Ranked QB9 with shootout potential vs. Texans

Trevor Lawrence is ranked as QB9. Ian Hartitz argues that Lawrence's lack of fantasy success is due to low volume rather than poor play, and expects a potential shootout against Houston given the team's historical tendency to increase dropback rates against this specific opponent.
