High-upside starter if CeeDee Lamb is sidelined

Quez Watkins is a high-upside waiver target if CeeDee Lamb misses time due to his quad contusion. Mattek notes that Watkins has a proven target share sample when Lamb or George Pickens are off the field, and if Lamb is confirmed out, Watkins becomes a viable starting receiver in fantasy lineups.
