatbelt on. Because he was healthy last year and he practices next to an electromagnetic, whatever the fuck that thing is.

STACKED’s take

Negative signalProjection

Bill Simmons passes on Christian McCaffrey at pick 3 despite health.

Bill Simmons explicitly rejected Christian McCaffrey at pick 3, stating he would not take him despite McCaffrey being healthy last year and practicing next to an electromagnetic device. This signals skepticism about McCaffrey's value at the top of the draft, even after a healthy 2023 season.
