I want to say this first, and I said it to Davis Webb the other day talking to him. I've done this long enough where I know when I have a future head coach, and he's going to be one. Davis is all-in with the gameplan, just like we've been operating. He'll be down on the field with me.

Webb stays as coordinator with Payton's public support despite losing play-calling.

Davis Webb is being retained as offensive coordinator and will remain on the field with Sean Payton despite losing play-calling duties; Payton publicly praised Webb as a future head coach with rare talent, emphasizing the change is about the collective offense and not a demotion or loss of confidence, with Webb remaining all-in on the gameplan.
