If both receivers stay healthy for 14-16 games, Burrow could finish top two-to-four at QB. He can easily win MVP this year; Bengals are more competitive than previously. Caveat: without rushing numbers, he's not a top-two fantasy QB in the modern era—more of a Matthew Stafford season (top five). Best value: draft him in round six if you have Chase or Higgins. Bengals games averaged league-high 53 combined points per game over past two seasons.
