Gretsch is reconsidering his fade stance on Javante Williams due to his clear lead role.

Ben Gretsch is reconsidering his fade stance on Javante Williams, noting that while his poor yards per route run last year fits a 'dead zone' bust profile, he is the clear lead back in a high-scoring offense with minimal competition after the team cut Jaden Blue and Samaje Perine. Despite concerns about his receiving ability and injury risk, he could reach 12-14 touchdowns.
