From the episode

So the long or the short of it is Jacobs is on the commissioner exempt list. He's probably going to miss a month, a month and a half. And then he could come back and then get suspended for the rest of the season. So it goes on to the do not draft list, obviously.

Jacobs is a do-not-draft candidate due to the commissioner's exempt list status.

Josh Jacobs is on the commissioner's exempt list and is expected to miss at least a month to a month and a half, with a potential season-long suspension looming. The source advises placing him on a 'do not draft' list as it is highly unlikely he will have a meaningful role for the Packers this season.
