From the episode

Kirk Cousins... is exactly what I think the Raiders want for their football team right now... When it comes to the fourth quarter, he was four for four for 45 yards and two touchdowns and a perfect quarterback rating.

Cousins is effectively orchestrating the Raiders' offense

Kirk Cousins is effectively orchestrating the Raiders' offense, particularly in the fourth quarter where he went 4-for-4 for 45 yards and two touchdowns. His ability to scan the field and dissect zone coverage in a tight-end heavy scheme makes him the ideal fit for the team's current offensive identity.
