Allen is a low-ceiling veteran unlikely to see high target volume in Indianapolis.

Keenan Allen is viewed as a low-ceiling, low-floor veteran in a run-heavy Colts offense. While he may serve as a chain-mover on third downs, he is unlikely to replicate his high target volume from his time with the Chargers.
