Ian Hartitz identifies Lamar Jackson as the gold standard for rushing quarterbacks, noting he is the only other player in the Super Bowl era to average over 50 rushing yards per game for his career. He is used as the benchmark for elite rushing ability when evaluating other mobile quarterbacks.
