Mattek likes Rice's TD upside but pick underperformed in 12th-place team.

Davis Mattek drafted a fair amount of Rashee Rice and is comfortable with his touchdown upside, noting that Rice will get TDs. However, Rice is also listed among multiple poor draft picks that populated a 12th-place fantasy team, indicating significant underperformance relative to draft position despite the source's initial confidence.
