Mitch Tinsley if Jamar Chase is not able to play with his concussion. So if T. Higgins and Jamar Chase are both out. I would rather have Mitchell Tinsley on my roster than I would rather have anyone else.

Bengals WR preferred over all if Higgins and Chase both out
Bengals WR positioned as a low-end add with upside in a specific injury scenario. If both T. Higgins and Jamar Chase are out due to Chase's concussion, Mattek Fantasy Football would rather have Mitchell Tinsley on the roster than anyone else.
