Yahoo Sports NFL on Jalon Daniels

Daniels overwhelmed in first start; struggled with pre-snap reads and Packers' pressure packages.

Daniels made his first NFL start for injured Baker Mayfield and was overwhelmed by the Packers defense; he looked confused from the first series, struggled to recognize pre-snap coverage indicators, and failed to identify pressure looks that Jonathan Gannon was throwing at him. He was sacked three times, hit seven times, picked off twice, and faced 17 pressures that had an overwhelmingly negative impact on his performance.
