Purdy belongs in the elite QB tier alongside Lawrence and Burrow

Davis Mattek argues that if fantasy managers ignored draft capital, Brock Purdy would be discussed in the same elite tier as Trevor Lawrence or Joe Burrow. Kyle Shanahan compares Purdy's current development to his 2016 MVP-caliber season with Matt Ryan, and Mattek notes that the system is proven to elevate quarterbacks, citing Jimmy Garoppolo's top-five EPA performance under Shanahan as evidence.
