Zero red-zone targets and no TDs; Titans' run-heavy approach inside 20 limits scoring upside.

Helm has not scored a touchdown and has surprisingly not seen a single red-zone target through Week 4, despite increased overall snap share. The Titans have consistently run the football stubbornly once inside the 20-yard line, limiting Helm's scoring opportunities.
