Allen is expected to play despite legal issues, serving as a possession receiver.

Despite a recent DUI arrest, Evan Silva does not anticipate a suspension for Keenan Allen this season, noting that the NFL typically allows legal cases to play out. ETR has assigned a one-game risk deduction in their rankings. Silva expects Allen to serve as a possession receiver in three-receiver sets to open the season.
