Stroud is playing elite football and is a major boost for Harrison Jr.

Matt Harmon views the reunion of C.J. Stroud and Marvin Harrison Jr. as a major positive, noting that Stroud is playing high-level football and clearly believes in Harrison. Stroud is elite at throwing in-breaking routes over the middle, particularly dig routes, and ranks second in the NFL in catchable air yards (1,186). Harmon suggests the Texans should adopt a 'spread and shred' offensive strategy centered around Stroud to maximize their receiver group.
