Yahoo Fantasy Football on Braelon Allen
From the article
The good news is Allen played 30-of-32 snaps without Breece Hall. His RB28 expected half PPR points (10.3), 14 carries and two receptions are essentially his floor without Hall. The Jets RB room has averaged 17.7 expected half PPR points this year, and 90% of that is a baseline of 15.0-16.0 fantasy points. It's very easy to make the math work as a fantasy RB2.
STACKED’s take
Allen's 30-of-32 snap share without Hall projects as reliable RB2 against soft Browns.
Allen played 30-of-32 snaps in Week 4 without Breece Hall, posting RB28 expected half PPR points (10.3), 14 carries and two receptions. His floor without Hall is essentially 10.3 expected half PPR points. The Jets RB room has averaged 17.7 expected half PPR points this year, with a baseline of 15.0-16.0 fantasy points, making it very easy to project Allen as a fantasy RB2. The matchup with the Browns is fine; Cleveland won't have 2025 fifth-overall pick DT Mason Graham and lacks an offense capable of winning the time of possession battle. RB starters against the Browns have cleared 88 total yards in all four outings: Bhayshul Tuten (RB25), Bucky Irving (RB15), Chuba Hubbard (RB12) and Jaylen Warren (RB21). Those rankings would be better if any had scored a touchdown. The Jets have a 21.0-point team total (21st).
