London is a must-start with higher upside when Penix is at quarterback.

Matthew Berry notes that Drake London is a must-start in all leagues regardless of the quarterback situation. Berry suggests a slight bump for London when Michael Penix is under center, as Penix is more apt to look downfield compared to Tua Tagovailoa.
