Helm's snap share up but production down sharply; on pace for worse rookie-year numbers.

Through Week 4, Helm ranks third on the Titans in receptions (9) and targets (12) but fourth in receiving yards (60); extrapolating his current pace yields fewer receptions, yards, and touchdowns than his 2025 rookie season (44 rec, 357 yards, 2 TDs). His yards per reception has declined to 6.7 from 8.1. Despite increased snap share (78.85% vs. 50.47% as a rookie), production is significantly down.
