Carnell Tate is a breakout alpha receiver despite poor team circumstances

Carnell Tate is a proper alpha receiver who broke out with 9 catches for 145 yards and an elite 4.39 yards per route run. Despite poor team circumstances, including middling quarterback play from Cam Ward and offensive line issues, he should be a focal point of the offense moving forward.
