From the episode

I think this is a reset season for that potentially with Declan Doyle coming in... Even if we get to eight, nine, and heck, even 10 touchdowns for Zay Flowers, that takes him then from, you know, the wide receiver 17 into the wide receiver seven category.

Flowers could reach top-seven WR status with improved red zone usage.

Josh Norris projects Zay Flowers as a potential top-seven wide receiver, citing a potential touchdown reset under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle. Flowers' limited red zone usage last year (10 targets) is expected to improve, mirroring the red zone activity seen in Declan Doyle's previous work with Amon-Ra St. Brown.
